Abstract
本发明提供能够提高恒温容器的通信用电波的透过性和保冷性能这两者的恒温容器。该恒温容器包括:真空隔热容器(3);封闭真空隔热容器(3)的真空隔热盖体(4);收纳于真空隔热盖体(4)的内部的箱主体(51);封闭箱主体(51)的箱盖体(52);和设置于箱主体(51)的底部、壁部和箱盖体(52)的相变材料(57B),在从箱主体(51)的内侧至真空隔热容器(3)的外侧的路径上设置有由电波透过性的有机物构成的部位。

技术领域
本发明涉及恒温容器。
背景技术
现有技术中,作为将收纳物维持一定时间、维持为一定的温度范围的容器,使用恒温容器。并且,为了提高隔热性,恒温容器中使用了真空隔热件。真空隔热件使用通过外覆件将芯材减压并密封而制成者,所述外覆件通过对铝层进行蒸镀、层压而形成(例如,参照专利文献1)。此外,在恒温容器内,使用由水和凝胶化剂制成的水系蓄冷剂作为保冷剂。
此外,对于需要温度管理的收纳物,有时为了掌握运送状态会对运送品捆绑了温度传感器等,从而能够识别温度等运送环境信息。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
收纳物例如在为治疗试验药品的情况下,要求被维持在特定的温度范围(例如,2℃~8℃)内,并且,要求在运送状态下识别治疗试验药品的温度等运送环境信息,在运送过程中恰当地管理治疗试验药品。
但是,因为包含在真空隔热件的外覆件中的铝层会反射电波,所以通信用电波难以透过真空隔热件。因此,难以自真空隔热件覆盖的恒温容器内使用电波向恒温容器外发送恒温容器内的温度等信息。
本发明是鉴于上述情况而完成的,其目的在于提供能够提高恒温容器的通信用电波的透过性和保冷性能这两者的恒温容器。
用于解决课题的方法
为了达成所述目的,本发明的特征在于,包括:隔热容器;能够封闭所述隔热容器的隔热盖体;收纳于所述隔热容器的内部的箱主体;能够封闭所述箱主体的箱盖体;和设置于所述箱主体的底部、壁部和所述箱盖体的相变材料,在从所述箱主体的内侧至所述隔热容器的外侧的路径上设置有由电波透过性的有机物构成的部位。
由此,电波易于经由仅由电波透过性的有机物构成的部分,从收纳空间内向恒温容器外透过。由此,易于从收纳空间内向恒温容器外发送电波。

发明效果
根据本发明,在收纳空间内配置通信设备,恒温容器关闭的状态下,易于从恒温容器外读取收纳空间内的信息。

具体实施方式
第1发明为,包括:隔热容器;能够封闭所述隔热容器的隔热盖体;收纳于所述隔热容器的内部的箱主体;能够封闭所述箱主体的箱盖体;和设置于所述箱主体的底部、壁部和所述箱盖体的相变材料,在从所述箱主体的内侧至所述隔热容器的外侧的路径上设置有由电波透过性的有机物构成的部位。
由此,电波易于经由仅由电波透过性的有机物构成的部分从收纳空间内向恒温容器外透过,因此易于从收纳空间内向恒温容器外发送电波。
第2发明为:所述相变材料以石蜡为主要成分。
由此,能够使UHF频带(超极短波)和SHF频带(厘米波)的电波因相变材料而衰减的程度与水相比变得非常小。由此,能够使用便携式电话用通信线路、RFID(radio frequencyidentification,射频识别),从收纳空间内向恒温容器外发送信息。
第3发明为:所述相变材料由树脂的外罩覆盖,并将所述外罩的周缘弯折。
由此,能够密集地配置相变材料,并减少因相变材料造成的电波的衰减。
第4发明为:在从所述箱主体的内侧至所述隔热容器的外侧的所述路径以外的部分含有金属。
由此,能够提高箱主体的阻热性,并进行基于电波的收纳空间V内外间的使用电波的通信。
以下,参照附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
图1为本发明的实施方式涉及的恒温容器1的分解立体图。图2为恒温容器1的长度方向的纵截面图。
如图1和图2所示,恒温容器1包括作为主体容器的真空隔热容器3、作为主体盖体的真空隔热盖体4、和收纳于真空隔热容器3的收纳箱5。恒温容器1收存在容器壳体2中使用。
图3为真空隔热容器3的立体图。
真空隔热容器3包括外侧外覆件34。
外侧外覆件34形成为上表面开放的箱型,在外侧外覆件34的内侧配置有内侧外覆件33,该内侧外覆件33形成为相对于该外侧外覆件34的各侧面和底面具有规定间隙的尺寸。在外侧外覆件34和内侧外覆件33之间收纳有芯材35。
并且,在外侧外覆件34和内侧外覆件33之间配置有芯材35的状态下,密封外侧外覆件34和内侧外覆件33之间的外周缘。而且,通过将外侧外覆件34和内侧外覆件33之间的空气排出,形成芯材35被减压并密封的具有真空隔热功能的真空隔热容器3。
外侧外覆件34和内侧外覆件33虽非特别限定,但由阻气性优异的树脂材料成型,例如使用聚丙烯乙烯乙烯醇共聚物等能够成型的树脂。
芯材35无特别限定。芯材35例如能够使用由多元醇、异氰酸酯构成,且具有连续气泡结构的聚氨酯泡沫、玻璃纤维构成的成型体、由气相二氧化硅构成的成型体等作为真空隔热件的芯材而使用的材料。
如图3所示,在真空隔热容器3的内部设置有收纳空间S。
在外侧外覆件34的底部与芯材35之间配置有气体吸附剂36、水分吸附剂37、和在中央具有孔的加强板38。真空隔热容器3中,与各侧面相比,从底面放出的热较少,因此,即使在真空隔热容器3的底面配置气体吸附剂36、水分吸附剂37、加强板38,也不会妨碍隔热效果。
在外侧外覆件34的与加强板38的孔对应的位置设置有用于将真空隔热容器3内的空气抽真空的排气孔,该排气孔在对真空隔热容器3的内部进行了抽真空后,由未图示的密封件密封。另外,因为设置有加强板38,所以在抽真空时或利用密封件密封排气孔时,能够抑制排气孔周围的变形,支承密封件。
主体保护壳体32为覆盖真空隔热容器3的外表面的箱体。主体保护壳体32可以由例如发泡苯乙烯这样的具有隔热性的树脂形成。此外,通过由具有冲击吸收性的树脂形成,能够减小对真空隔热容器3的冲击。
真空隔热盖体4是封闭真空隔热容器3的开口部的部件。
如图2所示,真空隔热盖体4包括具有与主体保护壳体32的外形同样的外形的盖体外侧保护壳体42。在盖体外侧保护壳体42的下表面周缘部,在遍及盖体外侧保护壳体42的周围整体的范围形成有向下方延伸的上部接合部47。在上部接合部47的下表面形成有接合凹部46。
在盖体外侧保护壳体42的下表面形成有由上部接合部47包围的凹状的外侧收纳部42A。
在盖体外侧保护壳体42的下方配置有盖体内侧保护壳体43。在盖体内侧保护壳体43的上表面周缘部,在遍及盖体内侧保护壳体43的周围整体的范围形成有向上方延伸的下部接合部48。在下部接合部48的上表面形成有接合突起49。
在盖体内侧保护壳体43的上表面形成有由下部接合部48包围的凹状的内侧收纳部43A。
并且,盖体外侧保护壳体42和盖体内侧保护壳体43通过使上部接合部47的接合凹部46与下部接合部48的接合突起49相互接合而一体地形成。在该状态下,通过盖体外侧保护壳体42的外侧收纳部42A和盖体内侧保护壳体43的内侧收纳部43A形成规定的内部空间I。
在该内部空间I收纳有真空隔热板41。在真空隔热板41的四角安装有大致L字状的固定部件44。并且,在真空隔热板41收纳于内部空间I的状态下,固定部件44与内部空间I的四角抵接,从而能够将真空隔热板41以不在内部空间I的内部移动的方式进行固定。
另外,真空隔热板41不限于使用大致L字状的固定部件44,例如也可以使用沿真空隔热板41的各边设置的直线状的固定部件、粘接剂等而将其固定在盖体外侧保护壳体42和盖体内侧保护壳体43上。
另外,在本实施方式中,真空隔热板41由与真空隔热容器3相同的材料形成,作为真空隔热板41,例如可以使用由具有阻气性的树脂膜封入芯材而成的真空隔热件。
此外,在本实施方式中,盖体外侧保护壳体42和盖体内侧保护壳体43由与主体保护壳体32相同的材料形成。
在盖体内侧保护壳体43的下表面外周附近形成有向下方突出的凸状部45。凸状部45构成为在将真空隔热盖体4装配于真空隔热容器3而封闭真空隔热容器3的上表面的状态下,其外侧面与真空隔热容器3的内侧面抵接。通过像这样设置凸状部45,能够将真空隔热容器3与真空隔热盖体4之间的热侵入路径设定得较长,能够提高恒温容器1的隔热性能。
图4是收纳箱5和支承部件6的分解立体图。另外,在图4中,省略记录器壳体59进行图示。
在真空隔热容器3的收纳空间S中,以可拆装的方式收纳有收纳箱5,如图4所示,收纳箱5包括箱主体51和箱盖体52。
箱主体51包括上表面开放的箱型的外箱53。外箱53包括长方形的底板53A、从底板53A的四边竖立设置的4个侧板53B。在各侧板53B的上端缘形成有向外箱53的内侧以规定的宽度尺寸延伸的上板53C,在各上板53C的内侧缘,一体地形成有向下方延伸的折回板53D。折回板53D形成至相当于各侧板53B的中途的位置。
在外箱53的内侧收纳有上表面开放的箱型的内箱54。内箱54以与折回板53D的内表面抵接的方式形成。
外箱53和内箱54均通过将具有可塑性的薄板状树脂材料弯折而成型为箱型。作为树脂材料,例如使用透明的聚丙烯、ABS树脂等。
在外箱53的各侧板53B与折回板53D之间以及底板53A的上表面,分别收纳有平板状的蓄冷剂57。配置于底板53A的蓄冷剂57在遍及底板53A的几乎整个面的范围配置,配置于侧板53B的蓄冷剂57的下端与配置于底板53A的蓄冷剂57接触。
此外,蓄冷剂57在将外罩57A的周缘弯折的状态下被收纳于箱主体51和箱盖体52。外罩57A以不位于相邻的蓄冷剂57之间的方式弯折。由此,能够使蓄冷剂57间紧密。
即,在箱主体51的底部和壁部,彼此无热间隙地配置有蓄冷剂57。由此,能够抑制来自收纳箱5的外部的传热,将收纳箱5的内部维持在规定温度范围内。
此外,各折回板53D形成至相当于各侧板53B的中途的位置,因此,易于将蓄冷剂57收纳在各侧板53B与折回板53D之间。
而且,在收纳了蓄冷剂57后,通过在外箱53的内侧收纳内箱54,各蓄冷剂57被保持在外箱53与内箱54之间。由此,能够可靠地支承固定板状的各蓄冷剂57,在搬运恒温容器1时也能够抑制各蓄冷剂57彼此分开。
在箱主体51的内部,即内箱54的内部设置有收纳空间V。
箱盖体52是封闭箱主体51的开口部而构成收纳箱5的顶面的部件。箱盖体52通过将与箱主体51相同的树脂材料弯折而形成为较薄的箱型,箱盖体52的外形形成为与箱主体51的上部开口大致相同的形状。
在箱盖体52的位于长度方向的两侧下缘分别形成有向下方延伸的板状(摆片(flap)状)的插入部58。插入部58形成为与箱盖体52的宽度尺寸相同的宽度尺寸。
并且,构成为在由箱盖体52封闭箱主体51的上部开口的情况下,通过将各插入部58插入各折回板53D与内箱54之间而固定箱盖体52。
此处,使箱盖体52形成为与箱主体51的上部开口大致相同的形状,并且使插入部58的宽度尺寸形成为与箱盖体52的宽度尺寸相同的宽度尺寸。因此,在将插入部58插入折回板53D与内箱54之间的状态下,插入部58位于箱主体51的上部开口的宽度的位置,能够相对于箱主体51恰当地对箱盖体52进行定位。
在箱盖体52的内部收纳有蓄冷剂57。
蓄冷剂57将收纳箱5的内部保持在例如2~8℃左右的低于常温的温度。本实施方式的蓄冷剂57是包括能够利用伴随物质的相变化、相转移的转变热的相变材料57B,积蓄这样的转变热作为热能,从而作为潜热蓄热件使用的部件。蓄冷剂57通过用树脂的外壳57A覆盖相变材料57B而形成。
通过被冷却,蓄冷剂57的相变材料57B从液体或凝胶相变为固体,通过吸收热其温度上升,相变材料57B从固体相变为液体或凝胶。即,蓄冷剂57通过相变材料57B相变为固体而成为蓄冷的状态,能够吸收热。
本实施方式的蓄冷剂57中,作为相变材料57B,能够使用向各种石蜡适当调配添加物而调整为使发生相转移的凝固点、熔解点成为规定温度的材料。
通过使用这样的相变材料57B,能够使UHF频带和SHF频带的电波的衰减与水相比变得非常小。因此,能够使用便携式电话用的通信线路或RFID,高效地从收纳箱5内向恒温容器1外发送信息。
在收纳箱5的内部的角部设置有收纳包括各种传感器的数据记录器的记录器壳体59。作为数据记录器,例如可以使用能够测量温度的记录器。此外,能够使用测量位置、加速度,并能够发送这些信息的记录器。
在真空隔热容器3的收纳空间S的底部收纳有支承部件6。
支承部件6形成为大致平板状,在支承部件6的上表面形成有支承凹部61,该支承凹部61形成为与收纳箱5的外形大致相同的形状。
支承部件6例如由发泡苯乙烯等隔热材料形成。
收纳箱5通过载置于支承部件6的支承凹部61而收纳于真空隔热容器3的内部,被支承固定。在该状态下,收纳箱5的外侧面相对于真空隔热容器3的内侧面隔开规定的间隙G1而配置。同样地,箱盖体52与真空隔热盖体4的下表面和凸状部45之间隔开规定的间隙G2而配置。
此外,在收纳箱5的底板53A与间隙凹部62之间设置有间隙G3。在间隙凹部62还设置有多个贯通孔63。
恒温容器1以在搬运收纳物时易于移动恒温容器1的方式收纳于容器壳体2。该容器壳体2包括上表面开放的箱型的壳体主体22和与壳体主体22的上部一侧缘连结的壳体盖体21。
壳体盖体21和壳体主体22能够通过壳体扣件23关闭。壳体扣件23设置有用于对壳体扣件23进行开闭操作的拉手24。
在壳体主体22的前表面设置有多个壳体盖固定件25。这些壳体盖固定件25与设置于壳体盖体21的顶面的多个固定带连结,由此,能够将容器壳体2和恒温容器1更可靠地保持为封闭状态。
在容器壳体2的各侧面分别设置有把手26,此外,设置有与两侧面连结的搬运带27。利用这些把手26和搬运带27,易于进行容器壳体2和恒温容器1的搬运。
在容器壳体2的前表面设置有多个文件收纳部28。
对恒温容器1的材质进行更详细的说明。
真空隔热容器3的内侧外覆件33和外侧外覆件34由具有阻气性的树脂成形。作为这样的树脂,除了前述的聚丙烯之外,也可以使用聚乙烯、乙烯乙烯醇共聚物等在真空中释放气体少的树脂。此外,作为芯材,除了硬质聚氨酯泡沫之外,也可以使用玻璃棉、气相二氧化硅粉末等作为真空隔热件的芯材使用的材料。
真空隔热板41也同样,外覆件除了聚丙烯之外,也可以使用聚乙烯、乙烯乙烯醇共聚物等在真空中释放气体少的树脂。此外,作为芯材,除硬质聚氨酯泡沫外,也可以使用玻璃棉、气相二氧化硅粉末等作为真空隔热件的芯材使用的材料等。
像这样,真空隔热容器3和真空隔热板41不使用金属而构成将芯材35减压密封的隔热容器。由此,恒温容器1由作为有机物的树脂制的部件构成。
并且,主体保护壳体32、盖体外侧保护壳体42和盖体内侧保护壳体43也如前文所述由树脂形成。
收纳箱5也由树脂形成,蓄冷剂57的相变材料57B也使用石蜡类的材料。进一步,蓄冷剂57的外壳57A也使用聚乙烯、PET、聚丙烯等树脂。
此外,可以用化学纤维、天然纤维的布或树脂形成在搬运时收纳恒温容器1的容器壳体2。
接下来,对本实施方式的作用进行说明。
恒温容器1中各部不含金属而由树脂形成,因此,电波能够透过恒温容器1。并且,能够自收纳箱5的收纳空间V向恒温容器1外发送电波。
另外,在收纳于容器壳体2的状态下,电波也能够透过容器壳体2以及恒温容器1。
像这样,在恒温容器1中,能够不用难以使电波透过的铝箔等金属部件覆盖收纳空间V地、在确保对于收纳空间V的隔热性的同时,从收纳空间V向恒温容器1外发送电波。
在收纳箱5内的记录器壳体59中配置有数据记录器等通信装置的情况下,能够通过收纳箱5内的通信装置和恒温容器1外的通信装置来进行基于电波的通信。例如,能够在收纳箱5内的记录器壳体59内配置具备通信功能的温度传感器,向配置于恒温容器1外的通信装置发送运送过程中的收纳箱5内的温度信息。
由此,能够在收纳于收纳箱5内的物品的附近测量温度,随时识别运送过程中的温度变化。尤其是在医药品的运送中,在运送过程中也能够进行品质管理。
为了收纳箱5内与恒温容器1外的电波通信,无需所有部件均由电波透过性的树脂构成,位于连接收纳箱5内与恒温容器1外的路径上的部位仅由树脂构成即可。
尤其是在发送器和接收器与恒温容器1的位置关系确定的情况下,通过使仅由树脂构成的部分位于发送器与接收器之间,能够高效地进行基于电波的通信。
另外,通过使连接收纳箱5内与恒温容器1外的路径成为规定截面积的直线路径,透过的电波难以衰减。此外,包含于电波通过的路径的部分由电波易于透过的树脂构成,其大小根据用于通信的电波的强度、波长适当决定。
即,在连接收纳箱5内与恒温容器1外的路径上配置仅由树脂构成的部分时,其他部分也可以由金属等电波难以透过的材料形成。
例如,作为收纳于真空隔热盖体4的真空隔热板41,可以使用以具有铝层的膜对芯材进行减压密封而成的真空隔热件。由此,在恒温容器1中,能够减少来自上方的热的影响并使电波通过真空隔热容器3。
此外,在箱盖体52中,可以用以具有铝层的膜对芯材进行减压密封而成的真空隔热件覆盖不朝向收纳空间V的面。由此,在温暖的空气侵入收纳空间S的上部的情况下,也能够在减小对收纳于箱盖体52的蓄冷剂57的影响的同时,使电波通过箱主体51。
如以上说明所示,在本实施方式中,包括:作为隔热容器的真空隔热容器3;作为封闭真空隔热容器3的隔热盖体的真空隔热盖体4;收纳于真空隔热容器3的内部的箱主体51;封闭箱主体51的箱盖体52;和设置于箱主体51的底部、壁部和箱盖体52的相变材料57B,在从箱主体51的内侧至真空隔热容器3的外侧的路径上设置有由电波透过性的有机物构成的部位。
由此,能够在确保收纳箱5的保冷保温性能以及真空隔热容器3和真空隔热盖体4产生的隔热性能的同时,进行与收纳箱5内的通信。
在保冷或者保温的状态下,能够通过电波实时确认收纳箱5内的状况。并且能够在运送工序中进行运送物的管理。
此外,在本实施方式中,相变材料57B以石蜡为主要成分。
由此,因石蜡造成的UHF频带和SHF频带的电波的衰减与水相比非常小,能够使用UHF频带和SHF频带的电波高效地从收纳箱5内向恒温容器1外发送信息。
此外,在本实施方式中,相变材料57B由树脂的外罩覆盖,并将外罩的周缘弯折。
由此,能够使蓄冷剂57间紧密,无热间隙地配置蓄冷剂57。并且,能够降低因蓄冷剂57造成的电波的衰减。
此外,在本实施方式中,在从箱主体51的内侧至真空隔热容器3的外侧的路径以外的部分含有金属。
由此,即使使用含有金属的部件,也能够进行基于电波的收纳空间V内外间的使用电波的通信。此外,通过使用利用金属的真空隔热件,能够提高收纳箱5的隔热性。
另外,本实施方式示出了适用本发明的一个方式,本发明不限于所述实施方式。
例如,在本实施方式中,对使用蓄冷剂57作为潜热蓄热件来进行保冷的情况下的恒温容器进行了说明,但本发明不限于此。例如,也可以使用保温材料代替蓄冷剂57,在比室温暖和的温度范围内,在收纳箱5内收纳物品。
工业上的可利用性
如以上所述,本发明涉及的恒温容器能够适宜地作为收纳需保冷保温在一定温度范围且在运送时需要进行品质管理的物品的恒温容器使用。

Claims (4)
1.一种恒温容器,其特征在于,包括:
真空隔热容器;
能够封闭所述真空隔热容器的隔热盖体;
收纳在所述真空隔热容器的内部的箱主体;
能够封闭所述箱主体的箱盖体;和
设置于所述箱主体的底部、壁部、和所述箱盖体的蓄冷剂,
所述蓄冷剂包括以石蜡为主要成分的相变材料,
至少设置于所述箱主体的底部和壁部的所述蓄冷剂的所述相变材料由电波透过性的有机物构成,该电波透过性的有机物使来自设置在所述箱主体的内部的能够进行信息发送的记录器的电波从所述箱主体的内侧向所述真空隔热容器的外侧透过,
所述真空隔热容器具有:外侧外覆件,其形成为将底部和侧部形成为一体而成的箱型,且具有电波透过性;和内侧外覆件,其形成为对于所述外侧外覆件的底部和侧部具有规定间隙的形状,且具有电波透过性,所述真空隔热容器通过在所述外侧外覆件和所述内侧外覆件的外周缘对配置在所述外侧外覆件与所述内侧外覆件之间的具有电波透过性的芯材进行抽真空减压密封而成,
在所述外侧外覆件的底部与所述芯材的底部之间配置有气体吸附剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的恒温容器,其特征在于:
所述相变材料为以石蜡为主要成分,在石蜡中调配添加物形成的凝胶。
3.如权利要求1或权利要求2所述的恒温容器,其特征在于:
所述相变材料由树脂的外罩覆盖,并将所述外罩的周缘弯折,所述蓄冷剂在将所述外罩的周缘弯折的状态下被收纳于所述箱主体和所述箱盖体,所述外罩以不位于相邻的所述蓄冷剂之间的方式弯折。
4.如权利要求1或权利要求2所述的恒温容器,其特征在于:
在从所述箱主体的内侧至所述真空隔热容器的外侧的路径以外的部分含有金属。
