Abstract
The invention relates to a novel round bale packing machine, which comprises two roller belt groups, a feeding device, a film feeding device, a belt guiding device, a transmission system, a hydraulic oil cylinder and a frame, wherein the two roller belt groups are divided into a front roller belt group and a rear roller belt group, the two roller belt groups are oppositely arranged, the feeding device is arranged at the front side of the front roller belt group, the film feeding device is arranged at the rear side of the rear roller belt group, the belt guiding device is arranged at the middle part of the two roller belt groups, the roller belt groups comprise packing belts, belt rollers, tensioning springs, tensioning supports and shells, the feeding device comprises a material box, a material homogenizing screw, a feeding roller, a belt type conveying device and a partition plate, the film conveying device comprises an upper film conveying roller, a lower film conveying roller, a film cutting blade, a film blocking grid bar and a film wrapping roller frame, the belt guiding roller frame, a guiding roller and a limiting screw, the round bale packing machine has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable work, convenient use and the like, can meet the use requirement.
Description
Technical Field

The baling machine mainly comprises a BC5070 small square bale baler produced by Netherlands, a round bale baler made by Huade 9YG-1-4 called and Haote division in China, an MF3040 baler produced by Revo and a MARKANT 65D baler produced by Class, Germany.
At present, the machinery used for cotton baling presses is mainly a belt type baling press, and because the existing baling press has a complex structure and high material feeding requirements, the invention of the novel cotton baling press with reliable work and high operation efficiency is necessary.

The guide roller is pressed on the round bale through a baling belt, the position of the guide roller continuously rises along with the increase of the round bale, when the guide roller moves to a material inlet, the belt type conveying device stops feeding, an upper film conveying roller and a lower film conveying roller of the film conveying device clamp an envelope to start relative rotation, the envelope enters the material inlet along a baling belt of a rear roller belt group under the protection and the conveying of a film blocking grid, the envelope is brought between the round bale of the material and the baling belt of the rear roller belt group by the rotating round bale of the material, the envelope is wound on the round bale along with the rotation of the round bale of the material, when the envelope wound on the round bale reaches a certain number of layers, a transmission system of the baling machine stops working, the upper roller belt group and the lower roller belt group of the film conveying device stop rotating, a film cutting blade cuts off the envelope, the rear roller belt group turns backwards under the action of a hydraulic cylinder, the lower ends of the front roller belt group and the rear roller belt group are separated, the bale, the compactness of bundling can be adjusted through adjusting the rate of tension of tensioning spring.
The invention provides a new device for packing agricultural materials, has the advantages of simple structure, reliable work, convenient use and the like, and can meet the use requirement.
