背景技术
在实际使用农药制剂产品的过程中，农药制剂就地取水在药桶内稀释后，由于各地水源环境不同，导致水源pH不一，偏酸、偏碱、硬水、水中微颗粒悬浮物偏多，在桶混的过程中，产生药液沉淀、絮凝(导致稀释后的药液不能成稳定均匀的连续相，在靶标物上的药液浓度高低不一，容易产生部分地块出现药害，严重减低农药有效活性)，在喷雾过程中由于药液表面张力过高，造成药液在靶标物上弹射或药液表面张力过低，造成药液在靶标物上产生径流现象。各种因素造成药效降低，防治效果不理想，容易产生用户盲目性加大农药有效含量的使用，造成经济损失。
农药助剂目的主要是满足农药制剂的理化性能如乳化、分散、悬浮、展着、渗透、增溶、增粘、防冻、防结块、警戒色、热贮稳定性等要求符合国家执行标准。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种针对农药、肥料制剂在各地田间使用中，防止药液沉淀、絮凝，稳定药液表面张力达到靶标物药液滞留量的最大值，提高作物对选择性除草剂的代谢能力，减轻药害的一种含卵磷脂和维生素的农药悬浮增效剂及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种含卵磷脂和维生素的农药悬浮增效剂，按质量百分比包括如下组分：卵磷脂10～20％，维生素1～10％，防腐剂0.2～1.0％、分散剂1.0～10.0％、润湿剂1.0～10.0％、增稠剂0.1～2.0％、防冻剂1.0～10.0％、消泡剂0.1～0.5％，其余为去离子水。

2：通过脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的水溶性优良，能增强一些物质在水中的溶解度，作为亲水性乳化剂，让难溶水油类农药形成稳定的O/W乳液；
3：通过磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐，优良的展着性，让药液在靶标物上滞留量达到最高峰值，优良的渗透性，提高药液在靶标物表面上耐雨水冲刷能力，减少水分蒸发；
4：通过维生素有助于保护作物抵抗环境压力，增强作物的抗氧化能力，提高作物对细菌、真菌、病毒的抗性和修复，对刺激作物根系生长有不错的效果；
5：采用环保的水悬浮剂形式，使用方面相比乳油、粉剂及颗粒剂对环境影响小面。

实施例10：
本实施例提供了一种农药悬浮剂，包括按质量百分比计的如下组分：卵磷脂6.0％，维生素K35.0％，磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐3.0％，苯甲酸钠0.3％，聚羧酸盐4.0％，磷酸酯4.0％，壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚8.0％，黄原胶0.2％，丙二醇1.0％，有机硅消泡剂0.5％，去离子水余量加入。
该悬浮剂的制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例11：
本实施例提供了一种悬浮剂，包括按质量百分比计的如下组分：卵磷脂2.0％，维生素D35.0％，磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐0.5％，苯甲酸钠0.5％，聚羧酸盐1.0％，磷酸酯2.0％，壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2.0％，黄原胶1.8％，丙二醇10.0％，有机硅消泡剂0.1％，去离子水余量加入。
该悬浮剂的制备方法与实施例1相同。

1.一种含卵磷脂和维生素的农药悬浮增效剂，其特征在于，按质量百分比包括如下组分：卵磷脂10～20％，维生素1～10％，防腐剂0.2～1.0％、分散剂1.0～10.0％、润湿剂1.0～10.0％、增稠剂0.1～2.0％、防冻剂1.0～10.0％、消泡剂0.1～0.5％，其余为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含卵磷脂和维生素的农药悬浮增效剂，其特征在于，按质量百分比包括如下组分：卵磷脂12.0～18.0％，维生素5～10％，氮酮0.5～5.0％，苯甲酸钠0.3～0.8％，聚羧酸盐2.0～8.0％，磷酸酯2.0～10.0％，壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2.0～8.0％，黄原胶0.2～1.8％，乙二醇1.0～10.0％，有机硅消泡剂0.1～0.5％，其余为去离子水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含卵磷脂和维生素的农药悬浮增效剂，其特征在于，按质量百分比包括如下组分：卵磷脂13.0～17.0％，维生素3.0～8.0％，噻酮1.0～7.0％，苯甲酸钠0.3～0.6％，聚羧酸盐4.0～10.0％，木质素磺酸钠1.0～5.0％，烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3.0～10.0％，黄原胶0.2～1.8％，丙二醇1.0～10.0％，有机硅消泡剂0.1～0.5％，其余为去离子水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含卵磷脂和维生素的农药悬浮增效剂，其特征在于，按质量百分比包括如下组分：卵磷脂4.0～6.0％，维生素3.0～10.0％，有机硅增效剂1.0～10.0％，苯甲酸钠0.3～0.5％，聚羧酸盐5.0～7.0％，十二烷基硫酸钠2.0～4.0％，壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚4.0～5.0％，黄原胶0.2～0.4％，丙三醇1.0～10.0％，有机硅消泡剂0.1～0.5％，其余为去离子水。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含卵磷脂和维生素的农药悬浮增效剂，其特征在于，按质量百分比包括如下组分：卵磷脂1.0～4.0％，维生素3.0～10.0％，有机硅增效剂1.0～10.0％，苯甲酸钠0.3～0.5％，聚羧酸盐1.0～4.0％，磷酸酯2.0～4.0％，脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1.0～5.0％，黄原胶0.2～0.4％，乙二醇1.0～10.0％，有机硅消泡剂0.1～0.5％，其余为去离子水。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种含卵磷脂和维生素的农药悬浮增效剂，其特征在于，按质量百分比包括如下组分：卵磷脂2.0～6％，维生素3.0～10.0％，磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐0.5～3.0％，苯甲酸钠0.3～0.5％，聚羧酸盐1.0～4.0％，磷酸酯2.0～4.0％，壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2.0～8.0％，黄原胶0.2～1.8％，丙二醇1.0～10.0％，有机硅消泡剂0.1～0.5％，其余为去离子水。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种含卵磷脂和维生素的农药悬浮增效剂，其特征在于，按质量百分比包括如下组分：卵磷脂10.0％，维生素C3％，维生素E5％，磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐1.0％，苯甲酸钠0.4％，聚羧酸盐3.0％，磷酸酯3.0％，壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚6.0％，黄原胶0.2％，丙二醇5.0％，有机硅消泡剂0.4％，其余为去离子水。
8.如权利要求1-7任一项所述的一种含卵磷脂和维生素的农药悬浮增效剂的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
1)将大豆卵磷脂、维生素、防腐剂、分散剂、润湿剂进行烘干后，通过超威粉碎机粉碎至800目；
2)将粉碎好的大豆卵磷脂、维生素、防腐剂、分散剂、润湿剂、增稠剂、防冻剂和消泡剂按计量投入到去离子水中，在高速剪切机中剪切1.5h，得到均质混合液；
3)将步骤2中混合液，通过气动隔膜泵抽入砂磨机中，通过三台串联砂磨4.5h，使得混合液中微粒粒径在3～5μm；
4)将步骤3得到的液体通过气动隔膜泵抽入剪切釜均质釜中均质1.5h，即得上述悬浮剂。
