adding a propellant containing a glycol diaphragm, a drying agent, a corrosion inhibitor and a pH regulator into a mixer to premix for 15min at the rotating speed of 40r/min under the environment of 25 +/-1 ℃ and the humidity of 30 +/-5% to obtain a premix;
and adding an activating agent, a catalyst and a surfactant which are wrapped by a glycol diaphragm into the premix, and mixing for 15min at the rotating speed of 40r/min to obtain the unitary peracetic acid sterilizing powder.

Performance testing
The unitary peracetic acid sterilizing powder of examples 1 to 3 was subjected to a performance test, wherein the stability was tested according to the disinfection technical specification, 2002 edition 2.2.3.2.1 (accelerated test method), the neutralizing agent was selected for a sterilization test according to the neutralization agent suspension quantitative test, 2002 edition 2.2.1.4 to 2.2.1.5.5, the sterilization effect was tested according to the bacterial suspension quantitative sterilization test, 2002 edition 2.1.1.7.4, the peracetic acid content and the pH value were measured according to a conventional method, and the obtained results are shown in table 2.

As can be seen from Table 2, the monoacetic peroxyacetic acid sterilizing powder provided by the invention has high stability and excellent sterilizing performance.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The unitary peracetic acid sterilizing powder is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
30-70% of a generating agent, 10-30% of an activating agent, 0.1-10% of a catalyst, 0.1-10% of a surfactant, 0.1-2% of a corrosion inhibitor, 2-13% of a drying agent and 0.5-5% of a pH regulator;
the generating agent is perborate or percarbonate, and the activating agent is acetylsalicylic acid, tetraacetyl glycoluril or TAED;
the surfaces of the generating agent and the activating agent are both coated with glycol diaphragms.
2. The monoacetic peroxyacetic acid sterilizing powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the particle size of the generating agent is 20-200 mesh.
3. The monoacetic peroxyacetic acid sterilizing powder according to claim 1, wherein the particle size of the activator is 30 to 200 mesh.
4. A monoacetic peroxyacetic acid sterilising powder according to claim 1, wherein the catalyst is citric acid, oxalic acid or tartaric acid.
5. A monoacetic peroxyacetic acid sterilising powder according to claim 1, wherein the surfactant is sodium dodecyl sulphate or sodium dodecyl benzene sulphonate.
6. A unitary peracetic acid sterilizing powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the corrosion inhibitor is sodium tripolyphosphate.
7. The unitary peracetic acid sterilizing powder of claim 1, wherein the desiccant is magnesium sulfate, calcium chloride or magnesium chloride; the particle size of the drying agent is 30-90 meshes.
8. The monoacetic peroxyacetic acid sterilizing powder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pH regulator is sodium dihydrogen phosphate or potassium dihydrogen phosphate, and the particle size of the pH regulator is 20-200 mesh.
9. The unitary peracetic acid sterilizing powder of claim 1, wherein the mass of the glycol membrane coated on the surface of the propellant is 1-7% of the mass of the propellant, and the mass of the glycol membrane coated on the surface of the activator is 1-7% of the mass of the activator.
10. A method of producing a unitary peracetic acid sterilizing powder according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
respectively spraying ethylene glycol aqueous solution on the surfaces of a propellant and an activator, and carrying out micro-wrapping to obtain the propellant wrapped with an ethylene glycol diaphragm and the activator wrapped with the ethylene glycol diaphragm;
premixing the ethylene glycol diaphragm-coated generating agent, the drying agent, the corrosion inhibitor and the pH regulator to obtain a premix;
and mixing the premix with an activating agent, a catalyst and a surfactant which are wrapped with a glycol diaphragm to obtain the unitary peracetic acid sterilizing powder.
