本发明属于金属切削加工技术领域,特别涉及金属加工水溶性高效微乳切削液。
背景技术
金属切削加工时,通常采用切削液来冷却和润滑刀具。传统切削液产品用于宽泛的切削和磨削加工,特别是铸铁,合金钢部件的加工时,其润滑性、冷却性、防锈性以及消泡性差,使用寿命短,此外,传统切削液产品由于含有亚硝酸盐不利于环境保护和人体健康。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种金属加工水溶性高效微乳切削液,该金属加工用全合成切削液润滑性、冷却性、防锈性以及消泡性好,且不含亚硝酸盐,苯酚等有毒有害物质,不损害健康,不污染环境。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明金属加工水溶性高效微乳切削液,由以下质量份的原料组成:矿物油5~40,复合剂1~20,乳化剂10~20,防锈剂1~20,铜合金缓蚀剂0.2~2,铝合金缓蚀剂2~4,杀菌剂1~5,消泡剂0.1~0.6以及水加至100。
进一步地,矿物油是环烷基矿物油。
进一步地,复合剂为新戊二醇脂肪酸酯,偏苯三酸酯,脂肪酸异新酯,链段聚醚,丙二醇脂肪酸酯中的任一种,与一乙醇胺,二乙醇胺,三乙醇胺,二异丙醇胺,特殊醇胺中的任一种的混合物。
进一步地,乳化剂为脂肪醇烷氧化合物,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,琥珀酸衍生物,醚羧酸或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
进一步地,防锈剂为硼酸,对叔丁基苯甲胺,三嗪类多羧酸化合物,石油磺酸钠,月桂二酸或是石油硫酸钡。
进一步地,铜合金缓蚀剂是苯并三氮咪唑啉或是甲基苯三唑。
进一步地,铝合金缓蚀剂是磷酸酯,特殊复合酯,偏硅酸钠或原偏硅酸钠。

3.如权利要求1所述的金属加工水溶性高效微乳切削液,其特征是:复合剂为新戊二醇脂肪酸酯,偏苯三酸酯,脂肪酸异新酯,链段聚醚,丙二醇脂肪酸酯中的任一种,与一乙醇胺,二乙醇胺,三乙醇胺,二异丙醇胺,特殊醇胺中的任一种的混合物。
4.如权利要求1所述的金属加工水溶性高效微乳切削液,其特征是:乳化剂为脂肪醇烷氧化合物,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,琥珀酸衍生物,醚羧酸或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
