Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oral care products, in particular to a tooth cleaning composition which can remarkably improve pleasurable experience and satisfaction in a tooth cleaning process.
Background
As the primary means of daily breakfast and evening or postprandial cleaning, brushing is the most basic, most commonly also the most effective way of oral care and health care to clean the oral cavity, how to do a firm and effective brushing, including: the proper brushing method, the brushing time of 3-5 minutes and deep cleaning of all parts of the oral cavity are particularly important, wherein pleasant taste experience greatly increases the brushing interest of consumers, so that the consumers can continuously brush the teeth effectively and clean the oral cavity in all directions. Whereas oral care products, particularly dentifrices such as toothpastes therein, are critical to enhance the dentifrice experience. During brushing, the dispersibility, foamability, foam quality, cleaning substantivity, taste, etc., of the dentifrice composition are all perceived experiences of the dentifrice process, particularly foam quality and foam feel, are among the sensations and needs of particular concern to chinese consumers and are often associated with cleaning effectiveness.
The foam quality of the tooth cleaning composition on the market is not ideal when the tooth cleaning is performed, the foam is thick and thin, and in addition, the oral saliva continuously secreted in the tooth cleaning process is easy to overflow or drop, and even the foam flows onto the hand along the brush handle, more bad sensory experience still exists, so that the loss of the tooth cleaning composition is easy to cause, the actual tooth cleaning effect is reduced, even the tooth cleaning time is shortened, the effective tooth cleaning program for 3-5 minutes cannot be maintained, the oral cavity is difficult to clean in an omnibearing and meticulous manner, and the surface, the tooth gaps, the gingival sulcus and other oral cavity parts which are difficult to clean are considered.
Patent CN110522673a discloses an oral care composition, which improves the substantial decrease in foam amount and foam density caused by adding baking soda by adding coconut oil, but does not mention foam duration, foam shaping, and the like.
Patent CN110650722a discloses a dentifrice composition which improves foam properties by using a large amount of xanthan gum, prevents liquid sagging during cleaning, but does not specifically mention the cleaning experience in terms of foam effect and mouthfeel.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the background art, provides a dentifrice composition with specific dense foam taste, particularly has excellent foam shaping effect, can remarkably improve pleasurable experience and satisfaction in the dentifrice process, and provides a technology for effectively solving the problem that foam overflows from an oral cavity and trickles.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
the dentifrice composition comprises, by mass percent,
and (3) a component A: 2 to 4% of anionic surfactant and nonionic surfactant composition;
and the component B comprises the following components: 0.1 to 1 percent of sodium polyacrylate;
and C, component: 0.5 to 2 percent of water-soluble biological fermentation polysaccharide;
and D, a component: 0.2 to 1 percent of acrylic acid and acrylic ester crosslinked polymer;
and E component: 0.01 to 0.5 percent of plant essential oil.
The component A consists of anionic surfactant and nonionic surfactant, and has the further technical scheme that the ratio of the anionic surfactant to the nonionic surfactant is 2:1-1:2 in terms of the mass percent of the solid content in the tooth cleaning composition, the mass percent of the total amount in the tooth cleaning composition is preferably 2-4%, more preferably 2-3%, and the foam amount is preferably 120-150 mm, more preferably 130-140 mm.
Further, the anionic surfactant is composed of at least one of alkyl sulfate, alkyl ether sulfate and olefin sulfonate which are anionic surfactants of class a and at least one of amino acid type surfactants of class b.
The anionic surfactant of type a, preferably sodium dodecyl sulfate, has good foamability and foamability, and is rich in foam, but the foam is relatively coarse, stability and durability are also generally exhibited, and the irritation to the oral mucosa is relatively large, preferably, in order to reduce the irritation to the oral mucosa, the mass percentage in the dentifrice composition is preferably 1.5% or less, more preferably 1% or less.
The b-type amino acid surfactant is preferably sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate or sodium cocoyl glycinate, and exhibits a foaming property generally, but when used in combination with the a-type anionic surfactant, it exerts a synergistic effect to give a richer and finer foam, and has a lower irritation to the oral mucosa and a milder taste than the a-type anionic surfactant, and preferably has a mass percentage of the solid content in the dentifrice composition of 2% or less, more preferably 1% or less, in order to reduce the irritation to the oral mucosa.
The nonionic surfactant is composed of one or more of alkyl glycosides.
Further, the alkyl glycoside is C8-10 alkyl glucoside and C12-14 alkyl glucoside, is a type b amino acid surfactant and a zwitterionic surfactant such as cocamidopropyl betaine, is a milder surfactant, has general foaming performance, is lower in irritation to oral mucosa, can play a synergistic effect with the anionic surfactant, forms a dense mixing film on a foam liquid film, reduces the liquid film drainage rate, enables the foam to be finer and more stable, can reduce the use amount of the anionic surfactant while maintaining moderate foam amount, reduces the irritation of the dentifrice composition to the mucosa, further improves the mildness of the mouthfeel, and preferably, the mass percentage in the dentifrice composition is preferably less than 3%, more preferably less than 2%, so as to avoid the adverse effect of the bitter taste peculiar to the alkyl glycoside on the taste of the dentifrice composition.
The component B sodium polyacrylate is a linear high molecular polymer, the molecular weight (Mw) is 300-500 ten thousand, and the viscosity of an aqueous solution with the mass ratio of 0.2% is 400-850 mPas measured at 20 ℃. Intensive studies have found that: the sodium polyacrylate component B can obviously improve the viscosity of a foam system, reduce the liquid drainage rate of a foam liquid film, enable foam formed by the dentifrice composition to have excellent stability and shaping effect, enable the foam to be more dense and durable, enable the formed foam to continuously fill an oral cavity in the use process, and simultaneously effectively improve poor dentifrice experience that the foam overflows the oral cavity or trickles. On the other hand, the use of sodium polyacrylate as component B also has two drawbacks: firstly, the toothpaste of the dentifrice composition is easy to be drawn; secondly, the dispersibility of the dentifrice composition during use is affected and the foaming rate is reduced. Preferably, in order to inhibit its stringing effect on the dentifrice composition, the mass percent thereof in the dentifrice composition is preferably 0.1 to 1%, more preferably 0.2 to 0.8%.
The component C water-soluble biological fermentation polysaccharide consists of one or more of xanthan gum and welan gum, and the two are extracellular polysaccharide produced by biological fermentation, have excellent water-solubility, thixotropic property, suspension property and other rheological properties, have excellent ion resistance and excellent stability, and can be used as an excellent rheological regulator. The inventors have further studied intensively and found unexpectedly that: based on the sodium polyacrylate of the component B, the dentifrice composition is compounded with xanthan gum or welan gum with specific content, so that the thixotropy and elasticity of the paste of the composition can be improved, and the paste wiredrawing phenomenon caused by the component B is obviously improved; further, it also increases the elasticity of the foam, and maintains excellent foam shape and foam stability even while reducing the amount of the B component. Preferably, it is present in the dentifrice composition in an amount of 0.5 to 2% by mass, more preferably 0.8 to 1.4%.
According to the further technical scheme, the ratio of the component B to the component C is 1:1-1:5 in terms of mass percent in the dentifrice composition, so that the dentifrice composition paste is free of wiredrawing, and foams are fresh, free of stickiness and rich in elasticity in the use process.
The component D acrylic acid and acrylic ester cross-linked polymer is copolymer acrylic acid and C10-30 alkyl acrylic ester cross-linked polymer, the viscosity of the aqueous solution with the mass ratio of 1% is 35000-85000 mPa.s measured at 25 ℃, the viscosity of the aqueous solution with the mass ratio of 1% containing 1% sodium chloride is 3000-9500 mPa.s, the polymer is easy to disperse, has stronger suspending capability, ion resistance and shearing resistance, and can simultaneously show long viscous flow characteristics in a gel system. The invention is further intensively studied to find that: the D-component acrylic acid and C10-30 alkyl acrylate cross-linked polymer can interact with the anionic surfactant in the A-component and thicken synergistically. Furthermore, the dentifrice composition is compounded with the specific content of the D-component acrylic acid and the C10-30 alkyl acrylate crosslinked polymer on the basis of using the B-component sodium polyacrylate, so that the defect that the dispersibility and the foaming rate of the paste of the dentifrice composition are reduced due to the use of the B-component sodium polyacrylate can be overcome, and the paste of the dentifrice composition is easy to brush and open, easy to disperse, easy to foam, fine, light, fresh and non-sticky in foam, and meanwhile, excellent foam forming is maintained. Preferably, it is present in the dentifrice composition in an amount of 0.2 to 1% by mass.
The plant essential oil of the component E consists of one or more of clove essential oil and cinnamon essential oil.
In the research process, the invention discovers that after the A-component anionic surfactant and the nonionic surfactant are adopted in the dentifrice composition, the foam fine density and stability of the dentifrice composition and the mildness of the taste can be obviously improved, but the antiseptic effect of the dentifrice composition can be obviously reduced, particularly the antiseptic effect of fungi can be greatly influenced, even the requirement of the antiseptic effect cannot be met by increasing the using amount of the antiseptic, and a great potential safety hazard exists. Further intensive studies have unexpectedly found that: after the E-component plant essential oil butyl essential oil and the cinnamon essential oil are used, the dentifrice composition system has a strong inhibition effect on fungi, can well solve the antiseptic problem in the production process of the dentifrice composition, does not need to increase the using amount of antiseptic, and can even reduce or not additionally add the antiseptic. Preferably, the total amount of the E component plant essential oil is 0.01 to 0.5% by mass, more preferably 0.1 to 0.3% by mass, of the dentifrice composition.
As a preferred embodiment of the dentifrice composition of the present invention, the dentifrice composition further comprises an auxiliary material including an abrasive, a humectant, a thickener, a surfactant other than the a component, a sweetener, a perfume, a pH adjuster, an appearance improver, an efficacy ingredient, a preservative, and the like. The auxiliary materials selected by the invention are orally acceptable auxiliary materials, and can be selected and added in proper amount according to the actual requirements of taste, appearance, effect and the like within the range of not interfering the effect of the invention.

In the following examples or comparative examples,% represents% by mass unless otherwise specified. The dentifrice composition is prepared by the preparation method of the present invention or conventional methods.
Examples
Dentifrice compositions of examples 1-7 of Table 1 and comparative examples 1-10 of Table 2 were prepared according to the preparation method or conventional method described herein, comparative example 11 being a commercial toothpaste (containing the anionic surfactant sodium lauryl sulfate, the zwitterionic surfactant cocamidopropyl betaine).
TABLE 1
TABLE 2
The dentifrice compositions of examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 11 were subjected to the following performance tests and evaluations, and the results are shown in tables 3 to 5.
(1) The foam amount detection method comprises the following steps: the foam level of the dentifrice composition was measured according to the GB 8372-2001 version of foam level measurement method.
(2) The foam fine density and shaping effect testing method comprises the following steps: the quantitative dentifrice composition aqueous dispersion with the same dilution is stirred and foamed, the foam form is observed at a plane by sampling, the foam is classified by 4 grades, the higher the number of grades is, the finer the foam is, the better the foam shaping effect is (the less easy to collapse), the more dense the foam taste is in actual use, and the less easy to overflow the oral cavity or drip.
(3) Foam stability test method: stirring and foaming the quantitative dentifrice composition aqueous dispersion with the same dilution, transferring to a measuring cylinder, and testing the half life T of foam drainage 1/2 Half-life T 1/2 The larger the foam, the more stable.
(4) The irritation test was performed on solutions of dentifrice compositions with zein values (g/L) indicating the irritation value: the surfactant with the zein value of more than 4g/L solution is 'strong-irritation'; the surfactant with the zein value of 2-4 g/L is 'low-irritation'; surfactants with zein values less than 2g/L solution were "non-irritating". The test method is that excessive zein is added into centrifugate of water dispersion solution of the tooth cleaning composition, stirred and dissolved, and filtered after centrifugation, filtrate is taken as the zein liquid, and then the zein value is tested by adopting Kjeldahl nitrogen method.
(5) And (3) evaluating the anti-corrosion effect: referring to the American society for cosmetics, toiletries and fragrances test method (CTFA), four-time bacteria-adding microbial preservative challenge test was conducted on dentifrice compositions, 0.1mL of the dentifrice composition was inoculated every week, and the bacterial liquid content was 10 6 CFU/mL, the fungus liquid contains 10% fungus 5 CFU/mL, 4 weeks total access.
(6) Tooth cleaning experience test: the evaluation method is that 40 people of a consumer are taken as a subject to perform trial brushing, 1g of test sample is taken by the subject to be placed on a toothbrush, the teeth are brushed for 3 minutes according to the daily tooth brushing habit, the tooth brushing experience of the tooth cleaning composition is evaluated, the test result is calculated according to the proportion of people occupied by the evaluation item, and the evaluation item comprises the following aspects:
dispersibility: i.e., the dispersibility of the dentifrice composition in the oral cavity after initiation of the dentifrice.
The sense of tightness: i.e., the cotton density of the foam during the cleaning process.
Overflow performance: i.e., the difficulty of the foam spilling out of the mouth and dripping during the cleaning process.
Irritation: i.e. after the cleaning is finished, the mouth cavity is irritated after the cleaning is finished.
TABLE 3 Table 3
The specific ratio of anionic surfactant to nonionic surfactant combined results in finer and denser foam produced by the dentifrice compositions of the present invention while maintaining a moderate amount of foam, as compared to comparative examples 1-3, with the foam fineness of the dentifrice compositions of examples 1-3 being significantly improved; on the other hand, the dentifrice compositions of examples 1-3 also exhibited significantly reduced irritation, wherein example 1 had approached a non-irritating level, while comparative example 3 had reached a non-irritating level, but had a smaller amount of foam due to the lack of the class a anionic surfactant, and had difficulty reaching a level of foam that actually filled the oral cavity. In general, example 2 is more preferred, which performs more desirably in terms of foam amount, foam fine density, and low irritation.
The foam of comparative example 4 had a poor shaping effect, the foam was thin, easy to collapse, the foam was also unstable, easy to break, and compared with the foam of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 5 to 7, the shaping effect was remarkable, the foam was not easy to collapse, and the foam was stable, not easy to break, the liquid discharge rate of the foam liquid film was remarkably reduced, wherein the foam shaping of examples 2, 3, 5 was more excellent. The foams of comparative examples 5 and 6 are also more stable, the foam forming effect is good, but the wiredrawing of the paste is obvious, the actual production, filling and use processes of the dentifrice composition are adversely affected, and the elasticity of the paste and the foam is increased due to the compound use of the sodium polyacrylate B component and the xanthan gum C component in examples 2, 4 and 5, so that the good foam forming effect and stability can be maintained under the condition of reducing the consumption of the B component, and the phenomenon of wiredrawing of the paste is overcome.
TABLE 4 Table 4
The traditional preservative is used in the dentifrice compositions of comparative examples 8-10, the preservative effect is not ideal, and the dentifrice compositions have potential safety hazards, and compared with the dentifrice compositions of examples 2, 6 and 7 containing the vegetable essential oil of the E component provided by the invention, the preservative effect is obviously improved, and the preservative problem in the production process of the dentifrice compositions provided by the invention can be solved.
TABLE 5
Example 2 shows similar foam feel and overflow properties as comparative example 7, but shows a larger difference in dispersibility of the dentifrice composition after starting to clean teeth, and the dispersibility of comparative example 7 is worse, compared with the dispersibility of example 2 which is significantly improved due to the compounding of the D-component acrylic acid and C10-30 alkyl acrylate crosslinked polymer of the present invention, the dispersibility of example 2 is easier to brush and disperse when used, and the taste is more fresh and non-sticky. Compared with comparative example 11, example 2 has remarkable improvements in the aspects of foam sense, overflow and irritation, and particularly has excellent performances in the aspects of foam sense and overflow improvement, overcomes the bad taste and experience of comparative example 11, brings good tooth cleaning experience to consumers, and remarkably improves the satisfaction of the tooth cleaning of consumers.
Dentifrice compositions of examples 8 to 14 of table 6 were prepared according to the preparation method or conventional method described in the present invention.
TABLE 6
The dentifrice compositions of examples 8-14 were tested and evaluated for their performance in accordance with the methods described above, and the results are shown in tables 7-9.
