Referring to fig. 8, the blanking mechanism 6 includes a kick-out mechanism 61, a blanking table 62 and a fifth driving device 63, the blanking table 62 is used for piling up the cloth after hot pressing, the kick-out mechanism 61 is used for poking the cloth after hot pressing from the turntable 11 to the blanking table 62, and the fifth driving device 63 is used for driving the kick-out mechanism 61 to do kick-out work; when the material stirring mechanism 61 is in the first position state, the upper end of the material stirring mechanism 61 is positioned below the edge of the turntable 11, so that the part of the material extending out of the turntable 11 can be covered on the material stirring mechanism 61; when the material stirring mechanism 61 is in the second position state, the upper end of the material stirring mechanism 61 is close to the upper end of the feeding table 3, so that the purpose of stirring the material on the feeding table 3 is achieved.
Referring to fig. 8, the discharging table 62 includes a height of a side close to the turntable 11 higher than a height of a side of the discharging table 62 far from the turntable 11, and a collecting box (not shown) may be placed on a side of the discharging table 62 far from the turntable 11 when collecting the cloth after the hot pressing, and the cloth may slide down in an inclined direction of an upper surface of the discharging table 62 when falling to the discharging table 62, thereby enabling the cloth to be automatically recovered into the collecting box.
Referring to fig. 8, the kick-out mechanism 61 includes a swinging member 611, a kick-out member 612 and a driving machine 613, the swinging member 611 is rotatably connected with the bottom of the blanking table 62, the fifth driving device 63 is used for driving the upper end of the swinging member 611 to swing back and forth towards the direction close to the turntable 11 or the upper end of the blanking table 62, the kick-out member 612 is rotatably disposed on the swinging member 611, and the driving machine 613 is used for driving the swinging member 611 to rotate and drive towards or away from the swinging member 611.
Referring to fig. 9, the swinging member 611 includes a rocker 6111, a first link 6112 and a supporting rod 6113, wherein an upper end of the rocker 6111 is connected with a middle portion of the first link 6112, a lower end of the rocker 6111 is rotatably connected with a lower end of the blanking table 62, the rocker 6111 is located on one side of the blanking table 62, one end of the supporting rod 6113 is connected with one end of the first link 6112, which is close to the turntable 11, an upper end of the supporting rod 6113 is substantially parallel to an upper surface of the turntable 11, and when the fifth driving device 63 drives the swinging member 611 to move to a direction close to the turntable 11, the supporting rod 6113 is located under an edge of the turntable 11, so that cloth extending out of the turntable 11 can cover the supporting rod 6113.
Referring to fig. 9, the material shifting member 612 includes a second connecting rod 6121 and a shifting rod 6122, one end of the second connecting rod 6121 is rotationally connected with one end of the first connecting rod 6112 away from the rotary table 11, the other end of the second connecting rod 6121 is connected with one end of the shifting rod 6122, and the shifting rod 6122 is substantially parallel to the abutting rod 6113; the driving machine 613 is provided as a telescopic cylinder 22, a cylinder body of the telescopic cylinder is rotationally connected with the lower end of the rocker 6111, a piston rod of the telescopic cylinder is rotationally connected with the middle part of the deflector 6122, when the driving machine 613 is in a contracted state, the supporting rod 6113 is connected with the outer wall of the deflector 6122, and when the workpiece removing is in an ejection state, the supporting rod 6113 is separated from the deflector 6122.
When the supporting rod 6113 is located below the edge of the turntable 11 and the driving machine 613 is in a contracted state, the supporting rod 6113 and the deflector 6122 are located right below the edge of the turntable 11, so that a part of the cloth extending out of the turntable 11 can be covered on the supporting rod 6113 and the deflector 6122, then the swinging piece 611 is driven by the fifth driving device 63 to move to a position matched with the feeding table 3, at this time, the supporting rod 6113 abuts against the upper end of the feeding table 3 and a side surface close to the turntable 11, a part of the cloth covered on the supporting rod 6113 is clamped by the supporting rod 6113 and the feeding table 3, and then the connecting rod is driven by the driving machine 613 to turn over to a side of the feeding table 3 away from the turntable 11, so that the other end of the cloth is lifted to a side of the feeding table 3 away from the turntable 11.
Referring to fig. 1 and 9, the turntable 11 is arranged in a regular polygon, and when the turntable 11 is kept in a fixed state, a side edge of the turntable 11, which is close to the blanking mechanism 6, is substantially parallel to the lever 6113.
The outer surface of the driving lever 6122 may be adhered with a double-sided tape, or the driving lever 6122 may be a roller body with cloth adsorbing or adhering capability, such as an electrostatic roller, an air extracting roller (i.e. the driving lever 6122 is hollow, one end of the driving lever is connected with an air extracting pump, and an air extracting hole is arranged on the side wall of the driving lever 6122).
When small-size cloth is required to be collected, a certain gap is reserved between the deflector rod 6122 and the deflector rod 6113 by utilizing the driving machine 613, when the deflector rod 6113 is positioned below the turntable 11, the deflector rod 6122 can be abutted against the upper surface of the turntable 11, so that the deflector rod 6122 can adsorb or adhere the cloth, then the deflector rod 6122 is driven by utilizing the driving machine 613 to be continuously far away from the deflector rod 6113, so that the deflector rod 6122 can take the cloth away from the turntable 11, at the moment, after the cloth leaves the turntable 11, one end of the cloth, which is far away from the deflector rod 6122, naturally drops and is positioned between the deflector rod 6113 and the feeding table 3, and then the deflector rod 6113 is driven by utilizing the fifth driving device 63 to move towards the feeding table 3, so that the deflector rod 6113 and the feeding table 3 can be matched to clamp one end of the cloth, which is far away from the deflector rod 6122, and finally, when the distance between the deflector rod 6113 and the deflector rod 6122 is larger than the length of the cloth, the deflector rod 6122 is separated from the cloth, and new cloth collection work can be carried out.
The embodiment of the application provides an implementation principle of automatic hot pressing equipment for clothing processing, which comprises the following steps:
firstly, a worker puts the cloth stacked on the feeding table 3 on the hot-pressing station 111, then the hot-pressing station 111 with the cloth is transferred to a position close to the mark placing mechanism 4 by using the rotary table 11, then the mark is placed on the cloth by using the mark placing mechanism 4, then the mark is hot-pressed by using the hot-pressing head 23, and meanwhile, the cloth is driven to move to a position close to the blanking mechanism 6 by using the rotary table 11, and the cloth after the hot pressing is packed by using the blanking mechanism 6.
Example 2:
referring to fig. 10, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that a turntable 11 includes a carrying table 112 and a cover plate 113, the carrying table 112 has an area smaller than that of the cover plate 113, when a lever 6113 and a lever 6122 are both located at positions close to the turntable 11, the lever 6113 and the lever 6122 are both located at the side of the carrying table 112, and the lever 6113 and the lever 6122 are both located directly below the edge of the cover plate 113.
Wherein, an air vent slot 1121 is provided on the bearing table 112, an air pump (not shown in the figure) with an air inlet communicated with the air vent slot 1121 is provided in the base 1, a plurality of through holes 1131 are provided on the cover plate 113, and each through hole 1131 is uniformly distributed on the circumference side of the hot pressing station 111.
The implementation principle of the embodiment 2 is as follows:
the air pump is used for vacuumizing the air channel 1121, so that the air channel 1121 is in a negative pressure state, when the cloth is paved on the hot pressing station 111, the cloth can block each through hole 1131, so that the cloth can be stably covered on the hot pressing station 111 due to the negative pressure adsorption, and the cloth can be stably paved on the turntable 11 when not clamped by the hot pressing head 23.

the base (1), the base (1) is provided with a rotary table (11), the base (1) is internally provided with a first driving device for driving the rotary table (11) to rotate, the rotary table (11) is provided with a plurality of hot-pressing stations (111), and each hot-pressing station (111) is circumferentially arranged around the axis of the rotary table (11);
the hot pressing assembly (2), the hot pressing assembly (2) comprises a bearing frame (21), telescopic cylinders (22) and a hot pressing head (23), the bearing frame (21) is arranged on the rotary table (11), the telescopic cylinders (22) are provided with a plurality of parts and are fixed with the bearing frame (21), and the hot pressing head (23) is provided with a plurality of parts and is respectively arranged on a piston rod of each telescopic cylinder (22) vertically downwards;
the device comprises a label placing mechanism (4), wherein the label placing mechanism (4) comprises a label storage frame (43) and a manipulator (44), the label storage frame (43) is used for storing stacked labels, and the manipulator (44) is used for transferring the labels on the label storage frame (43) to a hot-pressing station (111);
the blanking mechanism (6) is used for taking out the cloth subjected to hot pressing out of the hot pressing station (111);
wherein, unloading mechanism (6) include:
the material stirring mechanism (61) is used for stirring the material to a position far away from the turntable (11), and the material stirring mechanism (61) can be changed between two positions close to the turntable (11) and far away from the turntable (11);
a blanking table (62), wherein the height of one side of the blanking table (62) close to the turntable (11) is higher than the height of one side of the blanking table (62) far away from the turntable (11), and a fifth driving device (63) for driving a stirring mechanism (61) to change in position is arranged on the blanking table (62);
