Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemical products, and particularly relates to application of a cortex cinnamomi extract in shampoo.
Background
Shampoo has become a necessity for daily life of people, and the shampoo on the market is various, but most shampoos can not improve hair quality fundamentally, and can not remove dandruff and relieve itching and promote hair growth fundamentally.
Three major balances exist in the scalp that maintain the scalp's ecological environment: 1. flora: when a great amount of malassezia on the scalp grows, the phenomenon of itching of the head occurs; 2. grease: imbalance in scalp oil secretion can lead to greasy scalp, which in turn produces a large amount of malassezia; 3. metabolic balance: the horny layer of the scalp is metabolized too fast to cause the horny layer to peel off and fall off, so that the phenomenon of dandruff and itching occurs.
Along with the development of economy, the life rhythm is accelerated, the pressure is increased greatly, and the human body is in immune dysfunction. In addition, at present, hair follicles on the head are damaged by scalding, dyeing, hair pulling and the like, and phenomena such as alopecia and the like are easy to occur.
The shampoo in the market mainly has the effects of removing dandruff and relieving itching by adding antibacterial agents such as zinc pyrithione, ketoconazole, ganciclovir and piroctone olamine, but zinc-containing compounds such as zinc pyrithione can kill harmful fungi and normal scalp cells, and damage the scalp; ketoconazole has a strong anti-inflammatory effect, but long-term use leads to the generation of diseases such as hyperglycemia, corktion syndrome, urine glucose and the like; however, the glycyrhizin, piroctone olamine and the like cause scalp allergy and unbalance scalp grease secretion.
Cortex Cinnamomi is a plant of genus Lauraceae, class dicotyledoneae, and is grown in evergreen broad-leaved forest. The cortex cinnamomi contains a large amount of flavonoid compounds, alpha-pyrone compounds, alkaloid compounds, lignan compounds and other compounds, and the compounds show various biological activities.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide the use of cinnamomum japonicum extract in shampoos; the extract of cortex Cinnamomi can inhibit the proliferation of malassezia and staphylococci, maintain scalp lipid secretion and scalp metabolism balance, prevent hair breakage and hair blackening, and can not cause damage to scalp cells, thereby fundamentally improving scalp and hair quality.
Furthermore, the shampoo is mainly used for removing dandruff, relieving itching and promoting hair growth.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a shampoo comprising an extract of cinnamomum cassia.
Further, the cortex cinnamomi japonici extract accounts for 0.1-10% of the shampoo by weight.
Further, the extraction process of the cortex cinnamomi japonici extract is as follows:
pulverizing trunk, branch and/or root of cortex Cinnamomi, adding solvent, heating to pasty mixture, and filtering to remove residue.
Further, the solvent includes a first solvent and a second solvent.
Further, the first solvent is used for repeatedly extracting, the extracting mixed solution is combined, the evaporation and concentration are reduced, the water is added for dilution, the stirring is carried out, the second solvent is used for extracting, the extracting mixed solution is combined, the evaporation and concentration are reduced, and the mixture is heated to be a viscous mixture.
The extraction method can effectively extract more effective active ingredients and obtain the effective active substances with higher purity by extracting under the first solvent and then extracting under the second solvent.
Preferably, the first solvent is one or more of water, methanol, ethanol, chloroform, diethyl ether.
Preferably, the second solvent is one or more of water, ethyl acetate, petroleum ether, n-butanol, chloroform, diethyl ether and acetone.
Further, the repeated extraction with the first solvent is performed 3 times; the repeated extraction for 3 times is used for extracting more effective nutrients from the cassia bark.
Further, the extracting with the second solvent is performed 5 times; the extraction is repeated for 5 times to improve the purity of the cortex cinnamomi japonici extract.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing the shampoo, comprising the steps of:
mixing the auxiliary raw materials, adding the cortex cinnamomi japonici extract, stirring uniformly, cooling, and then regulating pH and viscosity to obtain the shampoo.
Further, the auxiliary raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 10-15% of surfactant, 0.08-0.12% of preservative, 0.5-2% of viscosity regulator, 1-2.5% of humectant, 0.1-0.5% of pH regulator, 0.2-0.8% of essence and 65-85% of deionized water.
Further, the surfactant is palm kernel oil diethanolamide.
Further, the preservative is pinocembrane.
Further, the viscosity regulator is sodium chloride.
Further, the humectant is capric triglyceride.
Further, the pH regulator is citric acid.
Further, the essence is natural essence.
The scalp of human body is distributed with a plurality of microorganisms, which mainly comprise staphylococcus, propionibacterium and malassezia. Propionibacterium can inhibit dandruff, staphylococcus can cause dandruff, and Malachite has pathogenic effect on scalp. Malassezia belongs to anaerobic fungi with lipase activity, can generate oleic acid and stimulate the release of inflammatory cytokines, destroy the compact structure of scalp cuticle cells and intercellular lipid layers, obviously thin the thickness of the scalp cuticle of a human body, destroy the barrier function of the scalp, and cause the repeated generation of dandruff and the shedding of hair. Propionibacterium bacteria can inhibit the proliferation of staphylococci by secreting related bacteriocins, whereas staphylococci can inhibit the proliferation of Propionibacterium by metabolizing glycerol, and when the balance between the two is disrupted, dandruff is produced. The scalp is provided with rich nutrition sources for propagation of malassezia due to high mental stress, poor eating habits and excessive sebum secretion caused by in vivo hormone changes, and the propagation of the malassezia caused by excessive sebum secretion is promoted, so that the lipophilic malassezia existing in a small amount on the scalp is promoted to propagate, the malassezia on the scalp breaks down triglyceride and saturated fatty acid in the sebum into unsaturated fatty acid through secretion lipase, and the unsaturated fatty acid has pro-inflammatory property and can permeate into the stratum corneum of the scalp to cause itching of the scalp, and on the other hand, calcium ions can flow into scalp cells to further cause excessive keratinization of the scalp keratinocytes, so that dandruff generation and alopecia are accelerated. In addition, the oil on the scalp is easily oxidized by ultraviolet rays to generate lipid peroxide, and the scalp is further stimulated to secrete more sebum.
The cortex Cinnamomi contains a large amount of flavonoids, alpha-pyrones, alkaloids and lignans, and has antibacterial and antiinflammatory effects. During the research and development process, the inventor finds that the extract obtained by extracting the cinnamomum monocarum with the solvent can effectively inhibit the propagation of staphylococcus and malassezia. Can be flavonoid compounds, alpha-pyrone compounds, alkaloid compounds and lignan compounds act on the division of staphylococcus and malassezia, reduce the generation of unsaturated fatty acid and protect the barrier function of scalp. In addition, the extract of the cinnamomum kansui is applied to the preparation of shampoo, and the prepared shampoo has the effects of removing dandruff, relieving itching, preventing hair breakage, removing hair and blackening hair, while other cinnamomum kansui plants have no such effects.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) In the invention, the cortex cinnamomi japonici is extracted to obtain the mucilage-like extract, which can be directly added into shampoo and is different from the forms of other plant extracts.
(2) The extract of cortex Cinnamomi with water is in viscous form, and the mucus has effects of moistening scalp, and can be used for relieving itching; the mucus can wrap the hair to prevent the hair from breaking, thereby preventing hair from falling; the mucus can also adhere to the white hair to continuously deliver nutrition, and promote the white hair to turn black hair.
(3) The extraction process of the cortex cinnamomi japonici extract is simple, the raw materials are easy to obtain, the cost is low, the preparation method is safe and reliable, the performance is mild, no adverse reaction exists, the effects of removing dandruff and relieving itching, preventing hair breakage and hair blacking are achieved, complex production equipment is not needed, industrial production can be realized, and popularization is facilitated.
