Abstract
本发明提供一种复合铁系脱氧剂,按重量组分包括:复合铁粉50‑70份、辅助还原剂10‑15份、改性剂8‑20份、保水剂10‑35份、气体吸附剂2‑7份。本发明提供一种复合铁系脱氧剂,性能稳定、加工操作简单,适合大包装使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及脱氧剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种复合铁系脱氧剂。
背景技术
脱氧剂又叫除氧剂,通过脱氧剂与氧气快速化学反应除去包装或容器中的游离氧,使储藏物处于无氧环境中,抑制好氧微生物和虫害的危害,防止品质氧化裂变,以达到安全储藏的目的。脱氧剂分为两大类 :无机类材料形成的脱氧剂和有机类材料形成的脱氧剂,近年来无机物系列发展特快。从成本、安全性方面考虑,在气调储粮中应用较多的脱氧剂为无机材料的铁系脱氧剂。
现有脱氧剂配方中催化剂和还原铁粉的含量均比较高时,会导致脱氧剂 性能不够稳定、加工操作复杂、原材料成本较高,且不适合大包装使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合铁系脱氧剂,以解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种复合铁系脱氧剂,按重量组分包括:
复合铁粉 50-70份
辅助还原剂 10-15份
改性剂 8-20份
保水剂 10-35份
气体吸附剂 2-7份。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述复合铁粉按重量组分包括:
铸铁粉 10-15份
碳化铁粉 20-25份
硫酸亚铁粉 5-10份
氯化亚铁粉 10-15份
氢氧化亚铁粉 20-25份。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述辅助还原剂为氯化钠、氯化钙、亚硫酸钠中的一种或几种组合物。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述改性剂为聚甲醛、硼酸钛、聚丙烯腈树脂中的一种或几种组合物。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述保水剂为硅藻土、蒙脱石、沸石、改性氟树脂中的一种或几种组合物。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述气体吸附剂为活性炭、分子筛、硅胶中的一种或几种组合物。

一种复合铁系脱氧剂,按重量组分包括:
复合铁粉 50-70份
辅助还原剂 10-15份
改性剂 8-20份
保水剂 10-35份
气体吸附剂 2-7份。
作为本发明的一个实施例,所述复合铁粉按重量组分包括:
铸铁粉 10-15份
碳化铁粉 20-25份
硫酸亚铁粉 5-10份
氯化亚铁粉 10-15份
氢氧化亚铁粉 20-25份。

上述技术方案的工作原理及有益效果:
作为复合铁粉,其中的铸铁粉、碳化铁粉、硫酸亚铁粉、氯化亚铁粉、氢氧化亚铁粉可以应对各种环境下的纯氧、氧离子等,做到全方位脱氧。
作为改性剂,其作用是用于增强复合铁粉的基本脱氧性能。具体而言聚甲醛(POM)是一种没有侧链、高密度、高结晶性的热塑性聚合物,具有优 异的力学性能和摩擦性能,少量掺入复合铁粉后可有效改进铁粉之间的间距,避免铁粉成团。而聚丙烯腈树脂作为一具有良好活性自由基的化学特性,可将复合铁粉有序聚集成一球形吸氧团,增加其有效吸氧面积。
本发明提供一种复合铁系脱氧剂,性能稳定、加工操作简单,适合大包装使用。

1.一种复合铁系脱氧剂,其特征在于,按重量组分包括:
复合铁粉 50-70份
辅助还原剂 10-15份
改性剂 8-20份
保水剂 10-35份
气体吸附剂 2-7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合铁系脱氧剂,其特征在于,所述复合铁粉按重量组分包括:
铸铁粉 10-15份
碳化铁粉 20-25份
硫酸亚铁粉 5-10份
氯化亚铁粉 10-15份
氢氧化亚铁粉 20-25份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合铁系脱氧剂,其特征在于:所述辅助还原剂为氯化钠、氯化钙、亚硫酸钠中的一种或几种组合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合铁系脱氧剂,其特征在于:所述改性剂为聚甲醛、硼酸钛、聚丙烯腈树脂中的一种或几种组合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合铁系脱氧剂,其特征在于:所述保水剂为硅藻土、蒙脱石、沸石、改性氟树脂中的一种或几种组合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合铁系脱氧剂,其特征在于:所述气体吸附剂为活性炭、分子筛、硅胶中的一种或几种组合物。
