本发明涉及一种喹啉铜与春雷霉素复配的农药悬浮剂,包括下述重量百分比原料的组成:喹啉铜原药1‑60%、春雷霉素原药1‑60%、分散剂1‑10%、润湿剂1‑10%、增稠剂0.1‑3%、防腐剂0.1‑0.5%、防冻剂1‑8%、消泡剂0.1‑1%、水补足至100%,所述分散剂选自疏水基改性羧酸共聚物、高分子双亲型阴非离子表面活性剂复合物中的一种或多种;所述润湿剂选自烷基酚基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐。本发明的悬浮剂可有效防止农药活性成分的降解,进而避免溶液久置分层,有助于提高悬浮剂的悬浮稳定性,在较低的pH环境下,喹啉铜与春雷霉素的农药悬浮剂可以长期稳定存在。

背景技术
喹啉铜是一种喹啉类保护性低毒杀菌剂,属有机铜鳌合物,广谱、高效、低留,使用安全,对真菌性、细菌性病害均具有良好的预防和治疗作用。喷施后在植物表面形成一层严密的保护药膜,与植物亲和力较强,耐雨水冲刷;药膜缓慢释放杀菌的铜离子,有效抑制病菌的萌发和侵人,从而达到防病治病的目的。值得注意的是,喹啉铜制剂不能与强酸及碱性农药混用,也不能与含有其他金属离子的药剂混用。
春雷霉素是一种强内吸选择性杀菌抗生素,渗透性强,耐雨水冲刷;对人畜安全,对作物无药害。春雷霉素具有保护和治疗作用,主要用于防治稻瘟病,也可用于防治西瓜细菌性角斑病,桃树流胶病、疮痂病、穿孔病等病害,高粱炭疽病。其作用机理是干扰酯酶系统,影响氨基酸代谢,从而影响蛋白质合成,抑制菌丝体发育。春雷霉素的稳定性受环境酸碱度的影响很大,一般在pH 5.0以下的酸性条件中较稳定,农业生产中,春雷霉素可以和多种农药混用,通常不宜与碱性农药混用。
CN106614599A公开了一种含喹啉铜和春雷霉素的悬浮剂,由以下重量百分比组成:按质量百分比计,喹啉铜10~40%,春雷霉素2~20%,乳化剂1~4%,分散剂2~12%,润湿剂1~8%,粘度调节剂0.5~2%,防冻剂5~8%,消泡剂0.3~0.5%,余量用去离子水补足。CN109645023A公开了一种含咪唑喹啉铜的杀菌组合物,其中在具体实施例中公开了:称取150克咪唑喹啉铜、150克春雷霉素、50克烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、80克木质素磺酸钠、30克烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚、20克硅酸镁铝、15克黄原胶、50克尿素、5克苯甲酸、15克丁醇,去离子水加至1000克重量份,上述原料经混合,高速剪切分散30min,用砂磨机砂磨至粒径D90小于10μm后制得30%咪唑喹啉铜·春雷霉素悬浮剂。可见,现有技术已经发现将喹啉铜和春雷霉素复配能够产生很好的增效效果,以及已经公开了将其制备成悬浮剂的制剂形式。但就目前喹啉铜与春雷霉素的复配存在的问题是:受pH的影响,在碱性环境中,春雷霉素、喹啉铜均不能稳定存在;在中性环境中,喹啉铜能稳定存在,但春雷霉素的稳定性较低,两者复配效果并不显著;在溶液pH<5时,春雷霉素以盐形式存在,稳定性高,但在此酸性环境中,因喹啉铜无法稳定存在,复配的稳定性较差,久置后分层现象严重。上述两篇现有技术尽管配置成了悬浮剂,然而在稳定性、分散性方面仍然不足。
因此,亟需一种方案,以解决喹啉铜与春雷霉素复配的稳定性和分散性问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种喹啉铜与春雷霉素的悬浮剂,大大提高了喹啉铜与春雷霉素复配的稳定性和分散性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种喹啉铜与春雷霉素悬浮剂,包括下述重量百分比原料的组成:
所述分散剂选自疏水基改性羧酸共聚物、高分子双亲型阴非离子表面活性剂复合物中的一种或多种。
优选地,分散剂选自疏水基改性羧酸共聚物、高分子双亲型阴非离子表面活性剂复合物的组合,两者重量比为1:1-5;
所述高分子双亲型阴非离子表面活性剂复合物选自SP-SC3、SP-SC29、SPED-SC32(市售);
所述疏水基改性羧酸共聚物选自Agrilan 700、Agrilan 788、Sokalan HP 25(市售);
所述润湿剂选自烷基酚基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐;
所述烷基酚基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐选自三苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯三乙醇胺、三苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钾、三苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、二(壬基酚聚醚)磷酸酯、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯中的一种或多种。
所述增稠剂、防腐剂、防冻剂、有机硅消泡剂为本领域常用助剂,如增稠剂为黄原胶、聚乙烯醇、膨润土、硅酸镁铝中一种或多种;如防腐剂为甲醛、苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、苯并异噻唑啉中一种或多种;如消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂;如防冻剂为乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油、尿素、无机盐类如氯化钠中一种或多种;水为去离子水。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明加入烷基酚基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐,作为润湿剂和pH调节剂,并搭配分散剂高分子双亲型阴非离子表面活性剂复合物,疏水基改性羧酸共聚物,利用上述物质的协同作用,可有效防止农药活性成分的降解,进而避免溶液久置分层,有助于提高悬浮剂的悬浮稳定性和分散性,在较低的pH环境下,喹啉铜与春雷霉素的农药悬浮剂可以长期稳定存在,试验结果表明,悬浮剂在pH 3.0~4.5的环境下,经0℃,7d的低温存放后稳定性合格,经54℃,14d热贮后稳定性合格,本发明可显著提高喹啉铜与春雷霉素的农药悬浮剂长期储存的稳定性。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加简洁明了,本发明用以下具体实施例进行说明,但本发明绝非仅限于这些例子。
实施例1 36%春雷霉素·喹啉铜悬浮剂(春雷霉素:喹啉铜为1:11)
按上述配方要求称取原药、润湿剂、分散剂、防冻剂、防腐剂和部分增稠剂、消泡剂及水等混合均匀,研磨,当粒径在3μm时,停止研磨,加入剩余增稠剂和消泡剂调节均匀后即制得悬浮剂产品。
实施例236%春雷霉素·喹啉铜悬浮剂(春雷霉素:喹啉铜为1:11)
按上述配方要求称取原药、润湿剂、分散剂、防冻剂、防腐剂和部分增稠剂、消泡剂及水等混合均匀,研磨,当粒径在3μm时,停止研磨,加入剩余增稠剂和消泡剂调节均匀后即制得悬浮剂产品。
实施例3 36%春雷霉素·喹啉铜悬浮剂(春雷霉素:喹啉铜为1:11)
按上述配方要求称取原药、润湿剂、分散剂、防冻剂、防腐剂和部分增稠剂、消泡剂及水等混合均匀,研磨,当粒径在3μm时,停止研磨,加入剩余增稠剂和消泡剂调节均匀后即制得悬浮剂产品。
实施例4 36%春雷霉素·喹啉铜悬浮剂(春雷霉素:喹啉铜为1:11)
按上述配方要求称取原药、润湿剂、分散剂、防冻剂、防腐剂和部分增稠剂、消泡剂及水等混合均匀,研磨,当粒径在3μm时,停止研磨,加入剩余增稠剂和消泡剂调节均匀后即制得悬浮剂产品。
实施例5 36%春雷霉素·喹啉铜悬浮剂(春雷霉素:喹啉铜为1:11)
按上述配方要求称取原药、润湿剂、分散剂、防冻剂、防腐剂和部分增稠剂、消泡剂及水等混合均匀,研磨,当粒径在3μm时,停止研磨,加入剩余增稠剂和消泡剂调节均匀后即制得悬浮剂产品。
实施例6 36%春雷霉素·喹啉铜悬浮剂(春雷霉素:喹啉铜为1:11)
按上述配方要求称取原药、润湿剂、分散剂、防冻剂、防腐剂和部分增稠剂、消泡剂及水等混合均匀,研磨,当粒径在3μm时,停止研磨,加入剩余增稠剂和消泡剂调节均匀后即制得悬浮剂产品。
实施例7 36%春雷霉素·喹啉铜悬浮剂(春雷霉素:喹啉铜为1:11)
按上述配方要求称取原药、润湿剂、分散剂、防冻剂、防腐剂和部分增稠剂、消泡剂及水等混合均匀,研磨,当粒径在3μm时,停止研磨,加入剩余增稠剂和消泡剂调节均匀后即制得悬浮剂产品。
对比例1
除不加入三苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯外,其余同实施例1。
对比例2
除替换三苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯为同为阴离子表面活性剂的苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐外,其余同实施例1。
对比例3
除不加入疏水基改性羧酸共聚物、高分子阴非离子表面活性剂复合物外,其余同实施例1。
对比例4参照CN106614599A制备
称取30%喹啉铜、15%春雷霉素、4%乳化剂农乳700#(通用名:烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚)、5%分散剂TERSPERSE 2020、2%润湿剂TERSPERSE2500、1.5%粘度调节剂黄原胶、5%防冻剂乙二醇、0.5%有机硅消泡剂,余量为去离子水。
试验1稳定性测试
表1不同pH时喹啉铜与春雷霉素复配制剂的降解情况(25℃,14d)
根据pH=3.0~6.5时的降解情况测定,得出结论,随着pH变小,喹啉铜与春雷霉素复配制剂的降解率降低,降解程度减轻,稳定性提高,在pH=3.0~4.5区间内,本发明的喹啉铜与春雷霉素复配制剂的降解率最小,稳定程度最高。本发明实施例1~7与对比例相比,加了烷基酚基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐,高分子阴非离子表面活性剂复合物和或疏水基改性羧酸共聚物可以降低两者复配的降解率,尤其是在pH=3.0~4.5时,降解率明显降低。特别的,当加入烷基酚基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐和疏水基改性羧酸共聚物、高分子阴非离子表面活性剂复合物1:1-5的混合物时,降解率进一步降低。
在pH=3.0~4.5时进行冷贮、热储稳定性试验。

将实施例1~7,对比例1~4的制剂在pH=3.0~4.5的环境下,进行冷贮、热储稳定性试验,实施例1~7的稳定性均合格,对比例1~4的稳定性较差。
试验结果证明,加入烷基酚基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐,高分子阴非离子表面活性剂复合物和或疏水基改性羧酸共聚物明显提高了喹啉铜与春雷霉素复配制剂的稳定性,尤其是当加入烷基酚基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐和疏水基改性羧酸共聚物、高分子阴非离子表面活性剂复合物1:1-5的混合物时,喹啉铜与春雷霉素的复配制剂的稳定性显著提升。
本发明利用烷基酚基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐,高分子阴非离子表面活性剂复合物和或疏水基改性羧酸共聚物的协同作用,可有效防止农药活性成分的降解,进而避免溶液久置分层,有助于提高悬浮剂的悬浮稳定性,本发明的喹啉铜与春雷霉素复配的农药悬浮剂可长期贮存,稳定性高。

Claims (2)
1.一种喹啉铜与春雷霉素悬浮剂,包括下述重量百分比原料的组成:
喹啉铜原药 1-60%;
春雷霉素原药 1-60%;
分散剂 1-10%;
润湿剂 1-10%;
增稠剂 0.1-3%;
防腐剂 0.1-0.5%;
防冻剂 1-8%;
消泡剂 0.1-1%;
水补足至 100%,
其特征在于,所述分散剂选自重量比为1:1-5的疏水基改性羧酸共聚物、高分子双亲型阴非离子表面活性剂复合物的组合物;所述润湿剂选自烷基酚基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐;
所述高分子双亲型阴非离子表面活性剂复合物选自SP-SC3、SP-SC29或SPED-SC32;所述疏水基改性羧酸共聚物选自Agrilan 700、Agrilan 788、Sokalan HP 25。
2.根据权利要求1所述的悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述烷基酚基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐选自三苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯三乙醇胺、三苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钾、三苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、二(壬基酚聚醚)磷酸酯、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯中的一种或多种。
