As shown in fig. 4 to 5, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an automatic capping apparatus for a chip using the pressing fixture as a carrier, which mainly includes a rack 4, a middle module, a conveying module, an overturning and transplanting module, an assembling module, a pressing module, and a hood 5, wherein the rack 4 is provided with a working platform 41, the middle module, the conveying module, the overturning and transplanting module, the assembling module, and the pressing module are all disposed on the working platform 41, and the hood 5 covers the working platform 41 from top to bottom. The base 501 is fixed on the top surface of the working platform 41, one end of the swing arm 502 is rotatably connected with the base 501, the other end of the swing arm 502 is rotatably connected with the movable head 503, and the movable head 503 is provided with a vertically arranged rotating shaft 504; the suction assembly comprises a locking connecting block 505, a suction assembly bottom plate 506, a suction nozzle mounting plate 507, a suction nozzle 508, an air pipe joint 509 and a vacuum generator, wherein the locking connecting block 505 is detachably fixed at the bottom end of the rotating shaft 504, the suction assembly bottom plate 506 is fixed on the locking connecting block 505, and the suction nozzle mounting plate 507 is connected with the suction assembly bottom plate 506; the suction nozzles 508 are fixed to the bottom surface of the nozzle mounting plate 507 for sucking the core sheet upper cover 3, and preferably, in the present embodiment, three suction nozzles 508 are provided, and the three suction nozzles 508 are arranged in a delta shape on the bottom surface of the nozzle mounting plate 507; the air pipe joint 509 is fixed on the top surface of the suction nozzle mounting plate 507 and communicated with the suction nozzle 508, the vacuum generator is fixed on the side of the movable head 503, and an air pipe is connected between the vacuum generator and the air pipe joint 509. Based on the structure, when the suction assembly needs to suck the upper cover 3 of the chip, the vacuum generator is started to vacuumize the vent pipe, and the suction nozzle 508 firmly sucks the upper cover 3 of the chip; when the suction assembly needs to put down the upper cover 3 of the chip, the air valve of the vacuum generator communicated with the outside is opened, the normal atmospheric pressure is restored in the vent pipe, and the suction nozzle 508 puts down the upper cover 3 of the chip.
Further, as shown in fig. 15, the suction assembly further includes a buffer guide rail 510 and a buffer spring 511, the suction assembly bottom plate 506 is provided with a horizontal groove, the buffer guide rail 510 is vertically fixed in the horizontal groove, the suction nozzle mounting plate 507 is slidably connected with the buffer guide rail 510, a vertically arranged guide shaft is arranged at the top of the suction nozzle mounting plate 507, a guide hole 512 for the guide shaft to pass through is arranged on an upper groove wall of the horizontal groove, and the buffer spring 511 is sleeved on the guide shaft. Based on the above structure, when the suction nozzle 508 sucks and lowers the chip upper cover 3, the buffer spring 511 can reduce the impact of the suction nozzle 508 on the chip upper cover 3, and protect the chip upper cover 3 or the chip from being damaged.
Still further, as shown in fig. 14 and 16, the manipulator mechanism 500 further includes an assembly vision component for performing a visual position analysis on the upper chip cover 3 before the suction component sucks the upper chip cover 3, so as to ensure accuracy when the suction component sucks the upper chip cover 3. The assembly vision assembly includes an assembly adjustment substrate 513, an assembly camera mounting plate 514, an assembly camera 515, an assembly adjustment block 516, and an assembly light source light transmissive cover 517. The assembling and adjusting substrate 513 is vertically arranged at the side of the movable head 503 and is connected with the movable head 503 through a connecting plate, the assembling and adjusting substrate 513 is provided with an adjusting chute which is vertically arranged, the assembling camera mounting plate 514 is horizontally arranged, and one end of the assembling camera mounting plate 514 is connected with the adjusting chute in a sliding manner; the other end of the assembly camera mounting plate 514 is provided with a detachable moving block, the assembly camera 515 is vertically clamped between the moving block and the assembly camera mounting plate 514, and the bottom of the assembly camera 515 is provided with an assembly lens 518; the assembly adjusting block 516 is arranged below the assembly camera mounting plate 514 and is in sliding connection with the assembly adjusting substrate 513, and the assembly light source light-transmitting cover 517 is horizontally arranged and is connected with the assembly adjusting block 516; the assembled light source light-transmitting cover 517 is provided with an assembled light-transmitting hole 519 opposite to the assembled lens 518.
Specifically, on the basis of fig. 5, referring to fig. 17, the bonding module includes a pressing mechanism 700, and the pressing mechanism 700 spans over the second lifting mechanism 600 for bonding the chip upper cover 3 and the chip. The pressing mechanism 700 comprises two sets of single-side pressing assemblies which are respectively arranged at two sides of the second jacking mechanism 600 and are arranged oppositely; the unilateral pressing component comprises a pressing base plate 701, a pressing cylinder mounting plate 702, a pressing cylinder 703 and a pressing arm 704, the pressing base plate 701 is arranged on the top surface of the working platform 41, the pressing cylinder mounting plate 702 is fixed on the pressing base plate 701, the pressing cylinder 703 is vertically fixed on one side of the pressing cylinder mounting plate 702, the pressing arm 704 is arranged above the pressing cylinder 703 and connected with a piston rod of the pressing cylinder 703, a pressing plate 705 is further connected between the pressing arms 704 of the two groups of unilateral pressing components, and the pressing plate 705 spans over the second jacking mechanism 600. Based on the above structure, when the pressing cylinder 703 drives the pressing arm 704 to move downward, the pressing plate 705 presses the upper cover 3 of the chip covered on the chip, so that the upper cover is pressed against the chip. In addition, in order to ensure the synchronism between the two single-side pressing assemblies, a synchronous connecting rod 706 is further arranged between the two single-side pressing assemblies, and two ends of the synchronous connecting rod 706 are respectively connected with the pressing base plate 701 through supporting connecting blocks 707.
Further, as shown in fig. 17, the pressing module further includes an offset mechanism 800, the offset mechanism 800 includes two offset guide rails and two offset seats, the two offset guide rails are fixed on the top surface of the working platform 41 side by side, the two offset seats are respectively connected with the two offset guide rails in a sliding manner, and the pressing cylinder mounting plate 702 and the support connecting block 707 of the two sets of single-side pressing assemblies are respectively fixed on the top surfaces of the two offset seats. The shifting mechanism 800 further includes a shifting cylinder 803, the shifting cylinder 803 is fixed to the top surface of the working platform 41, the two shifting guide rails are respectively denoted as a first shifting guide rail 801a and a second shifting guide rail 801b, correspondingly, the two shifting seats are respectively denoted as a first shifting seat 802a and a second shifting seat 802b, and a piston rod of the shifting cylinder 803 is connected to the first shifting seat 802 a. Based on the structure, after the pressing mechanism 700 completes the pressing action of the upper cover 3 of the chip and the chip, the offset cylinder 803 is immediately started to drive the pressing mechanism 700 to offset the pressing station, so that the chip jig 2 with the finished product on the second jacking platform 603 can be conveniently transferred; then, the offset cylinder 803 is started again to push the pressing mechanism 700 to the pressing station, and a new pressing action is started. In addition, in order to ensure that the pressing mechanism 700 stops slowly and stably when returning to the pressing station, a buffer seat is disposed at one end of the first deviation guide 801a located at the pressing station, a buffer is disposed on the buffer seat, and deviation limiting blocks 804 are disposed at the other end of the first deviation guide 801a and at two ends of the second deviation guide 801b to prevent the deviation slider 803 from coming off from the buffer seat when moving.
On the basis of fig. 5, as shown in fig. 8, the working platform 41 is further provided with an upper cover jig recovery station and an upper cover jig unloading station, and correspondingly, the conveying module further comprises an upper cover jig recovery line 8, the upper cover jig recovery line 8 connects the upper cover jig recovery station with the upper cover jig unloading station, and the transplanting mechanism 400 is further configured to transport the upper cover jig 1 from the overturning station to the upper cover jig recovery station.
Specifically, on the basis of fig. 8, referring to fig. 18, each of the upper cover jig transfer line 6, the chip jig transfer line 7, and the upper cover jig recovery line 8 is composed of a plurality of conveyor belt mechanisms 900. The conveyor belt mechanism 900 includes a belt pulley assembly and a conveying motor 901; the belt pulley assembly comprises a vertical plate 902, a first driven wheel 903, a second driven wheel 904 and a conveying belt 905, wherein the first driven wheel 903 and the second driven wheel 904 are respectively arranged close to two ends of the vertical plate 902, the first driven wheel 903 and the second driven wheel 904 are connected through the conveying belt 905, the conveying belt 905 is used for conveying the chip jig 2 or the upper cover jig 1, and a belt supporting plate supporting the conveying belt 905 is arranged at the top of the vertical plate 902 to prevent the conveying belt 905 from collapsing; the belt pulley assemblies are arranged into two groups, vertical plates 902 of the two groups of belt pulley assemblies are arranged in parallel relatively and fixed on the top surface of the working platform 41 through cushion blocks, a first driven wheel 903, a second driven wheel 904 and a transmission belt 905 are arranged on the inner side of the vertical plates 902, and the first driven wheels 903 of the two groups of belt pulley assemblies are connected through a synchronizing shaft 906; the conveying motor 901 is arranged below the synchronizing shaft 906 and fixed on the bottom surface of the working platform 41 through a conveying motor 901 mounting plate, the output end of the conveying motor 901 is provided with a driving wheel 907, the synchronizing shaft 906 is provided with a driving wheel 908, the driving wheel 908 and the driving wheel 907 are connected through a synchronous belt 909, and the working platform 41 is provided with a power transmission hole for the synchronous belt 909 to pass through. The conveyor belt mechanism 900 further includes a tensioning roller 910 and a jig proximity switch 912, the tensioning roller 910 is fixed to the inner side of the vertical plate 902 through a roller seat 911, and the jig proximity switch 912 is fixed to the inner side of the vertical plate 902 of one of the sets of belt pulley assemblies of the conveyor belt mechanism through a switch seat 913, and is used for controlling the start and stop of the conveyor motor 901.
Specifically, on the basis of fig. 5 and 8, referring to fig. 19, the upper cover jig conveying line 6 is provided with an overturning station limiting plate 61, the conveyor belt mechanisms 900 constituting the upper cover jig conveying line 6 are recorded as first conveyor belt mechanisms 900a, in this embodiment, the upper cover jig conveying line 6 is formed by splicing two first conveyor belt mechanisms 900a, two sets of pulley assemblies of the first conveyor belt mechanisms 900a are respectively disposed at two sides of the first jacking mechanism 200, and the overturning station limiting plate 61 is disposed at one side of the downstream of the first jacking mechanism 200 and fixed at the top of the vertical plates 902 of the two sets of pulley assemblies of the first conveyor belt mechanisms 900a, and is used for blocking the upper cover jig 1 entering the overturning station and preventing the upper cover jig from being flushed out due to inertia. Still be equipped with on work platform 41 and wait to overturn the station, upper cover tool transfer chain 6 connects gradually upper cover tool material loading station, waits to overturn station and upset station. Based on the structure, the worker continuously places the upper cover jig 1 provided with the chip upper cover 3 on the conveying belt 905 of the first conveying belt mechanism 900a from the upper cover jig feeding station, and after the previous upper cover jig 1 reaches the overturning station, the next upper cover jig 1 just reaches the station to be overturned to wait for overturning, so that the idle time of the overturning mechanism 300 can be reduced to the greatest extent, and the working efficiency is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 19 and 23, the upper cover jig conveying line 6 is provided with a first blocking mechanism 1000, and the first blocking mechanism 1000 is disposed at the station to be turned over and located between the two sets of pulley assemblies of the first conveying belt mechanism 900 a. The first blocking mechanism 1000 comprises a first blocking base 1001, a first blocking guide rail 1002, a first blocking cylinder 1003 and a first blocking plate 1004, the first blocking base 1001 is fixed on the top surface of the working platform 41, the first blocking guide rail 1002 is vertically fixed on the side surface of the first blocking base 1001 facing the upper cover jig feeding station, the first blocking cylinder 1003 is vertically arranged on the side surface of the first blocking base 1001 facing the overturning station, the first blocking plate 1004 is slidably connected with the first blocking guide rail 1002, and a piston rod of the first blocking cylinder 1003 is connected with the first blocking plate 1004. Based on the above structure, after the previous upper cover fixture 1 reaches the turning station, the first blocking cylinder 1003 is immediately started, the first blocking plate 1004 rises and blocks the next upper cover fixture 1, so as to prevent the next upper cover fixture 1 from impacting the previous upper cover fixture 1 due to inertia, thereby ensuring the smooth turning action.
Specifically, on the basis of fig. 5 and fig. 8, referring to fig. 20, the chip jig conveying line 7 is provided with a pressing station limiting plate 71, the conveying belt mechanism 900 constituting the chip jig conveying line 7 is denoted as a second conveying belt mechanism 900b, in this embodiment, the chip jig conveying line 7 is formed by splicing three second conveying belt mechanisms 900b, two sets of pulley assemblies of the second conveying belt mechanism 900b are respectively disposed at two sides of the second jacking mechanism 600, the pressing mechanism 700 spans over the two sets of pulley assemblies of the second conveying belt mechanism 900b, and the pressing station limiting plate 71 is disposed at one downstream side of the second jacking mechanism 600 and fixed at the top of a vertical plate 902 of the two sets of pulley assemblies of the second conveying belt mechanism 900b, and is configured to block the chip jig 2 entering the pressing station to prevent the chip jig from being punched out due to inertia. The working platform 41 is further provided with a station to be assembled, and the chip jig conveying line 7 is sequentially connected with a chip jig feeding station, a station to be assembled, an assembling station and a pressing station. Based on the structure, the worker continuously places the chip jig 2 with the chips on the conveying belt 905 of the second conveying belt mechanism 900b from the chip jig feeding station, and after the current chip jig 2 reaches the assembling station, the latter chip jig 2 just reaches the station to be assembled to wait for assembling, so that the idle time of the manipulator mechanism 500 can be reduced to the maximum extent, and the working efficiency is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 20 and 23, the chip jig conveying line 7 is provided with a second blocking mechanism 1100 and a third blocking mechanism 1200, and the second blocking mechanism 1100 and the third blocking mechanism 1200 are identical in structure to the first blocking mechanism 1000. The second blocking mechanism 1100 is disposed at the station to be assembled and located between two sets of belt pulley assemblies of the second belt pulley mechanism 900b, the second blocking mechanism 1100 includes a second blocking base 1101, a second blocking guide rail 1102, a second blocking cylinder 1103 and a second blocking plate 1104, the second blocking base 1101 is fixed on the top surface of the working platform 41, the second blocking guide rail 1102 is vertically fixed on the side surface of the second blocking base 1101 facing the chip jig loading station, the second blocking cylinder 1103 is vertically disposed on the side surface of the second blocking base 1101 facing the assembling station, the second blocking plate 1104 is slidably connected with the second blocking guide rail 1102, and a piston rod of the second blocking cylinder 1103 is connected with the second blocking plate 1104. The third blocking mechanism 1200 is disposed at the assembly station and located between two sets of belt pulley assemblies of the second belt conveyor mechanism 900b, the third blocking mechanism 1200 includes a third blocking base 1201, a third blocking guide rail 1202, a third blocking cylinder 1203 and a third blocking plate 1204, the third blocking base 1201 is fixed on the top surface of the working platform 41, the third blocking guide rail 1202 is vertically fixed on the side surface of the third blocking base 1201 facing the station to be assembled, the third blocking cylinder 1203 is vertically disposed on the side surface of the third blocking base 1201 facing the press-fit station, the third blocking plate 1204 is slidably connected with the third blocking guide rail 1202, and a piston rod of the third blocking cylinder 1203 is connected with the third blocking plate 1204. Based on the above structure, after the previous chip fixture 2 reaches the assembly station, the second blocking cylinder 1103 is immediately started, the second blocking plate 1104 rises and blocks the previous chip fixture 2, so as to prevent the previous chip fixture 2 from being flushed out of the assembly station due to inertia, meanwhile, the third blocking cylinder 1203 is also immediately started, the third blocking plate 1204 rises and blocks the next chip fixture 2, so as to stop the previous chip fixture 2 from being impacted due to inertia, so as to ensure the smooth proceeding of the assembly action.
Specifically, on the basis of fig. 5 and 8, referring to fig. 21, a third jacking mechanism 1300 and an upper cover jig stacking mechanism 1400 are arranged on the upper cover jig recovery line 8, both of which are arranged at the upper cover jig blanking station, and the upper cover jig stacking mechanism 1400 is arranged above the third jacking mechanism 1300.
Further, as shown in fig. 9 and 21, the third jacking mechanism 1300 has the same structure as the first jacking mechanism 200 and the second jacking mechanism 600, and includes a third jacking cylinder 1301, a third mounting bracket 1302 and a third jacking platform 1303, the working platform 41 is provided with a third jacking cylinder mounting hole in the blanking station of the upper cover jig, the gate-shaped third mounting bracket 1302 is arranged in the third jacking cylinder mounting hole and connected with the bottom surface of the working platform 41 through a third connecting pin 1304 arranged at the bottom of the third jacking cylinder mounting hole, and the third jacking cylinder 1301 is vertically fixed on the third mounting bracket 1302; third jacking guide rails 1305 which are vertically arranged are arranged on two sides of the third mounting bracket 1302, third jacking limiting blocks 1306 are arranged at the tops of the third jacking guide rails 1305, a door-shaped third jacking platform 1303 stretches over the third mounting bracket 1302 and is in sliding connection with the third jacking guide rails 1305, third anti-collision columns 1307 are arranged on the top surface of the third mounting bracket 1302, and piston rods of a third jacking cylinder 1301 are connected with the third jacking platform 1303; the top surface of the third jacking platform 1303 is provided with a third positioning cone 1308 corresponding to the U-shaped bayonet 12 of the upper cover jig 1. The conveyor belt mechanism 900 constituting the upper cover jig recovery line 8 is denoted as a third conveyor belt mechanism 900c, in this embodiment, the upper cover jig recovery line 8 only includes one third conveyor belt mechanism 900c, and two sets of pulley assemblies of the third conveyor belt mechanism 900c are respectively disposed on two sides of the third jacking mechanism 1300.
Still further, as shown in fig. 21, the top cover jig stacking mechanism 1400 includes a guide column 1401 and a pallet assembly. The number of the guide columns 1401 is two, the two guide columns 1401 are respectively marked as a first guide column 1401 and a second guide column 1401, the number of the first guide columns 1401 is two, the two first guide columns 1401 are vertically fixed on the top of the vertical plate 902 of one belt pulley assembly of the third conveyor belt mechanism 900c, the top end of one first guide column 1401 is provided with a photoelectric detection probe 1402, the number of the second guide columns 1401 is two, and the two second guide columns 1401 are vertically fixed on the top of the vertical plate 902 of the other belt pulley assembly of the third conveyor belt mechanism 900 c; the supporting plate assemblies are arranged into two groups, the two groups of supporting plate assemblies are respectively marked as a first supporting plate assembly and a second supporting plate assembly, the first supporting plate assembly is fixed at the top of a vertical plate 902 of one group of belt pulley assemblies of the third conveying belt mechanism 900c, the first supporting plate assembly is arranged between two first guide posts 1401, the second supporting plate assembly is fixed at the top of a vertical plate 902 of the other group of belt pulley assemblies of the third conveying belt mechanism 900c, the second supporting plate assembly is arranged between two second guide posts 1401, and the first guide posts, the second guide posts 1401, the first supporting plate assembly and the second supporting plate assembly form a jig collecting position for accommodating the upper cover jig 1. Based on the above structure, when the upper cover jig 1 reaches the upper cover jig blanking station along with the conveyor belt 905 of the third conveyor belt mechanism 900c, the third jacking cylinder 1301 of the third jacking mechanism 1300 is immediately started, the third jacking platform 1303 immediately rises to jack up the upper cover jig 1, so that the upper cover jig 1 enters the jig collection station and falls on the support plate assembly, and then, the later upper cover jigs 1 are stacked layer by layer from bottom to top in the jig collection station until the upper cover jig 1 on the uppermost layer triggers the photoelectric detection probe 1402, and the worker transports all the upper cover jigs 1 in the jig collection station.
Further, as shown in fig. 21 to 22, the supporting plate assembly includes a movable supporting plate 1403 and a supporting plate mounting base 1404, the supporting plate mounting base 1404 is fixed on the top of the vertical plate 902 of the belt pulley assembly of the third conveyor belt mechanism 900c, the movable supporting plate 1403 is rotatably connected with the supporting plate mounting base 1404 and can be turned upwards, so that when the third jacking platform 1303 jacks up the upper cover jig 1, the movable supporting plate 1403 can be jacked by the upper cover jig 1, and after the upper cover jig 1 enters the jig collecting position, the movable supporting plate 1403 rotates to the horizontal position again to support the upper cover jig 1. In addition, the upper cover jig recycling line 8 is further provided with an upper cover jig blanking station limiting plate 81, the upper cover jig blanking station limiting plate 81 is arranged on one side of the downstream of the upper cover jig stacking mechanism 1400 and fixed to the tops of the vertical plates 902 of the two sets of belt pulley assemblies of the third conveyor belt mechanism 900c, and the upper cover jig blanking station limiting plate 81 is used for blocking the upper cover jig 1 entering the upper cover jig blanking station and preventing the upper cover jig 1 from being flushed out due to inertia.
As shown in fig. 24, the automatic chip capping device according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a finished product unloading module, where the finished product unloading module includes a carrying mechanism 1500, a chip fixture unloading station, which belongs to a manual operation station, is disposed on the working platform 41 and is used for unloading the chip fixture 2 with the chip and the chip upper cover 3 after being pressed, and the carrying mechanism 1500 is used for transporting the chip fixture 2 between the pressing station and the chip fixture unloading station.
Specifically, on the basis of fig. 5, referring to fig. 24 to 25, the carrying mechanism 1500 includes a first carrying rail 1501, a second carrying rail 1502, a first carrying motor 1503, a second carrying motor 1504, and a grasping assembly. The first carrying guide rail 1501 is horizontally erected on the top surface of the working platform 41 through second support columns 1505 arranged at two ends of the first carrying guide rail, the second carrying guide rail 1502 is horizontally arranged above the first carrying guide rail 1501 and is in sliding connection with the first carrying guide rail 1501 through a sliding support 1506, the second carrying guide rail 1502 is perpendicular to the first carrying guide rail 1501, and the first carrying motor 1503 is fixed at one end of the first carrying guide rail 1501 and drives the second carrying guide rail 1502 to slide along the first carrying guide rail 1501 through a third drag chain; snatch subassembly and second transport guide rail 1502 sliding connection, second transport motor 1504 is fixed in the one end of second transport guide rail 1502 and drives through the fourth tow chain and snatch the subassembly and slide along second transport guide rail 1502.
Further, as shown in fig. 24 to 25, the grasping assembly includes a grasping assembly base plate 1507, a grasping assembly guide 1508, a jaw mounting plate 1509, a grasping assembly motor 1510, a jaw cylinder 1511 and a movable clamp plate 1512, the grasping assembly base plate 1507 is slidably connected to the second carrying guide 1502 through a carrying slider disposed on the back surface thereof, the grasping assembly guide 1508 is vertically fixed on the front surface of the grasping assembly base plate 1507, the jaw mounting plate 1509 is slidably connected to the grasping assembly guide 1508, the grasping assembly motor 1510 is disposed on the top end of the grasping assembly guide 1508 and drives the jaw mounting plate 1509 to slide along the grasping assembly guide 1508 through a second transmission shaft, the jaw cylinder 1511 is horizontally fixed on the bottom of the jaw mounting plate 1509, and the jaw cylinder 1511 is provided with two sets of telescopic rods pointing oppositely, the movable clamp plate 1512 is provided in two sets, the two movable clamp plates 1512 are respectively fixed on the two, a detection plate 1513 is further arranged on the clamping jaw mounting plate 1509, and a detection proximity switch 1514 for controlling the start and stop of the clamping jaw air cylinder 1511 is arranged at the bottom of the detection plate 1513.
Still further, as shown in fig. 24 to fig. 25, the carrying mechanism 1500 further includes a detection vision component, and the detection vision component is configured to detect and analyze the lamination quality between the chip upper cover 3 and the chip before the grabbing component grabs the chip fixture 2, so as to ensure the lamination quality between the chip upper cover 3 and the chip. Still further, on the basis of fig. 5, referring to fig. 26, the finished product unloading module further includes a chip jig stacking mechanism 1600, the chip jig stacking mechanism 1600 is disposed at a chip jig unloading station, the chip jig stacking mechanism 1600 includes a fixed support plate 1601, a low-position proximity switch 1602 and a high-position proximity switch 1603, the fixed support plate 1601 is fixed on the top surface of the working platform 41 through a support leg 1604 disposed at the bottom of the fixed support plate, and a positioning bump is disposed at an edge of the fixed support plate 1601, so as to facilitate collection of chip jigs; the fixed supporting plate 1601 is provided with a through hole 1605, and the low-position proximity switch 1602 is arranged in the through hole 1605 and fixed on the top surface of the working platform 41 through a low-position switch bracket 1606; the high-level access switch 1603 is arranged beside the fixed supporting plate 1601 and fixed on the top surface of the working platform 41 through a high-level switch bracket 1607, and the high-level access switch 1603 is higher than the fixed supporting plate 1601. a plurality of chip jigs 2 with chips are moved to an assembly station from a chip jig feeding station continuously along with a conveying belt 905 of a second conveying belt mechanism 900b, when a previous chip jig 2 reaches the assembly station, a jig approach switch 912 of the second conveying belt mechanism 900b controls a conveying motor 901 of the second conveying belt mechanism 900b to stop, a third blocking plate 1204 of a third blocking mechanism 1200 rises to block a previous upper cover jig 1, and meanwhile, a next chip jig 2 just reaches the station to be assembled, a second blocking plate 1104 of a second blocking mechanism 1100 rises to block the next chip jig 2;
in the second step, the transplanting mechanism 400 sucks the auxiliary cover plate 101 on the exchange supporting plate 104 (the exchange supporting plate 104 is at the first exchange position at this time), transfers the auxiliary cover plate 101 to the turning station and places the auxiliary cover plate on the previous upper cover jig 1, and the auxiliary cover plate 101 and the previous upper cover jig 1 are combined to form a turning assembly (the upper cover jig 1 is located below, the auxiliary cover plate 101 is located above, and the chip upper cover 3 is located in the upper cover jig 1);

in a sixth step, after all the chips in the chip jig 2 cover the chip upper cover 3, the jig proximity switch 912 of the second conveyor belt mechanism 900b controls the conveying motor 901 of the second conveyor belt mechanism 900b to start, the conveyor belt 905 of the second conveyor belt mechanism 900b conveys the chip jig 2 with the chips and the chip upper cover 3 from the assembling station to the pressing station, and simultaneously conveys the next chip jig 2 from the station to be assembled to the assembling station, the steps of the next chip jig 2 are the same as those of the previous chip jig 2, and the description is omitted here;
in the seventh step, the jig proximity switch 912 of the second conveyor belt mechanism 900b controls the conveying motor 901 of the second conveyor belt mechanism 900b to stop again, the second jacking platform 603 of the second jacking mechanism 600 rises immediately to jack the previous chip jig 2 to separate from the conveying belt 905 of the second conveyor belt mechanism 900b, then the pressing mechanism 700 presses the chip upper cover 3 and the chip in the previous chip jig 2, and after the pressing is completed, the deviation mechanism 800 drives the pressing mechanism 700 to deviate from the pressing station;
in the eighth step, the detection visual component of the carrying mechanism 1500 firstly detects and analyzes the lamination quality of the chip upper cover 3 and the chip, and then the grabbing component grabs the chip jig 2 with the finished product and transfers the chip jig to the chip jig stacking mechanism 1600 for collection;

the overturning and transplanting module comprises an overturning mechanism and a transplanting mechanism, the overturning mechanism is arranged at the overturning station and used for overturning the overturning assembly by 180 degrees, and the transplanting mechanism is used for transporting the auxiliary cover plate between the overturning station and the middle station;
the assembly module comprises a manipulator mechanism, and the manipulator mechanism is used for transporting the chip upper cover from the intermediate station to the assembly station;
