The extraction process of the decoction-free food granules according to claim 1, wherein the extraction process comprises the following steps: replacing in the step S1 with selecting each single food to be extracted, matching each single food according to the existing formula proportion, then carrying out superfine grinding, grinding the particle size of the raw material micro powder to about 5-15 mu m, then adding water and mixing to obtain a mixed solution, replacing in the step S2 with carrying out high-speed centrifugation on the mixed solution to obtain a mixed concentrated solution, then carrying out low-temperature vacuum concentration to obtain an extract, atomizing the extract, and carrying out spray drying.

The extraction process of the decoction-free food granules according to claim 1, wherein the extraction process comprises the following steps: the water decoction mode in the step S1 comprises the steps of adding water in an amount which is 6-12 times of the mass of the raw materials, repeatedly decocting the same raw materials for 2-3 times, wherein the water adding amount of each time is 6-12 times of the mass of the raw materials, the decocting time of each time is 1-2 hours, filtering, and combining the decoctions.
