The efficacy of the cosmetic raw materials in the current market is often single, and a formulator needs to blend a plurality of cosmetic raw materials together according to experience, so that the target cosmetic can have multiple efficacies, but the work depends on the experience of the formulator to a great extent, the success rate is low, and the problem that the efficacy of the target cosmetic becomes worse after the plurality of cosmetic raw materials are combined together often easily occurs.
The present inventors have developed a composition having both moisturizing and skin barrier repair as well as anti-wrinkle and firming effects, which can be conveniently used in various cosmetics to impart the above-mentioned effects to target cosmetics, in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a composition with the effects of moisturizing, repairing skin barriers, resisting wrinkles and tightening skin, a preparation method and application thereof. According to the invention, the xylitol and the derivative moisturizing factor composition thereof and the low molecular weight hyaluronic acid silanol composition in a specific dosage ratio are combined, so that the composition has the effects of synergistically enhancing moisturizing, repairing skin barriers, resisting wrinkles, tightening and the like.
Specifically, the invention is realized by the following technical schemes:
in a first aspect, the present invention provides a composition having moisturizing and skin barrier repair and anti-wrinkle firming effects, the composition comprising a moisturizing factor composition of xylitol and derivatives thereof and a low molecular weight hyaluronan silanol composition, wherein the ratio of the moisturizing factor composition of xylitol and derivatives thereof to the low molecular weight hyaluronan silanol composition is 0.1% to 3% by weight: 0.1% -3% or 0.5% -10%:0.5 to 10 percent.
As an alternative mode, in the composition, the ratio of the xylitol and the derivative moisturizing factor composition thereof to the low molecular weight hyaluronic silanol composition is 1 percent by weight: 1% or 3%:5 percent.

as an optional mode, in the above composition, the composition further comprises a natural plant extract, and in the composition, the ratio of the xylitol and the derivative moisturizing factor composition thereof to the low molecular weight hyaluronic acid silanol composition to the natural plant extract is 0.1% to 3% by weight: 0.1% -3%:0.1% -3% or 0.5% -10%:0.5-10 percent and 0.5-10 percent.
Preferably, the ratio is 1%:1%:0.8% or 3%:5%:4 percent.
Optionally, in the above composition, the natural plant extract is composed of poria cocos wolf extract, beetroot extract, momordica charantia fruit extract and black mulberry root extract, and the weight ratio of the poria cocos extract to the beetroot extract is 1:1:1:1.
in a second aspect, the present invention provides a process for the preparation of a composition according to the first aspect above, comprising the steps of:
(1) Preparing a moisturizing factor composition containing xylitol and derivatives thereof:
weighing various components required for preparing the xylitol and the derivative moisturizing factor composition according to the weight percentage, sequentially adding the components into a reaction kettle, and uniformly mixing and stirring for later use;
(2) Preparation of low molecular weight hyaluronan silanol composition:
weighing various components required for preparing the low molecular weight hyaluronic acid silanol composition according to the weight percentage, sequentially adding the components into a reaction kettle, and uniformly mixing and stirring for later use;
(3) Preparation of a composition having moisturizing and skin barrier repair and anti-wrinkle firming effects:
mixing and uniformly stirring the xylitol and derivative moisturizing factor composition prepared in the step (1) and the low molecular weight hyaluronic acid silanol composition prepared in the step (2) in a reaction kettle according to the weight ratio to obtain the product; or,
and (3) mixing and stirring the xylitol and derivative moisturizing factor composition prepared in the step (1) and the low molecular weight hyaluronic acid silanol composition prepared in the step (2) uniformly in a reaction kettle according to the weight ratio, adding the natural plant extract into the reaction kettle according to the weight ratio, and mixing and stirring uniformly to obtain the product.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides the use of the composition according to the first aspect or the composition prepared by the method according to the second aspect for preparing a cosmetic composition having the effects of moisturizing and repairing skin barrier, and anti-wrinkle and anti-firming effects.
Alternatively, in the above use, the cosmetic is a toner, a lotion, an essence, a cream, a mask or a lyophilized powder.
Preferably, the cosmetic is a lotion, cream or ointment.
Alternatively, in the above-mentioned use, in the preparation of a cosmetic having moisture retention and skin barrier repair, it is preferable to use a ratio of the xylitol and derivative thereof moisture retention factor composition to the low molecular weight hyaluronan silanol composition in a weight percentage of 0.1% to 3%:0.1% to 3% of the composition of the first aspect above.
When the cosmetic with the effects of resisting wrinkles and tightening is prepared, the ratio of the xylitol and derivative moisturizing factor composition thereof to the low-molecular weight hyaluronic silanol composition is preferably 0.5-10 percent by weight: 0.5% to 10% of the composition of the first aspect above.
Alternatively, in the above use, in the preparation of a cosmetic having moisture retention and skin barrier repair, it is preferable to use a ratio of the xylitol and derivative thereof moisture retention factor composition to the low molecular weight hyaluronan silanol composition of 1% by weight: 1% of the composition of the first aspect.
In the preparation of the cosmetic with anti-wrinkle and anti-firming effects, the ratio of the xylitol and derivative moisturizing factor composition thereof to the low molecular weight hyaluronic silanol composition is preferably 3% by weight: 5% of the composition of the first aspect.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The inventor finds that the composition has the effects of synergistically enhancing moisturizing, repairing skin barriers, resisting wrinkles and tightening and the like by combining the xylitol and derivative moisturizing factor composition thereof and the low-molecular-weight hyaluronic silanol composition in a specific dosage ratio.
(2) The inventor also finds that the effects of moisturizing, repairing skin barriers, resisting wrinkles and tightening the skin and the like of the composition can be further enhanced after specific types and dosage of natural plant extracts are added into the composition.
(3) The composition of the present invention is applied to cosmetics, which can promote the reconstruction of the stratum corneum and barrier function of the skin, improve the moisture retention and water resistance of the skin, reduce wrinkles and make the skin firmer, and have excellent use feeling.
Detailed Description
In the intensive research on formula raw materials with the effects of moisturizing, repairing skin barriers, resisting wrinkles, tightening and the like, which can be used for cosmetics, the invention unexpectedly discovers that the effects of moisturizing, repairing skin barriers, resisting wrinkles, tightening and the like can be obviously enhanced by combining the xylitol and derivative moisturizing factor composition thereof with the low-molecular-weight hyaluronic silanol composition in a specific dosage ratio through a large amount of screening. In addition, the inventor also finds that the effects of moisturizing, repairing skin barriers, resisting wrinkles and tightening the skin and the like of the composition can be further enhanced after the specific type and amount of the natural plant extract are added into the composition. The present invention has been completed on the basis of this finding.
In order to facilitate the understanding of those skilled in the art, various major active ingredients involved in the present invention will be described below.
As used herein, in the composition of the present invention, the "xylitol and derivatives thereof moisturizing factor composition" comprises the following components in percentage by weight:

Examples of the high concentration compositions of the present invention aquadermosill V are shown below:
one skilled in the cosmetic arts can add the low concentration composition (AQUADERMOSIL) or the high concentration composition (AQUADERMOSIL V) of the present invention to various cosmetic products (such as, but not limited to, skin lotions, essences, creams, ointments or masks) as desired.
As used herein, "poria cocos extract" is a natural plant extract that can be used in cosmetics, as specifically listed in the cosmetic specification list. The white tuckahoe is the white part of the medicinal material tuckahoe after red tuckahoe is cut off. Multiple studies show that the white poria contains rich chemical components including polysaccharide, triterpene, fatty acid, sterol, enzyme and the like, and has multiple activities of resisting inflammation, resisting bacteria, resisting oxidation and the like.
As used herein, "beetroot extract" is a natural plant extract that may be used in cosmetics as specifically listed in the cosmetic specification list. The "beet root" can also be called red beet. The beet root has bright color, crisp and tender meat and rich nutrition. Multiple researches show that the beetroot contains rich chemical components including betacyanin, betaine, mineral substances, ascorbic acid, carotenoid, phenolic acid, flavonoid and the like, and has multiple activities of resisting inflammation, resisting oxidation and the like.
As used herein, "extract of momordica charantia fruit" is a natural plant extract that can be used in cosmetics as explicitly listed in the cosmetic specification list. The extract of Momordica charantia fruit has antiaging, free radical scavenging, hair caring, antiinflammatory, and antibacterial effects. The product is mainly used as an antioxidant, an anti-inflammatory agent and a softening agent, is used in products for hair care, skin care and the like, and can effectively protect skin and hair and enable the skin and the hair to be moistened and glossy.
As used herein, a "black mulberry root extract" is a natural plant extract that can be used in cosmetics, as specifically listed in cosmetic specification catalogues. The mulberry root extract contains mulberroside and other effective components, and can take out free radical, inhibit tyrosinase activity and inhibit indirect melanin formation.
The various natural plant extracts used in the present invention may be commercially available products, or may be obtained by extracting the corresponding natural plants by an extraction method which is conventional in the art.
The invention is further illustrated with reference to specific examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are illustrative only and are not limiting upon the scope of the invention.
The examples do not show the specific techniques or conditions, according to the technical or conditions described in the literature in the field, or according to the product specifications. The reagents or instruments used are conventional products which are not indicated by manufacturers and are available from normal sources.
The experimental procedures in the following examples are all conventional ones unless otherwise specified. The test materials used in the following examples are all commercially available products unless otherwise specified.

Effect embodiment:
effect example 1: testing of the Effect of the compositions of the present invention on skin moisturization
Skin moisture retention was measured in 21 volunteers (3 per group) using a skin moisture tester Corneometer CM 825 (Courage Khazaka, germany). The samples were applied to test areas marked 4cm × 4cm on the left and right anterior flexor sides of the subject, respectively. The coating amount is 3.0mg/cm 2 Gently massage until the sample is absorbed. Measuring skin moisture content before and 4 hr after smearing with skin moisture meter, calculating skin moisture content increase rate according to the following formula, and averaging skin moisture content increase rates of volunteers using the samples to obtain the sampleAverage skin moisture content increase rate of the product.

As can be seen from the data in table 1, the skin moisturizing effect was poor with the conventional cosmetic base used alone for preparing the cream, and the mean skin moisture content increase rate was only 7.14% in the volunteers of comparative example 7 group at 4 hours.
The combined use of part a and part B (see results of example 2) can significantly increase the skin moisturization of the volunteers compared to parts a and B used alone (see results of comparative examples 1 and 2).
In addition, the addition of part C to the combination of parts a and B more significantly increased the skin moisturization of the volunteers (see results of example 4). Also, the kinds of the various natural plant extracts in part C have a great influence on the skin moisturizing effect of volunteers (see the results of example 4 and comparative example 3).
Effect example 2: skin Barrier function repair test with the composition of the invention
2.1 test subjects:
70 skin allergic subjects, 35 each for men and women, aged between 18 and 50 years, were randomized into 7 groups (10 subjects per group): example 2, example 4, comparative example 1, comparative example 2, comparative example 3, comparative example 7.
2.2 methods of use:
the corresponding face cream was used for each group of subjects.
The lotion is applied once in the morning and evening every day, and the skin allergic area is cleaned before application. The first examination was performed after 3 consecutive days and the second examination was performed after 7 consecutive days.
2.3 judging standard:
(1) The effect is shown: the skin allergy such as red swelling, pruritus and skin damage disappears.
(2) The method has the following advantages: the skin allergy such as red swelling, pruritus and skin damage is reduced.
(3) And (4) invalidation: the skin is red and swollen, pruritus, skin damage and other allergic phenomena are not obviously changed.
(4) Weighting: the skin is red and swollen, itching, skin damage and other allergic phenomena.
2.4 Experimental results:

As can be seen from the results in table 2, the subjects in the comparative example 7 group gradually worsened the allergic symptoms during the study period due to the use of only conventional cosmetic bases for the preparation of creams.
Compared with the comparative example 1 (part A) and the comparative example 2 (part B), the repair effect of the example 2 (part A + part B) on the skin barrier function of the subjects is remarkably enhanced, the effective percentages of the subjects in the example 2 group are respectively 80% and 90% when the subjects are checked on the 3 rd day and the 7 th day, and the repair effect of the composition on the skin barrier function of the subjects shows a trend of continuously improving along with the prolonging of the use time, while the repair effect on the skin barrier function of the subjects is continuously weakened along with the passage of time after the A part or the B part is used alone.
In addition, further addition of part C to the combination of parts a and B can enhance the skin barrier repair function of the subject more significantly (see results of example 4). Also, the kinds of the various natural plant extracts in part C also have a great influence on the skin barrier repair function of the subject (see results of example 4 and comparative example 3).
Effect example 3: anti-wrinkle firming effect test of the composition of the invention
70 women of 35-65 years old were selected as subjects and divided into 7 groups of 10 persons each. Before the test, after washing the face of the subject, the subject was subjected to a constant temperature and humidity environment (temperature 21-23 ℃, humidity 55-65%) for 30min, and then subjected to facial photographing using VISA-CR as primary data, the subject applied the corresponding cream of each group to the face for 1 time per day for 30 consecutive trials, and washed the face on days 0 and 30 and then subjected to facial wrinkle test using VISA-CR, which are respectively denoted as D0 and D30. The D0 and D30 values of each group are the average value of the values of the group, the facial wrinkle improvement before and after use is calculated through instrument software, and the lower the score is, the more wrinkles are indicated. The test results are shown in table 3:

As can be seen from the results in table 3, the subjects of the comparative example 7 group had substantially no wrinkle removing effect using only conventional cosmetic bases for preparing a cream.
As can be seen from the results of comparative examples 4 and 5, part a and part B used alone also had substantially no wrinkle-removing effect. However, after combining part a and part B, the wrinkle-removing effect on the subject was significantly enhanced at day 30, and the test score of example 3 increased to 84.5%.
In addition, the further addition of part C to the combination of part a and part B can more significantly enhance the anti-wrinkle effect on the skin of the subject (see the results of example 5), i.e., the anti-wrinkle effect on the skin of the composition of the present invention is significantly improved by the addition of the natural plant extract in a specific kind and amount ratio to the composition of the present invention. However, the kinds of the various natural plant extracts in part C also had a great effect on the anti-wrinkle effect of the skin of the subject (see the results of example 5 and comparative example 6).
In conclusion, the experimental results show that the xylitol and the derivative moisturizing factor composition thereof in a specific dosage ratio are combined with the low-molecular-weight hyaluronic silanol composition, so that the composition has the effects of synergistically moisturizing, repairing skin barriers, resisting wrinkles and tightening, and the like, the effects of the composition can be further enhanced by further adding certain natural plant extracts into the composition, and the composition can be applied to cosmetics, so that the skin cuticle reconstruction can be promoted, the skin moisturizing performance and the water resistance can be improved, the wrinkles of the skin can be reduced and tightened, and the use feeling is excellent.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.

A composition with moisturizing, skin barrier repair, anti-wrinkle and anti-firming effects, comprising: the composition is prepared from xylitol and a derivative moisturizing factor composition thereof, a low molecular weight hyaluronic silanol composition and a natural plant extract, wherein in the composition, the ratio of the xylitol and the derivative moisturizing factor composition to the low molecular weight hyaluronic silanol composition to the natural plant extract is (1): 1:0.8 or 3:5:4, the xylitol and the derivative moisturizing factor composition thereof are prepared from the following components in percentage by weight:
xylitol-based glucoside 45%

(3) Preparation of a composition having moisturizing and skin barrier repair and anti-wrinkle firming effects:
and (3) mixing and stirring the xylitol and derivative moisturizing factor composition prepared in the step (1) and the low molecular weight hyaluronic acid silanol composition prepared in the step (2) uniformly in a reaction kettle according to the weight ratio, adding the natural plant extract into the reaction kettle according to the weight ratio, and mixing and stirring uniformly to obtain the product.
3. Use of the composition of claim 1 or the composition prepared by the preparation method of claim 2 for preparing cosmetics with the effects of moisturizing and repairing skin barrier, and resisting wrinkles and tightening.
4. Use according to claim 3, characterized in that: the cosmetic is toner, lotion, essence, cream, ointment, facial mask or lyophilized powder.

Use according to claim 4, characterized in that: in the preparation of the cosmetic with the functions of moisturizing and repairing skin barriers, the ratio of the xylitol and the derivative moisturizing factor composition thereof to the low molecular weight hyaluronic acid silanol composition to the natural plant extract is 1:1: the composition of claim 1 of 0.8.

Use according to claim 4, characterized in that: when the cosmetic with the effects of resisting wrinkles and tightening is prepared, the ratio of the xylitol and the derivative moisturizing factor composition thereof to the low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid silanol composition to the natural plant extract is 3:5:4 the composition of claim 1.
