Claims (7)

1. A grass harvesting and bundling device comprises a moving vehicle, a mounting frame (1) arranged on the moving vehicle, a collecting device (2) arranged on the front side of the mounting frame (1) and used for collecting and conveying grass, a briquetting device (3) arranged on the mounting frame (1) and used for extruding the collected grass, and a wrapping device (4) arranged on the rear side of the mounting frame (1) and used for wrapping the grass;
the wrapping device (4) comprises a blanking port formed in the rear side of the mounting frame (1), a charging frame (41) matched with the blanking port is arranged at the lower end of the mounting frame (1), a rectangular groove is formed in the front side of the charging frame (41), a covering frame (48) is arranged on the mounting frame (1) in a sliding fit mode, a rack (413) is arranged on the side wall of the right end of the covering frame (48), a driving motor (414) is arranged on the mounting frame (1) through a motor base, and a gear (415) meshed with the rack (413) is arranged on the driving motor (414);
supporting spring rods (416) are uniformly arranged on the inner wall of the lower end of the charging frame (41), lower end heat-sealing branched chains are arranged on the supporting spring rods (416), telescopic spring rods (417) are uniformly arranged at the lower end of the covering frame (48), and upper end heat-sealing branched chains are arranged on the telescopic spring rods (417);
the lower end heat-sealing branched chain comprises a first frame (419) arranged on a supporting spring rod (416), an arrangement groove in a rectangular structure is formed in the first frame (419), a first heat-sealing block (420) in a rectangular structure is arranged in the arrangement groove, a first slide hole communicated with the arrangement groove is formed in the first frame (419), a first conductive rod (421) is arranged in the first slide hole in a sliding mode, a first power supply block (422) matched with the first conductive rod (421) is arranged on the inner wall of the charging frame (41), and a tool inlet groove is formed in the first heat-sealing block (420);
the upper end heat sealing mechanism comprises a control groove symmetrically formed in a covering frame (48), a control cylinder (423) is installed on the covering frame (48), a control frame (424) with a U-shaped structure is arranged on the control cylinder (423), the control frame (424) slides to penetrate through the control groove, the lower end of the control frame (424) is connected with a second frame (425), the second frame (425) is connected with a telescopic spring rod (417), the lower end of the second frame (425) is provided with a second heat sealing block (427) through a buffer spring (426), the second frame (425) is provided with a cutting knife (428) matched with a knife feeding groove, the lower end of the second heat sealing block (427) is located on the upper side of the lower end of the cutting knife (428), a second power block (429) is arranged on the inner wall of the covering frame (48), and a second conductive rod (430) is arranged at the lower end of the second power block (429), the second frame (425) is provided with a lifting hole, a third conducting rod (431) in an L-shaped structure is arranged in the lifting hole in a sliding mode, the lower end of the third conducting rod (431) is connected to the second heat sealing block (427), and a conductive telescopic column is arranged on the third conducting rod (431).

A grass harvesting baler according to claim 1, characterized in that the collecting device (2) comprises a feed opening provided on the mounting frame (1), a collecting feed mechanism (21) being provided at the feed opening, and an angle adjustment cylinder (22) being provided between the collecting feed mechanism (21) and the mounting frame (1) in a rotatable connection.

The grass harvesting and baling device of claim 2, wherein said collecting and feeding mechanism (21) comprises a collecting frame (211) disposed at the feeding inlet through a pin, a feeding slot is disposed at the front side of the lower end of said collecting frame (211), two conveying rollers (212) are disposed in said collecting frame (211) through bearings, said two conveying rollers (212) are connected through a conveying belt (213), a supporting plate (214) is disposed between the inner walls of said collecting frame (211), said supporting plate (214) is disposed between the conveying belts (213), said supporting plate (214) is attached to the inner walls of the conveying belt (213), a pressing slot is disposed at the upper side of said collecting frame (211), a pressing spring rod (215) is disposed on said collecting frame (211), a pressing executing frame (216) is disposed on said pressing spring rod (215), the pressing execution frame (216) is located in a pressing groove, the pressing execution frame (216) is in sliding connection with the pressing groove, an eccentric disc (217) is arranged at the left end of the conveying roller (212) on the lower side of the collecting frame (211), the right end of the conveying roller (212) is connected with an execution motor (218) through a coupler, the execution motor (218) is installed on the collecting frame (211) through a motor base, a leaning rod (219) is arranged on the pressing execution frame (216), and the leaning rod (219) leans against the outer wall of the eccentric disc (217).

The pasture harvesting and bundling device according to claim 1, wherein the pressing block device (3) comprises guide frames (31) symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the mounting frame (1), a cover plate is arranged at the upper ends of the rear sides of the two guide frames (31), two chain wheels (32) are arranged on the inner walls of the left end and the right end of the mounting frame (1) through bearings, the two chain wheels (32) are connected through chains (33), the chain wheels (32) positioned on the front side of the mounting frame (1) are connected with an operation motor, a moving plate (34) is arranged between the two chains (33), an extrusion pushing plate (35) is arranged on the moving plate (34) in a rotating connection mode, limiting slideways in a closed structure are arranged on the opposite end surfaces of the two guide frames (31), and a limiting column (36) is arranged on one side of the extrusion pushing plate (35) close to the limiting slideways, spacing post (36) with spacing slide sliding connection, the spacing groove has been seted up to the left and right sides both ends symmetry of extrusion slurcam (35), be provided with diaphragm (37) on the lateral wall of leading truck (31), diaphragm (37) with the spacing groove slides and links to each other.

A pasture harvesting and bundling device as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the two guide frames (31) are symmetrically provided with moving slots at left and right sides of the rear ends thereof, the moving blades (38) are slidably provided in the moving slots, the mounting frame (1) is symmetrically provided with feed slots at left and right sides thereof, the feed slots are slidably provided with feed frames (39), the feed frames (39) are connected with the moving blades (38), the lower ends of the feed frames (39) are provided with bidirectional cylinders (310), and the feed frames (39) are connected with the output ends of the bidirectional cylinders (310) through flanges.

A grass harvesting bundling device according to claim 1, characterized in that a first ear seat (46) is symmetrically installed on the outer wall of the front end of the charging frame (41), a winding roller (47) is arranged between the first ear seats (46) through a bearing, a second ear seat (49) is arranged on the covering frame (48), a winding shaft (410) is arranged between the second ear seats (49) through a bearing, the right end of the winding shaft (410) is connected with the output shaft of a winding motor (411) through a coupling, the winding motor (411) is fixed on the covering frame (48) through a motor base, a wrapping tape (412) is wound on the winding roller (47), and the wrapping tape (412) passes through a rectangular groove and is connected on the winding shaft (410).

A grass harvesting and baling device according to claim 1, characterized in that the lower end of the charging frame (41) is equipped with mounting slots, the mounting slots are evenly equipped with rotation shafts (42), the left end of the charging frame (41) is equipped with a fixing frame (43), the fixing frame (43) is equipped with a pushing cylinder (44), the pushing cylinder (44) is equipped with a pushing plate (45).
