Abstract

분출구 없는 소형 펌프 스프레이어는 분무되는 액체용 용기의 하부와 슬리브의 상부로 나누어지는 관형 부재의 개구 단부 바깥쪽으로 연장하는 왕복 가능한 플런저 헤드를 구비하고 있다. 부재와 일체화된 침지관은 용기로 연장되고, 펌프 실린더와 부재와 일체로 된 속이 빈 입구 관은 슬리브부로 연장된다. 일체의 포장 실이 입구 관에서 성형되고 플런저 위에 있는 속이 빈 피스톤안에 있는 동축의 로드는 입구를 제어하기 위해서 입구관과 함께 동작하고, 플런저의 최초활성화 중에 포장실에 구멍을 뚫어서 펌프기동을 돕도록 펌프 챔버에서부터 불필요한 공기가 용기속으로 방출되도록 하는 공기로를 만드는 홈이나 립을 가진다.

제1도는 펌프기동전에 플런저의 비활성화 위치에서 나타난 본 발명에 따른 펌프 스프레이어의 수직 단면도, 제2도는 펌프챔버가 기동하는 동안 최초 활성화로 눌려진 플런저를 나타내는 제1도와 유사 도면, 제3도는 플런저에 매달려 있는 속이빈 프로브(prode)확대 정면도, 제4도는 제3도의 4-4 에 따라 자른 도면, 제5도는 제3도의 5-5에 따라 자른 단면도.

Claims (17)

  1. 분출되어질 액체제품을 담고 있는 용기와; 침지관이 상기 용기안으로 연장하는 침지관을 지지하고 있는 펌프 실린더와; 상기 용기와 함께 일체로 형성되는 상기 침지관과; 압력과 흡입 스트로크사이에서의 왕복운동을 위해 상기 실린더와 미끄럼 밀봉 맞물림에서 속이 빈 피스톤을 가지는 플런저 헤드를 구비하고 상기 피스톤과 상기 실린더는 가변 용적 펌프챔버를 규정하며; 상기 실린더와 상기 플런저 헤드사이에서 작동하는 스프링 리턴 수단과; 상기 헤드위에 탑재되어 있는 배출스프레이 수단에서 끝나고 상기 속이 빈 피스톤을 포함하고 있는, 배출로를 가지는 상기 플런저 헤드와; 입구로를 규정하기 위해 상기 실린더까지 연장되는 상기 침지관과 함께 일체로 형성된 직립의 속이 빈관과; 최초 각 압력 스트로크 할때 폐쇄된 상기 입구로를 밸브로 조절하기 위해서 상기 관의 내부 상단부를 밀봉 맞물림하기 위해 상기 헤드와 함께 일체로 형성된 고체의 프로브와; 상기 플런저 헤드의 최초 활성화에 앞서 누액되는 것에 대비해 폐쇄된 상기 입구로를 밀봉하기 위해서 상기 속이 빈 관안에서 일체로 형성된 부서지기 쉬운 포장실과; 상기 입구로를 개봉하기 위해서 상기 플런저 헤드를 최초 활성화시킬 때 상기 포장실을 관통하는 상기 프로브와; 액체 제품으로 상기 펌프 챔버를 기동하는 것을 돕도록 압력하에 상기 펌프 챔버속에 있는 불필요한 공기가 상기 용기속으로 배출되도록 하는 공기로를 규정하기 위해서 상기 최초 활성화중에 계속 압력 스트로크중에 상기 관의 상기 내부 상단부와 상기 밀봉 맞물림을 상기 프로브위에서 파괴하기 위한 수단을 구비하는 배출구없는 손끝 동작 펌프 스프레이어.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일정한 간격으로 떨어져 있는 상기 실린더를 둘러싸고 있는 상기 용기와 함께 일체로 형성된 슬리브와; 상기 슬리브와 미끄럼 맞물림에 스커트를 가지는 상기 플러저 헤드와; 상기 스커트와 상기 슬리브는 상기 실린더에서 상기 플런저 헤드의 바깥 범위를 제한하기 위해서 협동하는 제한 멈춤장치를 가지고 있는 펌프 스프레이어.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 맞물림을 파괴하기 위한 상기 수단은 축 홈을 구비하는 펌프 스프레이어.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 맞물림을 파괴하기 위한 수단은 적어도 하나의 축 립을 구비하는 펌프 스프레이어.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용기는 충전마개에 의해 폐쇄된 개구 하단부를 가지는 펌프 스프레이어.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 침지 관과 상기 관은 일정한 내부 직경을 가지고, 상기 관의 상기 내부 상단부는 상기 일정의 직경에 대해 축소된 내부 직경을 가지며, 늘어진 관 삽입재가 기동을 돕도록 상기 흡인 스크로크중에 상기 펌프 챔버안으로 흡인되는 액제품의 용적을 줄이기 위해 상기 침지관내에 고정되는 펌프 스프레이어.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프로브는 상기 챔버로 액체 제품을 확실하게 주입시키기 위해 상기 흡입 스트로크의 마지막에, 상기 관의 상기 내부 상단부의 개구부를 규정하는 불규칙한 형태의 자유단을 가지고, 상기 불규칙한 형태의 자유단은 구멍 뚫린 포장실을 통해 방출된 공기의 통로를 더 확실히 확보하는 펌프 스프레이어.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브가 상기 실린더의 부드러운 연장되도록 상기 슬리브와 상기 용기가 거의 같은 외부 직경을 가지고 상기 제한 멈춤장치가 상기 슬리브의 내부 및 상기 플런저 헤드 스커트의 외부에 설치되는 펌프 스프레이어.
  9. 상기 개구 상단부와 하단부를 가지는 관형 부재와, 상기 단부 사이에서 내부의 일체 횡단벽과, 상기 하단부를 폐쇄하는 충전마개를 구비하고, 내뿜어질 액체 제품의 구획실을 둘러싸고 있는 용기부를 상기 플러그와 상기 횡단벽 사이에서 규정하며, 상기 부재안에서 상기 벽으로부터 상기 상단부쪽으로 연장하는 이체의 펌프 실린더와, 상기 벽은 상기 용기부로 연장하는 일체의 침지관을 지지하며, 압력과 흡입 스트로크 사이에서 활성화 하기 위해 상기 부재위에 탑재되는 배출 통로를 가지는 왕복가능한 플런저 헤드와, 가변 용적의 펌프 챔버를 규정하는 상기 실린더를 미끄럼 밀봉 맞물림하도록 상기 헤드에 고정되는 피스톤과, 상기 플런저 헤드와 상기 벽 사이에서 동작하는 스프링 리턴 수단과, 상기 벽에서부터 상기 실린더까지 연장되는 입구로를 규정하고 있는 일체의 속이 빈 관과, 매 압력 스트로크의 최초에 폐쇄되는 상기 입구로를 밸브로 조절하기 위해 상기 압력 스트로크 중에 상기 튜브의 내부를 밀봉 맞물림하는 상기 헤드 위에 있는 일체의 고체 프로브와, 상기 헤드의 활성화에 앞서 폐쇄된 상기 입구로를 밀봉하기 위해서 상기 관안에 일체로 형성되는 포장실 수단과, 상기 프로브가 상기 플런저 헤드의 최초 활성화시에 상기 실 수단을 개봉하고, 액체제품으로 펌프 챔버를 기동하는 것을 돕도록 상기 펌프 챔버에서 불필요한 공기가 상기 용기속으로 방출되게 공기로를 만들기 위해 상기 관으로 밀봉 맞물림을 파괴하기 위한 상기 프로브 위에 있는 수단을 구비하는 출구없는 손끝 작동 펌프 스프레이어
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 플랜저 헤드는 상기 상단부의 외측으로 연장하고 상기 관형 부재를 미끄럼 맞물림하는 스커트를 가지고, 상기 스커트와 상기 부재는 상기 플랜저 헤드의 외측범위를 제한하는 협동 제한 멈춤장치를 가지는 펌프 스프레이어.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 포장 실수단은 부서지기 쉬운 막을 구비하는 펌프 스프레이어.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 실 맞물림을 파괴하기 위한 수단은 축 홈을 구비하는 펌프 스프레이어.
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 밀봉 맞물림을 파괴하기 위한 수단은 적어도 하나의 축 립을 구비하는 펌프 스프레이어.

  16. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 프로브는 상기 챔버로 액체 제품을 주입하는 것을 확실하게 상기 흡입 스트로크의 마지막에 상기 속이 빈 튜브로 개구하도록 하기 위해 불규칙적인 형태의 자유단부를 가지는 펌프 스프레이어.
  17. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 프로브는 상기 챔버속으로 액체 제품이 확실하게 주입되도록 하기 위한 흡입 스트로크의 마지막에서 상기 속이 빈 관의 축소된 상기 내부 직경의 개구를 만들기 위해서 불규칙적인 형태의 자유단부를 가지는 펌프 스프레이어.
