Abstract

一种无呼吸管微型泵雾化器包含由管本体开口端外伸的往复式柱塞头,管本体分为上部的袖筒段及下部的装待喷液体的储室段。一与管本体成一体的汲管伸入容器内,一泵缸及空心入流管也与管本体成一体伸入袖筒段。在入流管内有铸塑为一体的宜运输型密封件,而在柱塞的中空活塞内部有同轴线的棒,其上的沟槽或肋构成一空气通道,经此通道不愿要的空气从泵腔射入容器来帮助泵的初始化整备。

Description

微型泵雾化器
本发明一般涉及用以从按有往复运动柱塞头并成整体筒状的容器中喷雾出少量液体产品诸如像香水等化桩品的样品和/或溶液,而且另件数量少的一种指尖式、无呼吸管、设计简单的泵雾化器。
更具体地,从管本体的一开口端伸出的一柱塞头;与管本体另一端紧靠的一充填塞;汲管;泵缸;形成入流通道的空心管;这一切都与管体形成整体。同时,微泵雾化器还有一易碎的船形适合运输用密封件,在柱塞头第一次动作时便被柱塞头上装设的探棒所戳破,从而有助于初始使用时使无用的空气从泵内腔排入容器中。
美国专利5,242,089所披露的一种微泵雾化器具有泵缸及组合式汲管作为整体装在盛有待喷洒的液体制品的小瓶的上部开口端内,本发明是它的一种改进。柱塞裙将凸缘靠在缸上,并有一同轴的棒插入形成进入口的空心管中,以便当柱塞的每一压力行程中将入流口像阀一样关闭。
装有泵缸的小瓶必需在组装前充灌好,这就使生产及组装操作复杂化,而且缸和小瓶部件相分离,使生产和组装的成本增加,有损于组件的总体流线形外观。
何况当运输及储存时,原先技术中的泵雾化器万一柱塞头被偶然碰撞触动导致柱塞下压会使液体产品自喷雾口漏出。
更有甚者,为在泵每次吸入行程时腔室能充液备用,原有技术中的微泵雾化器要在泵的初始动作中迫使不要的空气从泵腔经喷孔排出。这就使柱塞行程与为达启动备用效果而应有的行程次数相比需更多的行程次数。
因此,本发明的目标就是提供一种无呼吸管、指尖式泵雾化器,其中有:铸塑成一单件的管本体包含有容纳待喷制品的液品储室;泵缸;汲管及空心入流管,以及装在管本体的一开口端并由此伸出的往复式柱塞。在其另一开口端,当容器被液制品充满后用一充填塞予以封闭。
位于入流管的易碎运输用密封件当柱塞第一次动作时就被依附于柱塞上的整体探棒所戳破。在第一次向下的行程终了或接近终了时,棒上的一条凸筋及/或凹槽建立起经汲管入容器的空气通道,经此通道将不需要的空气喷入以便在后继向上行程中促进泵腔充液的初始化整备。一体化铸塑的汲管为使密封件易于一体化地铸塑在内而必须维持一定的尺寸,因此在汲管中形成的大空间可能是不希望有的,治理之法是用一根加长管插入并固定于汲管中以减少此汲管的包容空间。
从下具体描述并结合附图可使本发明的其他目的,优越性及一般特性更为明显。
图1为根据本发明泵雾化器在泵初始化整备前柱塞在非作用位状态下的纵剖面图;
图2与图1相似,表示柱塞为使泵腔初始化整备在初始动作时的受压状态;

现在转到附图,其中参考标号贯穿几个视图可与相应的另件相参照,本发明的泵雾化器,在图1及2中一般标为10,包含有一管本体11,此管本体具有一上开口端及被充填塞14所封闭的下开口端。管本体11具有一个与充填塞14一起界定出储室段16的一体式横隔壁15,而该储室段16所包容的储存室20内充有在柱塞移动作用下待喷的液体制品。在横壁15以上部分的管本体界定出一个围绕着泵缸18又与之保持一定间距的袖筒17,泵缸与横壁15也做成一体。
从横壁15向容器内部伸入一个一体式的汲管19,另外从横壁15向缸18伸入一个一体式的空心入流管21。
泵的柱塞头22从开口端12向外伸出,其柱塞裙23能沿袖筒17的内表面滑动。柱塞具有一空心的界定出排液通道25的泵活塞24,活塞在泵缸中气密地在压力与吸力行程间从事往复运动并与缸一起界定出一个可变的泵腔容积26。
活塞复原弹簧27撑开在柱塞及横壁15间力图使柱塞头回至图1位置。柱塞裙23带有外凸缘23a与袖筒17的内凸缘相抵靠形成止挡以限制柱塞头的外伸范围。
与美国专利5,242,089相似,柱塞头支撑着一个带喷出孔29的喷孔帽,它包在出流塞头31上并含有必要的旋流机构来粉碎流经出流阀的液体以形成一细雾喷流。
一整体棒或称探棒33与活塞同心设置在柱塞头上。探棒34(图3)的下端34伸入到空心入流管21收缩形的上部自由端35内并当柱塞动作时以此为导向。下端34具有不规则形成,例如可具有一双对置着的轴向短槽36(图4),是在每次吸入行程之末建立起开口以保证液体制品导入泵腔26,其作用以后还要详细解说。
空心入流管21有一易碎的一体化宜运输用密封件,它位于从管21上端的某距离处使柱塞,如图2所示,在首次向下行程时,得以将密封件戳破。
空心入流管21的内经及汲管19的内径主要具有相同尺寸以利于可能具有膜片外形的密封件37的注塑。为加强初始化充液整备作用,汲管的内径应比模铸许可的尺寸更小。根据模铸要求定出的尺寸会引发问题:容积太大积存的液体太多。于是,一根加长的衬管38固装在汲管内以降低其内径,从而减少汲管持有的容积,进而可加强初始化整备。
在操作时,首先应将泵初始化,从泵腔26赶出不愿要的空气,从容器中用液体取代受驱的空气。为此目的,沿探棒33上端具有至少一个轴向沟槽39(图5),此槽也许用一对相隔的肋条形成。这样,在运输及储存期间,泵处于无作用位置,密封件37封闭着入流通道42,在柱塞头受触碰或撞击以致任何轻微下压的作用下,避免从容器泄漏,否则,此种触碰或撞击会导致喷孔外泄。
要使泵初始化整备,手动按压柱塞头,在向下行程时,处在下端34及沟槽/肋34,41间的那部分探棒33塞入管21中起着密封作用使入流管像阀那样关闭。在继续下行朝向图2所示位置时,探棒33的下端34戳破密封件37,下端部34的沟槽36穿过此捅破的密封件构成空气通道。探棒33的主外径比管21的主内经略小,藉此构成环形间隙,但向下运动的柱塞头上与空心入流管21的上部收缩段35相接触者尚为探棒33而形成密封作用时,入流口仍是被探棒33封闭着的。柱塞头继续下行,此时在探棒33与收缩端35间造成的密封作用被沟槽39及肋41所打破从而在泵室和储室间通过被捅破的密封件37及汲管建立了沟通。就这样,当柱塞头向下运动至其图2位置时,泵腔中不想要的空气受压并挤入储室以帮助泵的初始化充液整备,因为在后续的吸入行程中液体可藉此受挤空气之助被迫顺汲管而上进入泵腔。有可能柱塞头需动作二至三次以便如前所述将空气完全地挤出腔室并代之以液体。
一但泵腔完成初始化整备,为将制品像细雾般喷出,只需在每一压力行程时象征性地以短行程按下柱塞头,此时入流口是被插入到入流管21的探棒33所封闭着。以后每次吸入行程时,由于储室中的大气压力与泵腔中低于大气压力间造成之压力差使液体制品经被捅破的密封件37及短槽36吸入泵腔。泵操作与5,242,089号专利中所述相同。
一旦密封件37被戳破,有如任何正常的泵操作那样,在每次吸入行程中,由此而产生的开口为让液体制品从汲管抽上以补充泵腔已不存在障碍。
根据本发明的雾化器可以用于内含香水之类制品的微型样品,其容量之小以致数次行程即便用完。因之,储室毋需呼吸孔,并且其管本体11的一体式结构可以由硬塑料做成,可以使容器在喷雾时耐住任何破损。管本体11很容易铸塑成包括有膜片37的一个整体,而容器中液体制品之灌装只要靠卸下再重装充填塞14即可。衬管38减少了汲管中滞留液体制品的容积,从而促进了泵初始化的成功,因为在每一吸入行程中,经汲管所需吸上的液体容积减少了。
根据本发明的雾化器外包装具有流线型吸引人的外观,较少运动件及零件总数减少了。
像“上部”及“下部”等代表方向的名词此处只用来帮助说明白并与有关附图上的方向相一致。此类名词无意于限制本发明范围或排斥任何相当的结构。
本发明可以在上述创意照耀下,做成许多改进及变型。例如,在探棒33上的沟39及肋41可代之以相当的破密封装置,诸如探棒上粗糙化或其它带沟表面,而不偏离本发明。同时探棒33的下端34上的短槽36也可取消,因为对本发明来说,它并非主要。末端34譬如可缩小尺寸,具有其它不规则形状,或为锥形,尖形。因此要明白,在本发明权利要求范围内,可把发明做成专门描述以外的实例。

Claims (17)

1、一种无呼吸管指尖型泵雾化器,它包含有:一个装待喷液制器用的容器;一个支承着从上述容器外伸汲管的泵缸,上述泵缸与上述汲管一体地与上述容器注塑在一起;一个带中空活塞的柱塞头,活塞与上述缸间呈具有密封性的滑动配合以便在压力行程、吸力行程间往复交替,上述活塞与上述缸可界定出一个可变的泵腔;在与上述缸与上述柱塞头间作用着的弹簧复原装置;具排出通道的上述柱塞头,其通道包括上述中空活塞并终止于装在上述柱塞头上的喷出雾化装置;与上述汲管注塑成一体并伸向上述缸中以便界定出入流通道的一直立空心管;在每次压力行程的初期,使上述管的上端内壁与之密贴从而对上述入流通道起着阀一样关闭作用的、整体地与上述柱塞头构成整体的一根探棒;为紧闭上述入流通道使在上述柱塞头首次动作前不致漏泄而与上述空心管整体地铸塑在一起的一个易碎的宜运输用的密封件,为将上述入流通道启封,在上述柱塞头首次动作下由上述探棒穿透上述密封件;上述探棒上所设之一种装置,它在上述初始动作压缩行程的继部分时用来打破原先与上述管的上述上端内壁一起所产生的密封作用并界定出一空气通道,由此可使泵腔中不愿要的空气在压力下进入上述容器以促进上述泵腔的初始化充液整备。
2、根据权利要求1的一种泵雾化器其中:在空间关系上环绕上述泵缸并与上述容器做成一体的一个袖筒,上述柱塞头有一裙部与上述袖筒滑动相接,上述裙部与上述袖筒有相应的止挡以限制上述柱塞头从上述缸伸向外面的范围。
3、根据权利要求1的一种泵雾化器,其中:上述打破密封作用的装置具有一轴向沟槽。
4、根据权利要求1的一种泵雾化器,其中:上述打破密封作用的装置至少具有一条轴向肋。
5、根据权利要求1的一种泵雾化器,其中:上述容器具有一开口的下端,用充填塞来封闭。
6、根据权利要求1的一种泵雾化器,其中:上述汲管及上述管具有恒值内径,上述管的上述上端内壁具有相对于恒值内径呈收缩性的内径,一加长衬管固定于上述汲管中使在上述吸入行程中吸入上述泵腔的液制品体积减少以助初始化整备。
7、根据权利要求1的一种泵雾化器,其中:上述探棒具有不规则外形的自由端在上述吸入行程之尾声时与上述管的上端内壁构成开口以确保引液体制品入上述腔室,上述不规则外形自由端此后还保证喷射空气流经此被刺破了的密封件。
8、根据权利要求2的一种泵雾化器,其中:上述袖筒与上述容器具有大体上相同之外径,以使上述袖筒成为上述缸的一个平滑的延伸,止挡设于上述袖筒的内部及上述柱塞头裙部的外部。
9、一种无呼吸管指尖型泵雾化器,包含有:
一个具有开口的上端及下端的管本体;在上述两端间内部与之一体的横壁;一个封闭上述下端开口处的充填塞;上述管本体在上述充填塞及横壁间界定出其储室段所构成内含待喷液制品的储室;在上述管本体内部自上述横壁向上述上端伸出的一体式泵缸;上述横壁支承着一根伸向上述储室段的一体式汲管;一个具有排液通道的往复式柱塞头安装在上述管本体上并活动在压力行程与吸力行程间;一个固定于上述柱塞头上并沿上述缸密贴滑动从而界定出一个可变的泵腔容积的活塞;在上述柱塞头及上述横壁间作用的弹簧复原装置;一个一体式的空心管,它界定出一个从上述横壁延伸入上述缸内的入流通道;一个一体式装在柱塞头上的整体探棒,它在上述每个压力行程的初期封住上述管的内部,像阀一样把入流通道封闭;一个宜于运输用的密封件装置,它在上述管中是一体做成的用以在上述柱塞头动作以前封闭入流通道,上述装置在上述柱塞头的最初动作时被上述探棒启封;以及在上述探棒上用以破除它与上述管间密封作用的装置,藉以建立一个空气通道,使不愿要的空气从上述泵腔经该通道射入上述容器以助上述泵腔的初始化充液整备。
10、根据权利要求9的一种泵雾化器,其中:柱塞头从上述的上端向外伸出并以其裙部沿管本体滑动,上述裙部及上述管本体具有相应的止挡以限制上述柱塞头伸向外的范围。
11、根据权利要求9的一种泵雾化器,其中:上述宜运输用的密封装置包含有一易碎的膜片。
12、根据权利要求9的一种泵雾化器,其中:上述打破密封作用的装置包含一轴向沟槽。
