Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗静电性能得到提高的涂层地板材料。本发明还涉及一种包含所述涂层地板材料的硬化涂膜的涂层地板。
背景技术
对于以工厂为首的生产设施等的地板而言,大多采用使用了环氧树脂等硬化型树脂的涂层地板。但是,由于用于涂层地板的硬化型树脂为电绝缘性,因此产生在经施工的涂层地板上的作业中会发生静电所引起的故障的问题。因此,为了对涂层地板赋予抗静电性能,在硬化型树脂中添加导电性填料。例如,专利文献1中记载了使用导电性氧化钛粉末及碳纤维作为导电性填料。专利文献2中记载了使用碳纤维作为导电性填料。专利文献3中记载了使用导电性氧化锌等导电性金属氧化物及不锈钢纤维作为导电性填料。
可以说将人体所携带的静电通过涂层地板接地时的泄漏电阻只要为108Ω左右即可。因此,抗静电性的涂层地板在施加电压500V下测定时,具有电阻为108Ω以下的导电性。

发明内容
[发明所要解决的问题]
另一方面,在生产设施等中,也可能会引起低电压下的电子零件的破坏之类的静电故障。相对于此,现有技术的涂层地板具有以硬化性树脂为海相、以导电性填料为岛相的海岛结构。在海岛结构中,由于夹着海相的岛相之间通电,因此为了导电,需要一定以上的电压。因此,现有技术的涂层地板在50V的低电压下不显示导电性,无法防止此种低电压下的静电故障。因此,期望开发一种即使在50V的低电压下也显示导电性的涂层地板。
此处,为了提高导电性,可考虑在现有的涂层地板材料中大量添加导电性填料。然而,大量添加导电性填料会导致涂层地板材料的粘度上升,结果,涂敷作业性降低,涂层地板的加工状态变差。具体而言,无法获得充分的平坦性、光泽,会导致气泡等涂膜缺陷的产生。
另一方面,作为具有高导电性的材料,已知有碳纳米管。然而,碳纳米管由于凝聚而导致粘度上升,因此同样地涂层地板的加工状态会变差。因此,使用加工性优异的碳纳米管的涂层地板材料未能实现。
鉴于所述情况,本发明的目的在于实现一种加工性优异、硬化涂膜在50V下也显示出高导电性的使用了碳纳米管的涂层地板材料。
[解决问题的技术手段]
本发明为一种涂层地板材料,含有常温硬化型树脂、单层碳纳米管、湿润分散剂、流平剂以及消泡剂,且所述湿润分散剂为包含酸性基及氨基的聚合物盐。
[发明的效果]
根据本发明,可提供一种加工性优异、硬化涂膜在50V下也显示出高导电性的使用了碳纳米管的涂层地板材料。
具体实施方式
本发明的涂层地板材料含有常温硬化型树脂、单层碳纳米管、湿润分散剂、流平剂以及消泡剂。所述湿润分散剂为包含酸性基及氨基的聚合物盐。
〔常温硬化型树脂〕
常温硬化型树脂是可在作为施工环境温度的常温(例如0℃~40℃,特别是5℃~35℃)下硬化的树脂,可使用涂层地板材料用途中现有的树脂。作为常温硬化型树脂,可使用二液硬化型类型、湿气硬化型类型、自由基聚合性类型等,其中优选为二液硬化型类型。作为常温硬化型树脂的具体例,可列举环氧树脂、氨基甲酸酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂、聚酯树脂、乙烯基酯树脂等,其中优选为环氧树脂。
作为环氧树脂,可使用涂层地板材料用途中现有的环氧树脂,优选为常温下显示液状,且通过与硬化剂的反应而硬化的二液硬化型类型的环氧树脂。
作为环氧树脂的例子,可列举:3,4-环氧环己基甲基-3,4-环氧环己烷羧酸酯等脂环式环氧树脂;六氢邻苯二甲酸二缩水甘油酯等缩水甘油酯型环氧树脂;由双酚A、双酚F等双酚与表卤醇类衍生的双酚型环氧树脂;苯酚酚醛清漆树脂、甲酚酚醛清漆树脂、双酚A酚醛清漆树脂、萘酚酚醛清漆树脂、联苯酚醛清漆树脂等酚醛清漆树脂的环氧化物;由氢化双酚F、氢化双酚A、1,4-环己烷二甲醇、双酚A的环氧烷加成体等二元醇与表卤醇类衍生的缩水甘油醚型环氧树脂;对苯二酚、邻苯二酚等多元酚与表卤醇类衍生的环氧树脂等。其中,优选为双酚型环氧树脂(特别是双酚A型环氧树脂)。这些可单独使用一种或者将两种以上组合使用。
作为硬化剂,可使用涂层地板材料用途中现有的硬化剂。作为其具体例,可列举:二乙三胺、三乙四胺、五乙六胺等脂肪族胺类或其改性物;间苯二胺、间二甲苯二胺、二氨基二苯基甲烷等芳香族胺类或其改性物;1,3-双(氨基甲基)环己烷、异佛尔酮二胺等脂环式胺类或其改性物;邻苯二甲酸酐、六氢邻苯二甲酸酐、均苯四甲酸酐等酸酐类;聚硫化物;酰胺酸;聚硫橡胶等。其中,优选为脂环式胺类、芳香族胺类及这些的改性物。作为改性物,可列举曼尼希改性物、加合物改性物等。这些可单独使用一种或者将两种以上组合使用。
环氧树脂与硬化剂的混合量只要与以往同样地设定为环氧树脂中所含的环氧基的摩尔量与硬化剂中所含的活性氢的摩尔量大致相等即可。此外,在使用后述的反应性稀释剂时,只要设定为环氧树脂中所含的环氧基和反应性稀释剂中所含的环氧基的合计摩尔量与硬化剂中所含的活性氢的摩尔量大致相等即可。
〔单层碳纳米管〕
在本发明中,作为导电性填料,使用单层碳纳米管(single walled carbonnanotube,SWNT)。SWNT具有一张石墨烯片材被卷绕成圆筒状的结构。单层碳纳米管可为扶手椅型、锯齿型及手性型中的任一种。就可容易地分散在涂层地板材料中而言,作为单层碳纳米管,优选为使用预分散的碳纳米管,特别优选为使用预分散于与常温硬化型树脂具有反应性的稀释剂中的碳纳米管。单层碳纳米管可按照现有方法来合成,也可作为市售品获取。作为预分散的单层碳纳米管,优选列举奥克希尔(OCSIAL)公司制造的“图拜尔玛特克斯(TUBALL MATRIX)201”。所述“图拜尔玛特克斯(TUBALL MATRIX)201”包含脂肪酸缩水甘油酯作为反应性稀释剂。因此,在使用环氧树脂作为常温硬化型树脂的情况下,脂肪酸缩水甘油酯可与环氧树脂一起与硬化剂反应。
涂层地板材料中的单层碳纳米管的含量并无特别限定,但若过少则有导电性变得不充分之虞。因此,涂层地板材料中(即,相对于涂层地板材料的总质量;在常温硬化型树脂为二液型的情况下相对于也包含硬化剂的质量的涂层地板材料的总质量)的单层碳纳米管的含量优选为0.010质量%以上,更优选为0.015质量%以上,进而优选为0.020质量%以上。另一方面,若涂层地板材料中的单层碳纳米管的含量过多,则有导致涂层地板材料的粘度增加而损害加工性之虞。因此,涂层地板材料中的单层碳纳米管的含量优选为0.040质量%以下,更优选为0.035质量%以下,进而优选为0.030质量%以下。
〔湿润分散剂〕
在本发明中,使用湿润分散剂。湿润分散剂为在涂料领域中作为表面活性剂发挥作用,同时具有作为提高涂膜的润湿性的湿润剂的功能、以及作为通过电排斥或位阻等作用机制防止粒子凝聚的分散剂的功能此两者的添加剂。而且,在本发明中,湿润分散剂中,可使用作为包含酸性基及氨基的聚合物盐的湿润分散剂。通过使用此种湿润分散剂,即使在使用单层碳纳米管的情况下,也可防止单层碳纳米管在涂层地板材料中的凝聚,可抑制因粘度增加导致的加工性的降低。
作为酸性基,优选为酸性磷酸酯基。聚合物盐的聚合物可为均聚物也可为共聚物。聚合物优选为在主链(例如聚氨基甲酸酯链)中导入了一个或多个侧链(例如聚酯链)的接枝共聚物。此时,通过聚合物链的位阻,单层碳纳米管的分散性变得更高。作为聚合物盐,优选为烷基铵盐及磷酸酯盐,更优选为烷基铵盐。
湿润分散剂的酸价及胺价分别优选为10mgKOH/g以上。就贮藏稳定性的观点而言,湿润分散剂的酸价及胺价分别更优选为30mgKOH/g以上,进而优选为35mgKOH/g以上。此外,所谓酸价表示每1g高分子分散剂固体成分的酸价,例如可依据日本工业标准(JapaneseIndustrial Standards,JIS)K0070并利用电位差滴定法求出。所谓胺价表示每1g高分子分散剂固体成分的胺价,例如,可通过将使用0.1N的盐酸水溶液并利用电位差滴定法求出的值换算为氢氧化钾的当量来求出。
作为本发明中可使用的湿润分散剂的例子,可列举日本毕克化学(BYK-ChemieJapan)公司制造的“BYK-9076”、“迪斯帕毕克(DISPERBYK)-142”;楠本化成公司制造的“帝司巴隆(DISPARLON)DA-325”等,优选为“BYK-9076”及“迪斯帕毕克(DISPERBYK)-142”。润湿分散剂可单独使用一种或者将两种以上组合使用。
涂层地板材料中的湿润分散剂的含量并无特别限定,但若过少则有得不到充分的导电性之虞。另外,处于湿润分散剂的含量多时贮藏稳定性高的倾向。因此,涂层地板材料中的湿润分散剂的含量优选为0.04质量%以上,更优选为0.10质量%以上,进而优选为0.15质量%以上。另一方面,若涂层地板材料中的湿润分散剂的含量过多,则有导电性降低之虞。因此,涂层地板材料中的湿润分散剂的含量优选为0.40质量%以下,更优选为0.32质量%以下,进而优选为0.25质量%以下。
〔流平剂〕
在本发明中,使用流平剂。通过使用流平剂,可提高加工性。作为流平剂,可使用涂层地板材料中使用的现有的流平剂。作为流平剂的例子,可列举丙烯酸系聚合物等。作为流平剂,可使用共荣社化学公司制造的“珀利弗洛(POLYFLOW)”系列。流平剂可单独使用一种或者将两种以上组合使用。
涂层地板材料中的流平剂的含量并无特别限定,但若过少则有加工性降低之虞。因此,涂层地板材料中的流平剂的含量优选为0.04质量%以上,更优选为0.06质量%以上,进而优选为0.07质量%以上。另一方面,若涂层地板材料中的流平剂的含量过多则有导电性变得不充分之虞。因此,涂层地板材料中的流平剂的含量优选为0.21质量%以下,更优选为0.18质量%以下,进而优选为0.15质量%以下。
〔消泡剂〕
在本发明中,使用消泡剂。通过使用消泡剂,可提高加工性。作为消泡剂,可使用涂层地板材料中使用的现有的消泡剂。作为消泡剂的例子,可列举丙烯酸系聚合物、乙烯基醚系聚合物及这些的混合物等。作为消泡剂,可使用共荣社化学公司制造的“弗洛伦(FLOWLEN)”系列。消泡剂可单独使用一种或者将两种以上组合使用。
涂层地板材料中的消泡剂的含量并无特别限定,但若过少则有加工性降低之虞。因此,涂层地板材料中的消泡剂的含量优选为0.12质量%以上,更优选为0.18质量%以上,进而优选为0.24质量%以上。另一方面,若涂层地板材料中的消泡剂的含量过多,则有导电性变得不充分之虞。因此,涂层地板材料中的消泡剂的含量优选为0.40质量%以下,更优选为0.38质量%以下,进而优选为0.36质量%以下。
本发明的涂层地板材料以色调的调整等为目的,也可含有颜料。作为颜料,可使用涂层地板材料中使用的现有的颜料。颜料的含量只要根据颜料的种类及所期望的色调等适当设定即可。
本发明的涂层地板材料以提高强度、提高着色性等为目的,也可含有绝缘性填充材料。作为绝缘性填充材料,可使用涂层地板材料中使用的现有的材料。作为其例子,可列举碳酸钙、碳酸镁、硫酸钡、氧化钙、氧化镁、氧化铝、二氧化硅、高岭土、滑石、云母、玻璃珠、玻璃微球、玻璃纤维等。其中,优选为碳酸钙(特别是重质碳酸钙)。绝缘性填充材料的含量只要根据所期望的强度等适当设定即可。
本发明的涂层地板材料以调整粘度等为目的,也可含有反应性稀释剂、非反应性稀释剂等。作为反应性稀释剂,例如可列举具有一个以上与常温硬化型树脂同种的反应性基的化合物。具体而言,例如,在常温硬化型树脂为环氧树脂的情况下,可使用新戊二醇二缩水甘油醚等具有环氧基的化合物。作为非反应性稀释剂,例如可列举不具有与常温硬化型树脂同种的反应性基的化合物。具体而言,例如,在常温硬化型树脂为环氧树脂的情况下,可使用苄基醇等。这些的含量只要根据所期望的粘度等适当设定即可。
在不显著阻碍本发明的效果的范围内,本发明的涂层地板材料也可进而含有所述以外的成分。
本发明的涂层地板材料的制备方法并无特别限制,可按照现有方法进行制备。例如,可在施工现场等一次性调配本发明的涂层地板材料的各成分来制备。例如,本发明的涂层地板材料为分为含有硬化剂以外的成分的主剂及硬化剂的二液类型,且可作为在施工现场等将主剂及硬化剂混合使用的类型来制备。例如,作为二液类型进行准备,作为主剂成分,准备未调配有绝缘性填充材料的物质,或者调配有少量绝缘性填充材料的物质,例如在施工现场等,可在主剂中追加绝缘性填充材料,以达到考虑基底的状况、涂层地板所要求的特性等而求出的调配量。例如,作为二液类型进行准备,作为主剂成分,准备未调配有着色剂的物质,例如在施工现场等,可根据涂层地板所要求的色调在主剂中追加着色剂。
本发明的涂层地板材料可按照现有方法进行施工来使用。例如,可通过在被施工的地板上利用流延法涂敷本发明的涂层地板材料,其后静置规定时间,进行干燥及环氧树脂的硬化,而形成涂层地板。所施工的涂层地板可为由本发明的涂层地板材料形成的层(即,本发明的涂层地板材料的硬化涂膜的层)的单层,也可为由本发明的涂层地板材料形成的层与底涂层组合而成的多层结构。
根据本发明的涂层地板材料,通过使用湿润分散剂,进而与流平剂及消泡剂组合,可获得虽使用碳纳米管但具有充分平坦性、光泽的涂层地板。另外,在本发明的涂层地板材料中,气泡等涂膜缺陷的发生得到抑制。因此,本发明的涂层地板材料的加工性优异。另外,根据本发明的涂层地板材料,其硬化涂膜在50V下也显示出高导电性。具体而言,50V下的电阻小于109Ω,进而也可实现107Ω以下、特别是106Ω以下的导电性。进而,硬化涂膜在25V下也能显示出高导电性。因此,本发明的涂层地板材料的抗静电性能远远高于以往(因此可称为“高抗静电涂层地板材料”),不仅可实现以往的抗静电,还可防止低电压下的电子零件的破坏之类的静电故障。
因此,就其他观点而言,本发明为包括所述涂层地板材料的硬化涂膜的涂层地板。所述涂层地板也可具有底涂层。所述涂层地板材料的硬化涂膜的厚度并无特别限定,例如为1.0mm以上且3.0mm以下,优选为1.0mm以上且2.0mm以下。本发明的涂层地板在加工状态良好的同时,在50V下也显示出高导电性。因此,可防止低电压下的电子零件的破坏之类的静电故障。本发明的涂层地板可在各种建筑物中使用,特别适合于电子零件的研究设施及生产设施。
[实施例1]
以下,对与本发明有关的实施例进行说明,但并不意图将本发明限定于所述实施例中所示的内容。
〔实施例及比较例〕
将表1及表2中记载的各成分混合,制作包含主剂以及硬化剂的二液型的涂层地板材料。此外,表中的值表示质量份。主剂与硬化剂的合计约为120质量份。
〔导电性评价〕
在形成有底涂层及导电性底涂层(电阻:约103Ω)的平板上,涂敷各实施例及各比较例的涂层地板材料,使环氧树脂硬化,制作试验样品。针对所述试验样品,依据美国消防协会(National Fire Protection Association,NFPA)法及JIS A1454:2016,使用绝缘电阻计测定将施加电压设为500V、100V、50V及25V时的电阻。此外,使用2.25kg的铁制圆柱作为电极,电极间距离设为3英尺(约91cm)。将测定结果示于表1及表2中。
〔加工状态评价〕
在形成底涂层的平板上,以1.0mm的厚度涂敷各实施例及各比较例的涂层地板材料,使环氧树脂硬化,制作试验样品。对试验样品的表面照射荧光灯的光,调查有无反射不均。另外,调查有无气泡及气泡痕迹。按照以下的基准进行评价,将〇以上设为合格。将结果示于表1及表2中。
◎:几乎无反射不均,也看不到气泡及气泡痕迹。
〇:看到少许反射不均,但未看到气泡及气泡痕迹。
△:看到反射不均,也看到少许气泡及气泡痕迹。
×:反射不均明显,看到大量气泡及气泡痕迹。
〔贮藏稳定性评价〕
制备各实施例及各比较例的涂层地板材料后,在室温下放置1个月。使用其并将施加电压设为50V,利用与所述同样的方法测定电阻,按照以下的基准进行评价。将结果示于表1及表2中。
○:电阻值小于106Ω。
△:电阻值为106Ω以上且小于108Ω。
×:电阻值为108Ω以上。

迪斯帕毕克(DISPERBYK)-142:日本毕克化学(BYK-Chemie Japan)公司制造的湿润分散剂“迪斯帕毕克(DISPERBYK)-142”(具有颜料亲和性基的高分子量共聚物的磷酸酯盐;酸价=46mgKOH/g、胺价=43mgKOH/g)
DA-325:楠本化成股份有限公司制造的湿润分散剂“帝司巴隆(DISPARLON)DA-325”(聚醚磷酸酯与多胺的混合物;酸价=14mgKOH/g、胺价=20mgKOH/g)
BYK-9077:日本毕克化学(BYK-Chemie Japan)公司制造的湿润分散剂“BYK-9077”(具有颜料亲和性基的高分子量共聚物;胺价=44mgKOH/g)

根据以上的结果可知,在涂层地板材料含有常温硬化型树脂、单层碳纳米管、湿润分散剂、流平剂以及消泡剂,且湿润分散剂为包含酸性基及氨基的聚合物盐的情况下,即使在50V的低电压下导电性也高,可获得良好的加工状态。因此,可知根据本发明的涂层地板材料,虽使用碳纳米管但加工性也优异,且其硬化涂膜在50V下也显示出高导电性。
Claims (8)
1.一种涂层地板材料,含有常温硬化型树脂、单层碳纳米管、湿润分散剂、流平剂以及消泡剂,
所述湿润分散剂为包含酸性基及氨基的聚合物盐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂层地板材料,其中所述单层碳纳米管的含量为0.010质量%以上且0.040质量%以下。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的涂层地板材料,其中所述湿润分散剂的含量为0.04质量%以上且0.40质量%以下。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的涂层地板材料,其中所述湿润分散剂为烷基铵盐或磷酸酯盐。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的涂层地板材料,其中所述湿润分散剂的酸价及胺价分别为30mgKOH/g以上。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的涂层地板材料,其中所述流平剂的含量为0.04质量%以上且0.20质量%以下。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的涂层地板材料,其中所述消泡剂的含量为0.12质量%以上且0.40质量%以下。
8.一种涂层地板,包括如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的涂层地板材料的硬化涂膜。
