本发明公开一种布料的安定整理方法,本发明使用一种有效成分为提取于天然大麻油中的浓缩大麻二酚与大麻籽油,通过制成聚氨酯微胶囊的方法,对纺织品进行安定整理加工,使纺织品在使用过程具有镇静安定、改善人体睡眠作用的染整技术。由于大麻二酚与大麻籽油具有镇静安定、改善人体睡眠作用,将它们制成聚氨酯微胶囊然后对纺织品进行安定整理加工,使纺织品在使用过程中拥有上述成分的功效。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织品染整加工领域,具体涉及对布料进行安定整理,使其在使用过程中具有一定功效的布料安定整理方法。
背景技术
城市的不断发展加快了人们的生活节奏,随着生活压力加大,失眠焦虑的人群不断增加,很多人长期处于这种亚健康状态。纺织品安定整理的出现很好的迎合了这部分人群的需求。有效成分为提取于天然大麻油中的浓缩大麻二酚与大麻籽油,具有镇静安定、改善人体睡眠的作用,在运动时还可以缓解肌肉疼痛,对皮肤还有消炎作用,而对人体无副作用。大麻二酚对人体的益处在营养学与美容领域方面以得到广泛的应用,而在纺织品领域的应用还未开始应用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,将有效成分为提取于天然大麻油中的浓缩大麻二酚与大麻籽油通过制成聚氨酯微胶囊的方法,对纺织品进行安定整理加工,使纺织品在使用过程中具有了镇静安定、改善人体睡眠的作用。同时因为采用了微胶囊的方法,使得纺织品有效成分能够缓慢的释放,使得有效成分作用时间大大延长,由于微胶囊可以牢固的附着在织物上,有效成分的耐洗性也得到了加强。
本发明的技术解决方案如下:一种布料的安定整理方法,包括以下步骤:
1)坯布反面理布;
2)热水浸轧;
3)将布料加入染缸进行漂染洗处理,分三个阶段:精炼阶段、染色阶段、水洗阶段;
4)水洗阶段出缸后将布料均匀的放到脱水机里脱水,脱水后将布进行开幅并烘干;
5)预先将效成分为提取于天然大麻油中的浓缩大麻二酚与大麻籽油制成聚氨酯微胶囊作为安定整理剂;
6)采用步骤5)的安定整理剂与交联剂加水配置成整理溶液,将配好的溶液加入到定型机轧液槽里,将布料通过轧液槽浸湿后用轧车轧去多余的液体,再烘干,使得聚氨酯微胶囊均匀的固着在布面上。
步骤2)中热水浸轧具体为先将布匹通过热轧机的水槽,热水温度控制在60-80℃,车速控制在20-40m/min左右,轧车压力为0.3-0.5MPa,轧后布面带液率为70%-90%;
步骤6)中整理溶液组分浓度为安定整理剂40-80g/L,交联剂8-20g/L。
具体加工工艺流程如下:
1)坯布反面理布:将圆桶布反面朝外并连接。
2)热水浸轧:将理好的坯布通过热轧机,先浸入热水,再经过轧车压去多余的水分。
3)将布进入染缸进行漂染洗处理。分三个阶段:
a)精炼阶段:先将水加入到染缸里达到规定的数量后,再将精炼用的化学助剂加入到染缸里,打开蒸汽加热,使水温达到规定值,保持水流与布在染缸里循环流动,保温一段时间后,坯布上的杂质已被清除,排除脏水,重新放水进入染缸用清水或助剂清洗干净,接下来进入染色阶段。其中,使用的化学助剂浓度为:双氧水4-8g/L,烧碱1-2g/L,表面活性剂1-2g/L,螯合剂0-2g/;处理温度为90℃-100℃;处理时间为40min-60min。
b)染色阶段:在染缸里加入规定量的清水后,打开蒸汽将水温升温到规定值,加入助剂及部分染料,保持水流与布在染缸里循环流动一段时间后,再将剩余的染料加进染缸里,运行一段时间后,加入规定的化学助剂运行一段时间后,再加入规定助剂进行固色,固色后染色阶段完成。其中,使用的助剂浓度为:染料0-8%,元明粉5-80g/L,纯碱5-50g/L;染色温度为60℃-80℃;染色时间为60min-90min;染色浴比为1:10-1:20。
c)水洗阶段:染色完成后,排去脏水,将干净的水放进染缸内,加入皂洗剂,用蒸汽将水温升到规定值,对布匹进行皂洗,以洗去布上残留的助剂与浮色。水洗阶段,使用的助剂浓度为:冰醋酸1-2g/L,表面活性剂1-2g/L,水洗温度为80℃-100℃,水洗时间为15min-30min。
4)出缸后将布匹均匀的放到脱水机内进行脱水,脱水后将布放到开幅机进行开幅,开幅后将布通过烘干机烘干。
5)后整理定型,在这道工序进行安定功能整理,方法是将预先准备好的有效成分包裹在微胶囊内的聚氨酯微胶囊形式的安定整理剂加入到定型机轧液槽,将布通过轧液槽浸湿后用轧车轧去多余的液体后,再进入烘房烘干,使得有效成分被微胶囊包裹着均匀的固着在布面上。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明使用一种有效成分为提取于天然大麻油中的浓缩大麻二酚与大麻籽油,通过制成聚氨酯微胶囊的方法,对纺织品进行安定整理加工,使纺织品在使用过程具有镇静安定、改善人体睡眠作用的染整技术。由于大麻二酚与大麻籽油具有镇静安定、改善人体睡眠作用,将它们制成聚氨酯微胶囊然后对纺织品进行安定整理加工,使纺织品在使用过程中拥有上述成分的功效。
具体实施方式
下面用具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,但本发明不仅局限于以下具体实施例。
实施例
米色全棉汗布10kg
1)坯布反面理布。
2)热水浸轧:先将布匹通过热轧机的水槽,热水温度控制在80℃,车速控制在20m/min左右,轧车压力为0.3MPa,轧后布面带液率为70%,在这个工序里要时刻注意布面折痕的产生。
3)将布进入染缸进行漂染洗处理。分3个阶段:
a)精炼阶段:先将100kg水加入到染缸里,再将精炼用的化学助剂加入到染缸里,品种与用量为双氧水400g,固体片碱150g,表面活性剂100g。打开蒸汽加热,使水温达到90℃-100℃,保持水流与布在染缸里循环流动,循环过程中要时刻注意不要让布匹纠缠,缠绕在一起,以免产生处理不均匀现象,保温50min-60min后,坯布上的杂质已基本被清除干净。排除脏水,重新放水100kg进入染缸,加入50g除氧粉,冷水运行10min后,布面残余的双氧水以基本去除,排水后,进入接下来进入染色阶段。
b)染色阶段:先在染缸里加入100kg的清水,升温到60℃后,加入染料品种与数量如下:活性红SHF 4.9g,活性黄K-HL 12g,活性蓝K-HL 1.8g,染色10min后,加入元明粉4kg后保温30min,再加入纯碱1.5保温60min。取样对色,颜色OK后排液,进水水洗。
C)水洗阶段:染缸进水100kg后,加入冰醋酸100g,冷水运行10min,将剩余的残碱中和,排液后再进水100kg,加入表面活性剂100gL,打开蒸汽升温到80℃,水洗时间15min。排液进水100kg运行10min后排液出缸。
4) 出缸后将布均匀的放到脱水机里脱水,脱水后将布进行开幅并烘干。
5)预先将效成分为提取于天然大麻油中的浓缩大麻二酚与大麻籽油,制成聚氨酯微胶囊分散液的形式作为安定整理剂。
6)后整理定型:先配置整理用的溶液,使用助剂及用量为:安定整理剂40g/L,交联剂8g/L,将配好的溶液加入到定型机轧液槽里,将布通过轧液槽浸湿后用轧车轧去多余的液体,轧车压力为0.4MPa,轧液后布面带液率为70%,再进入烘房烘干,定型机烘箱温度设定为130℃,车速20m/min,这样就使得有效成分被微胶囊包裹着均匀的固着在布面上。所述交联剂为纺织业市售常规交联剂。
经过检测耐洗性高达30次以上。

1.一种布料的安定整理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)坯布反面理布;
2)热水浸轧;
3)将布料加入染缸进行漂染洗处理,分三个阶段:精炼阶段、染色阶段、水洗阶段;
4)水洗阶段出缸后将布料均匀的放到脱水机里脱水,脱水后将布进行开幅并烘干;
5)预先将效成分为提取于天然大麻油中的浓缩大麻二酚与大麻籽油制成聚氨酯微胶囊作为安定整理剂;
6)采用步骤5)的安定整理剂与交联剂加水配置成整理溶液,将配好的溶液加入到定型机轧液槽里,将布料通过轧液槽浸湿后用轧车轧去多余的液体,再烘干,使得聚氨酯微胶囊均匀的固着在布面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的布料的安定整理方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中热水浸轧具体为先将布匹通过热轧机的水槽,热水温度控制在60-80℃,车速控制在20-40m/min左右,轧车压力为0.3-0.5MPa,轧后布面带液率为70%-90%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的布料的安定整理方法,其特征在于,步骤6)中整理溶液组分浓度为安定整理剂40-80g/L,交联剂8-20g/L。
