1、原料配比:调环酸钙原药30%,分散剂5%,润湿剂3%,崩解剂20%,填料余量
2、制备方法
首先将调环酸钙原药,分散剂,润湿剂,崩解剂,填料余量充分混合,使用气流粉碎机进行干式微细粉碎,得到可湿性粉剂。将此粉剂加入15%-19%水,进行润湿,投入流化床造粒干燥机中进行造粒,干燥并筛分,制成30%调环酸钙水分散粒剂。
实施例8 30%调环酸钙为主要成分的水分散粒剂
1、原料配比:调环酸钙原药30%,分散剂12%,润湿剂3%,崩解剂17%,填料余量
2、制备方法
首先将调环酸钙原药,分散剂,润湿剂,崩解剂,填料余量充分混合,使用气流粉碎机进行干式微细粉碎,得到可湿性粉剂。将此粉剂加入15%-19%水,进行润湿,投入流化床造粒干燥机中进行造粒,干燥并筛分,制成30%调环酸钙水分散粒剂。
实施例9
为确定本植物生长调节剂两个剂型对植物生长产量和品质的影响,使用 30%调环酸钙水悬浮剂、30%水分散粒剂对水稻的抗倒伏能力和产量的影响进行了试验。以调环酸钙(以实施例1中30%调环酸钙为主要成分的水悬浮剂为例进行实验研究,其他实施例中的含有调环酸钙的植物生长剂具有相同的实验效果)设计了四个剂量S1,S2,S3,S4(50,100,150,200g/hm 2)和一个清水对照CK,详见表1所示,在有效分檗末期对水稻进行喷施,每公顷稀释加水量为250升,观察不同调环酸钙施用量对水稻产量及产量构成因素的影响。

从表2可以看出,调环酸钙施药对单位面积内的有效穗数有积极作用,且呈随含量增高作用更大的趋势;随着调环酸钙浓度的升高,穗粒数呈下降趋势, 说明高浓度调环酸钙对穗粒数具有一定的抑制作用,结实率变化趋势不明显。千粒质量随着调环酸钙浓度的增加呈现升高的现象。在产量上随着调环酸钙浓度增大,各处理产量逐渐增大,S4处理产量最高,CK产量最低。结果表明,在一定范围内较高浓度的调环酸钙对提高水稻产量具有重要作用。
注意,上述仅为本发明的较佳实施例及所运用技术原理。本领域技术人员会理解,本发明不限于这里所述的特定实施例,对本领域技术人员来说能够进行各种明显的变化、重新调整和替代而不会脱离本发明的保护范围。因此,虽然通过以上实施例对本发明进行了较为详细的说明,但是本发明不仅仅限于以上实施例,在不脱离本发明构思的情况下,还可以包括更多其他等效实施例,而本发明的范围由所附的权利要求范围决定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种植物生长调节剂,其特征在于,包含以下重量份的活性组分:调环酸钙原药30%、分散剂5-15%。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的植物生长调节剂,其特征在于,还包含以下重量份的活性组分:增粘剂1-1.5%、防腐剂0.2-0.5%、防冻剂3%-6%、增效剂1%-2%、消泡剂0.1-0.5%。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的植物生长调节剂,其特征在于,还包含以下重量份的活性组分:润湿剂1-3%、崩解剂5%-20%、填料。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的植物生长调节剂,其特征在于,所述的植物生长调节剂为调环酸钙水悬浮液或调环酸钙水分散粒剂。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的植物生长调节剂,其特征在于,所述的调环酸钙水悬浮液的活性组分,包括调环酸钙原药30%、分散剂5-10%、增粘剂1-1.5%、防腐剂0.2-0.5%、防冻剂3%-6%、消泡剂0.1-0.5%、增效剂1%-2%,余量为水。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的植物生长调节剂,其特征在于,所述的分散剂选自烷基萘磺酸盐甲醛聚合物钠盐、磷酸酯、聚羧酸盐、疏水基改性羧酸聚合物、EO/PO嵌段聚醚、木质素磺酸钠盐、木质素磺酸钙盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醚缩合物硫酸盐中的两种或多种。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的植物生长调节剂,其特征在于,所述的调环酸钙水分散粒剂活性组分,包括调环酸钙原药30%、分散剂5%-15%、润湿剂1-3%、崩解剂5%-20%、余量为填料。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的植物生长调节剂,其特征在于,所述的分散剂选自聚羧酸盐、烷基耏磺酸盐甲醛聚合物钠盐、烷基磺酸盐钙盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醚缩合物硫酸盐、木质素磺酸钠盐、木质素磺酸钙盐、甘油脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种。
  9. 一种权利要求1-8任一项所述的植物生长调节剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    (1)按照各组分比例称取制备植物生长调节剂的原料;
    (2)将各原料混合均匀;
    (3)研磨粉碎步骤(2)获得的植物生长调节剂混合物;
    (4)将步骤(3)获得的植物生长调节剂混合物颗粒制备成调环酸钙水悬浮剂或调环酸钙水分散粒剂。
  10. 权利要求1-8任一项所述的植物生长调节剂在促进或调节植物抗逆性中的应用。
