本发明涉及彩铝生产技术领域,具体是一种应用无机纳米涂料在辊涂生产中的方法。包括A、试生产前期准备;B、放卷:利用放卷机对原材料进行放卷;C、接板:将放卷后的铝基板与牵引板连接,使牵引板带着铝基板运行;D、储料架储料;E、热水清洗:铝基板进入清水槽内,利用热水对铝基板进行清洗;F、烤箱烘干;G、一次涂装:利用涂装辊在铝基板的两面涂一层带颜色的水性涂料;H、一次烘烤:然后经过烤箱进行烘烤;I、冷却;J、二次涂装:利用涂装辊进行清漆涂装;K、二次烘烤;L、冷却、检验、收卷即得带无机纳米涂料涂层的铝卷。本发明解决了现有的辊涂生产中辊涂彩铝时,容易对员工造成危害,以及生产时会产生废水,污染环境的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及彩铝生产技术领域,具体是一种应用无机纳米涂料在辊涂生产中的方法。
背景技术
现有的辊涂生产中辊涂彩铝使用的涂料为油性聚酯漆、氟碳漆和聚氨酯油漆,该类油漆涂装时会挥发苯类有毒有害气体,对有接触的岗位员工职业健康存在较大的危害,且涂装前铝板需进行酸洗,除去铝板表面的油污,所产生的生产废水,也加重污水处理的任务,同时增加生产运行成本。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种应用无机纳米涂料在辊涂生产中的方法,以解决背景技术中提出的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种应用无机纳米涂料在辊涂生产中的方法,包括A、试生产前期准备;B、放卷:利用放卷机对原材料进行放卷;C、接板:将放卷后的铝基板与牵引板连接,使牵引板带着铝基板运行;D、储料架储料;
E、热水清洗:铝基板进入清水槽内,利用热水对铝基板进行清洗;
F、烤箱烘干;
G、一次涂装:利用涂装辊在铝基板的两面涂一层带颜色的水性涂料;
H、一次烘烤:然后经过烤箱进行烘烤;
I、冷却;
J、二次涂装:利用涂装辊进行清漆涂装;
K、二次烘烤;
L、冷却、检验、收卷即得带无机纳米涂料涂层的铝卷。
优选地,所述步骤E中,清洗槽内的热水温度为60-70℃。
优选地,在所述步骤F中,烤箱烘干的温度为100-105℃。
优选地,在所述步骤G中,一次涂装带颜色的水性涂料的厚度为14um。
优选地,在所述步骤H中,一次烘烤时烤箱的温度为180-190℃。
优选地,在所述步骤I、L中,所述的冷却均为水空调冷却。
优选地,在所述步骤J中,二次涂装时清漆的厚度为9um。
优选地,在所述步骤K中,二次烘烤时的温度为160℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明通过将无机纳米涂料应用在辊涂生产中来生产彩铝,在现有设备流水线的基础上,通过对其辊涂工艺进行创造性的改进,以此来解决现有的辊涂生产中辊涂彩铝时,容易对员工造成危害,以及生产时会产生废水,污染环境的问题。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
本发明的一种应用无机纳米涂料在辊涂生产中的方法,包括A、试生产前期准备;具体包括原材料检验、调漆等;
B、放卷:利用放卷机对原材料进行放卷;C、接板:将放卷后的铝基板与牵引板连接,使牵引板带着铝基板运行;D、储料架储料;主要目的是为了便于有时间接板;
E、热水清洗:铝基板进入清水槽内,清洗槽内的热水温度为60-70℃,利用热水对铝基板进行清洗;
F、烤箱烘干;烤箱烘干的温度为100-105℃;
G、一次涂装:利用涂装辊在铝基板的两面涂一层厚度为14um带颜色的水性涂料;
H、一次烘烤:然后经过烤箱进行烘烤,烤箱的温度为180-190℃;
I、冷却;利用水空调冷却;
J、二次涂装:利用涂装辊进行清漆涂装,厚度为9um;
K、二次烘烤;烘烤的温度为160℃。
L、利用水空调冷却、检验、收卷即得带无机纳米涂料涂层的铝卷。
对上述生产出的产品进行检测,检测出产品外观漆膜平坦、无异常,膜厚26±2um,T弯≤2T,色差△E≦1.5,光泽度±10,铅笔硬度4H,附着力0级,水煮实验无异常,冲击测试漆膜完好,耐溶剂往返擦拭100次不漏底。

1.一种应用无机纳米涂料在辊涂生产中的方法,包括A、试生产前期准备;B、放卷:利用放卷机对原材料进行放卷;C、接板:将放卷后的铝基板与牵引板连接,使牵引板带着铝基板运行;D、储料架储料;其特征在于:
E、热水清洗:铝基板进入清水槽内,利用热水对铝基板进行清洗;
F、烤箱烘干;
G、一次涂装:利用涂装辊在铝基板的两面涂一层带颜色的水性涂料;
H、一次烘烤:然后经过烤箱进行烘烤;
I、冷却;
J、二次涂装:利用涂装辊进行清漆涂装;
K、二次烘烤;
L、冷却、检验、收卷即得带无机纳米涂料涂层的铝卷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的应用无机纳米涂料在辊涂生产中的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤E中,清洗槽内的热水温度为60-70℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的应用无机纳米涂料在辊涂生产中的方法,其特征在于:在所述步骤F中,烤箱烘干的温度为100-105℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的应用无机纳米涂料在辊涂生产中的方法,其特征在于:在所述步骤G中,一次涂装带颜色的水性涂料的厚度为14um。
5.根据权利要求1所述的应用无机纳米涂料在辊涂生产中的方法,其特征在于:在所述步骤H中,一次烘烤时烤箱的温度为180-190℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的应用无机纳米涂料在辊涂生产中的方法,其特征在于:在所述步骤I、L中,所述的冷却均为水空调冷却。
7.根据权利要求1所述的应用无机纳米涂料在辊涂生产中的方法,其特征在于:在所述步骤J中,二次涂装时清漆的厚度为9um。
8.根据权利要求1所述的应用无机纳米涂料在辊涂生产中的方法,其特征在于:在所述步骤K中,二次烘烤时的温度为160℃。
