本发明属于金属切削加工技术领域,特别涉及环保防锈水基切削液。
背景技术
金属切削加工时,通常采用切削液来冷却和润滑刀具。传统切削液易起泡,稳定性以及润滑性差,尤其是在金属高速切削时,由于氧气与金属的接触必然会导致金属生锈,从而影响金属性能。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种环保防锈水基切削液,该环保防锈水基切削液能有效将金属与氧气隔离,防止金属生锈的优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明环保防锈水基切削液,由以下质量份的原料组成:醇胺或醇胺盐10~25,硅酸盐5~10,硼砂15~30,钨酸钠8~20,硼酸25~50,葡萄糖酸钠5~15,润滑剂30~60,消泡剂3~10,杀菌剂3~8,PH调节剂3~6以及水50~85。
所述醇胺为富马酸三乙醇胺,癸二酸三乙醇胺,十二碳二元酸三乙醇胺,N-辛酸谷氨酸三乙醇胺,N-月桂酰肌氨酸三乙醇胺中的一种或多种的组合。
所述润滑剂为磺化蓖麻油,油酸酰胺,磺化油酸中的一种或多种组合物。
所述杀菌剂为2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮,聚羟丙基二甲基氯化铵,羟乙基六氢均三嗪,4-氯-3-甲基苯酚,1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮中的一种或多种组合。
本发明的有益效果是,降低了生产成本,解决了锈蚀难题,提高产品的质量,提高加工效率。
具体实施方式
实施例1,本发明环保防锈水基切削液,由以下质量份的原料组成:醇胺或醇胺盐10~25,硅酸盐5~10,硼砂15~30,钨酸钠8~20,硼酸25~50,葡萄糖酸钠5~15,润滑剂30~60,消泡剂3~10,杀菌剂3~8,PH调节剂3~6以及水50~85。
所述醇胺为富马酸三乙醇胺,癸二酸三乙醇胺,十二碳二元酸三乙醇胺,N-辛酸谷氨酸三乙醇胺,N-月桂酰肌氨酸三乙醇胺中的一种或多种的组合。
所述润滑剂为磺化蓖麻油,油酸酰胺,磺化油酸中的一种或多种组合物。
所述杀菌剂为2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮,聚羟丙基二甲基氯化铵,羟乙基六氢均三嗪,4-氯-3-甲基苯酚,1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮中的一种或多种组合。
本品中,将醇胺或者醇胺盐作为防锈添加剂,其与硼酸会生成醇胺硼酸酯,醇胺硼酸酯中的亲水基会吸附在金属的表面,疏水基会在金属的表面形成一层保护膜,将氧气与金属隔离,起到防锈的作用;与硅酸盐、硼砂、钨酸钠以及葡萄糖酸钠配合进一步提高了切削液的防锈蚀功能,有效防止了腐蚀问题;配合添加润滑剂、杀菌剂和PH调节剂后进一步提高了切削液的性能,提高了产品质量,使金属加工阶段完成后的周转存放期、防腐时间延长,省去了二次涂抹防腐油脂的工艺,降低了生产成本,解决了锈蚀难题。本产品中不含致癌物质,对环境友好,具有优良的润滑性、清洗性、冷却性以及防锈性,金属加工过程中使用本切削液可显著提高产品的质量,提高加工效率。

2.如权利要求1所述的环保防锈水基切削液,其特征是:所述醇胺为富马酸三乙醇胺,癸二酸三乙醇胺,十二碳二元酸三乙醇胺,N-辛酸谷氨酸三乙醇胺,N-月桂酰肌氨酸三乙醇胺中的一种或多种的组合。

4.如权利要求1所述的环保防锈水基切削液,其特征是:所述杀菌剂为2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮,聚羟丙基二甲基氯化铵,羟乙基六氢均三嗪,4-氯-3-甲基苯酚,1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮中的一种或多种组合。
