2. Use of test
Test sample: whitening and freckle-removing compositions of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 7;
test population: 60 female staff on the production line, 25-40 years old, no skin disease allergy history and skin health;
the testing method comprises the following steps: the testers were randomly divided into 12 groups of 5 persons, each group was respectively and correspondingly used with the whitening and freckle-removing compositions of examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-7, the hands were cleaned before each use, 3.0+ -0.5 g of the corresponding whitening and freckle-removing composition sample was taken and smeared on the face, and the application was uniform, and each time in the morning and evening was used for 8 weeks continuously. If the discomfort symptoms such as itch, burning, redness and the like of the skin occur for more than 2 times continuously in the middle, the use of the corresponding sample is stopped, and the test of the corresponding sample is finished.
And observing the comparison of the front skin and the rear skin of the sample used by the subject, grading the whitening and freckle removing test results, carrying out statistics average division on the same group in a full scale of 10 minutes, wherein the higher the score is, the better the effect is. Meanwhile, sensitization (irritation including uncomfortable symptoms such as itching, burning, redness and the like) and skin feel and moisturizing effect are evaluated according to experience of a subject, wherein the moisturizing effect is prepared by scoring. The test results are shown in table 2 below.

As can be seen from the results of the tests of examples 1 to 5 and comparative example 1 in tables 1 to 2, the addition amount of α -arbutin and phyllanthus emblica fruit extract is reduced in comparative example 1, and the content of ascorbyl glucoside is increased, so that the temperature balance of the final composition is destroyed, and the finally obtained composition is easy to generate layering phenomenon under the condition of large temperature variation range; the final product has obvious toxicological effect on skin, thereby causing damage such as skin reddening, and the moisture retention and whitening performance of the product can not meet the standard requirements due to insufficient addition of the alpha-arbutin and phyllanthus emblica fruit extracts, and the performance is wholly reduced.
As can be seen from the results of the test of examples 1-5 and comparative example 2 in tables 1-2, the addition amount of nicotinamide, ascorbyl glucoside and phyllanthus emblica fruit extract is reduced in comparative example 2, which results in reduced moisturizing and whitening properties of the product, and the addition amount of licorice root extract is increased, so that the viscosity of the composition is improved, a sticky use feeling is generated, the temperature resistance of the final product is influenced, and the cold resistance is remarkably reduced.
As can be seen from the results of the tests of examples 1-5 and comparative example 3 in tables 1-2, the addition amount of ascorbyl glucoside is reduced in comparative example 3, so that the moisturizing and whitening properties of the product are reduced, the addition amounts of nicotinamide and alpha-arbutin are increased, the toxicity of the final product to the skin is obvious, the skin is slightly itchy, the heat resistance and cold resistance of the product are reduced, and the stability is reduced.
As can be seen from the results of the tests of examples 1-5 and comparative example 4 in tables 1-2, the addition amount of nicotinamide, alpha-arbutin and licorice root extract is reduced in comparative example 4, so that the moisturizing and whitening properties of the product are reduced, the addition amount of phyllanthus emblica extract is increased, the toxicological effect of the final product on skin is obvious, a slight redness phenomenon occurs, the cold resistance of the product is obviously reduced, and the stability is reduced.
As can be seen from the results of the tests of examples 1-5 and comparative example 5 in tables 1-2, the addition amount of the licorice root extract is reduced in comparative example 5, and the addition amounts of nicotinamide, ascorbyl glucoside and phyllanthus emblica fruit extract are increased at the same time, so that the final product has a slightly sticky problem, has obvious toxicological effects on skin, and thus has the symptom of slight itching of skin; in addition, the cold resistance of the final product is significantly reduced and the stability is reduced.
As can be seen from the results of the tests of examples 1-5 and comparative example 6 in tables 1-2, the addition amount of nicotinamide, alpha-arbutin, ascorbyl glucoside and licorice root extract is reduced in comparative example 6, so that the whitening and moisturizing performances of the product are reduced, the addition amount of the phyllanthus emblica extract is improved, the toxicological effect of the final product on skin is obvious, the symptom of slight redness appears, and the product is greasy and difficult to absorb; in addition, the heat resistance and cold resistance of the product are obviously reduced, delamination is easy to occur under the condition of large temperature change range, and the stability is reduced.
As can be seen from the results of the tests of examples 1-5 and comparative example 7 in tables 1-2, comparative example 7 reduced the addition of nicotinamide and phyllanthus emblica fruit extract, so that the whitening and moisturizing properties of the product were reduced, and the addition of alpha-arbutin, ascorbyl glucoside and licorice root extract was increased, and the toxicity of the final product to the skin was more pronounced, and slight itching symptoms appeared, the greasy use feel of the product was poor, and the temperature resistance of the product was reduced and the stability was poor.

rehmannia root extract: 0.02-0.2 parts;
hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii: 0.01 to 0.2 parts;
acetylated hyaluronic acid: 0.03-0.3 parts;
nicotinamide: 0.2-4 parts;
alpha-arbutin: 0.15-3 parts;
ascorbyl glucoside: 0.1-2 parts;
licorice root extract: 0.2-3 parts;
gentian anti-irritant factor: 0.2-5 parts;
extract of phyllanthus emblica: 0.2-2 parts;
water: 81-98 parts;
the whitening and freckle-removing composition also comprises 0.01 to 0.1 part by weight of EDTA-disodium and 0.3 to 1 part by weight of preservative; the whitening and freckle-removing composition also comprises 0.3-2 parts by weight of a polyol humectant; the gentian anti-irritation factor is prepared from gentian extract, butanediol and water according to the mass ratio of (0.5-2): (15-30): (70-85) mixing.
2. The whitening and freckle removing composition according to claim 1, wherein the preservative is p-hydroxyacetophenone.
3. The whitening and freckle-removing composition of claim 1, wherein the polyhydric alcohol humectant is one or more of 1, 2-hexanediol, propylene glycol and butylene glycol.
4. A method for preparing a whitening and freckle-removing composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
s1, mixing water, a rehmannia root extract, hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii and acetylated hyaluronic acid uniformly;
s2, continuing to sequentially add nicotinamide, alpha-arbutin and ascorbyl glucoside, and uniformly stirring;
and S3, continuously and sequentially adding the licorice root extract, the gentian anti-irritant factors and the phyllanthus emblica fruit extract, and uniformly stirring to obtain the whitening and freckle removing composition.

The method for preparing a whitening and freckle-removing composition according to claim 4, wherein in S1, 0.01 to 0.1 parts by weight of disodium EDTA is added simultaneously, and after S3, S4 is further included, wherein S4 is specifically: continuously adding 0.3-2 parts by weight of polyol humectant and 0.3-1 part by weight of preservative, and uniformly stirring to finally obtain the whitening and freckle-removing composition.
