背景技术
润滑油是改善摩擦副的摩擦状态以降低摩擦阻力减缓磨损的技术措施,人们在充分利用现代的润滑技术来提高机器的使用性能和寿命并减少能源消耗,润滑油不管在生活中还是在工业中都起到很大的作用,但对于一些长期在水里作业的船舶的作用却不是很大,因为船舶是能航行或停泊于海水域进行运输或作业的交通工具,海水的酸碱性往往超长普通水的很多倍,而且对金属的影响很大,所以对船舶的伤害也很大。
现有的润滑剂,其抗腐蚀以及防锈功能较差。

本发明的目的在于提供一种工业润滑剂及其生产工艺,以解决现有技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种工业润滑剂,包括以下质量份组分:硅油10-15份、偏苯三酸酯10-15份、硫醚酚6-8份、三乙醇胺1-2份、抗氧剂1-3份、成膜助剂1-3份、渗透剂2-4份、防腐蚀添加剂1-5份、洗涤剂1-3份、分散剂1-3份、极压添加剂1-3份、消泡剂2-4份、金属钝化剂2-4份、乳化剂1-5份、破乳剂1-5份。

S2:将硅油、偏苯三酸酯、硫醚酚、三乙醇胺放入反应釜中进行混合搅拌;
S3:向反应釜中加入成膜助剂、渗透剂、防腐蚀添加剂、洗涤剂、分散剂、极压添加剂、消泡剂、金属钝化剂、乳化剂、防锈剂、破乳剂;进行加热搅拌。

本发明的工作原理是:按重量份比例称取硅油10-15份、偏苯三酸酯10-15份、硫醚酚6-8份、三乙醇胺1-2份、抗氧剂1-3份、成膜助剂1-3份、渗透剂2-4份、防腐蚀添加剂1-5份、洗涤剂1-3份、分散剂1-3份、极压添加剂1-3份、消泡剂2-4份、金属钝化剂2-4份、乳化剂1-5份、破乳剂1-5份;将硅油、偏苯三酸酯、硫醚酚、三乙醇胺放入反应釜中进行混合搅拌;向反应釜中加入成膜助剂、渗透剂、防腐蚀添加剂、洗涤剂、分散剂、极压添加剂、消泡剂、金属钝化剂、乳化剂、破乳剂;进行加热搅拌。

Claims (9)

1.一种工业润滑剂,其特征在于:包括以下质量份组分:硅油10-15份、偏苯三酸酯10-15份、硫醚酚6-8份、三乙醇胺1-2份、抗氧剂1-3份、成膜助剂1-3份、渗透剂2-4份、防腐蚀添加剂1-5份、洗涤剂1-3份、分散剂1-3份、极压添加剂1-3份、消泡剂2-4份、金属钝化剂2-4份、乳化剂1-5份、破乳剂1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业润滑剂,其特征在于:还包括防锈剂1-5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业润滑剂,其特征在于:所述硅油为甲基硅油、乙基硅油、苯基硅油、甲基苯基硅油、甲基氯苯基硅油、甲基乙氧基硅油、甲基羟基硅油中一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业润滑剂,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂由聚磷酸盐、正磷酸盐、脂肪酸盐组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业润滑剂,其特征在于:所述渗透剂为烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基硫酸酯钠、仲烷基磺酸钠、仲烷基硫酸酯钠中一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业润滑剂,其特征在于:所述分散剂为聚异丁烯双丁酰亚胺或丁二酰亚胺与多烯多胺生成的丁二酰亚胺酸化合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业润滑剂,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为非硅油型的有机型油溶剂。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种工业润滑剂的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:按重量份比例称取硅油10-15份、偏苯三酸酯10-15份、硫醚酚6-8份、三乙醇胺1-2份、抗氧剂1-3份、成膜助剂1-3份、渗透剂2-4份、防腐蚀添加剂1-5份、洗涤剂1-3份、分散剂1-3份、极压添加剂1-3份、消泡剂2-4份、金属钝化剂2-4份、乳化剂1-5份、防锈剂1-5份、破乳剂1-5份;
S2:将硅油、偏苯三酸酯、硫醚酚、三乙醇胺放入反应釜中进行混合搅拌;
S3:向反应釜中加入成膜助剂、渗透剂、防腐蚀添加剂、洗涤剂、分散剂、极压添加剂、消泡剂、金属钝化剂、乳化剂、防锈剂、破乳剂;进行加热搅拌。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种工业润滑剂的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中搅拌时间为15-25分钟,搅拌时的温度为110-130℃;所述步骤S3中搅拌时间为5-15分钟,搅拌时的温度为130-150℃。
