Abstract

本发明提出了一种全合成切削液,其特征在于,按照重量百分数计算,包括以下组分:单一醇胺3~7%、三乙醇胺3~7%、二元酸3~6%、润滑剂11~18%、络合剂3~5%及乳化剂0.5~1%,余量为去离子水。该全合成切削液不仅环保性能好,还具有非常优异的防锈性能。

全合成切削液
技术领域
本发明属于金属切削添加剂领域,具体涉及一种全合成切削液。
背景技术
切削液一般是指材料在机械加工过程中,为及时带走切削区内产生的热量以降低切削温度,延长刀具使用寿命,提高工件加工精度而使用的工作液。其通常应具备润滑、冷却、清洗、防锈等作用。切削液按其化学组成可分为油基切削液和水基切削液两大类。油基切削液的润滑性能较好,冷却效果较差。水基切削液与油基切削液相比润滑性能相对较差,冷却效果较好。近年来,由于先进切削机床的不断涌现,刀具和工件材料的发展,对切削液提出了更高的要求。例如,使用硬质合金刀具在高速切削加工时由于产生巨大热量,油基切削液的冷却性能已无法满足需求。使得人们将研究重点转向了研制高性能的水基切削液。
水基切削液具有冷却效果好、可节约能源、操作环境清洁等优点而日渐广泛应用于金属机械加工工艺中,并且有逐步替代油基切削液的趋势。其中尤以水基全合成切削液的优异性更为突出,与传统的乳化油型和半合成切削液相比,全合成切削液由于完全不含机械油,在清洗性、冷却性、加工可视性、抗菌性和稳定性等方面都具有显著地优势,在行业内逐渐获得广泛的应用。然而,现有水基切削液与油基切削液相比,其在防锈性能方面非常不理想。
发明内容
本发明提出一种全合成切削液,该全合成切削液不仅环保性能好,还具有非常优异的防锈性能。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种全合成切削液,按照重量百分数计算,包括以下组分:
单一醇胺3~7%、三乙醇胺3~7%、二元酸3~6%、润滑剂11~18%、络合剂3~5%及乳化剂0.5~1%,余量为去离子水。
优选地,所述润滑剂为二聚脂肪酸、聚醚及聚乙二醇的混合物。
优选地,二聚脂肪酸、聚醚及聚乙二醇的质量比为4~7:3~5:4~6。
优选地,所述络合剂选自EDTA、EDTA钠盐、次氮基三乙酸钠、酒石酸钠、柠檬酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠与N-羟乙基乙二胺三乙酸中的一种或者多种。
优选地,所述乳化剂为TX-10。
优选地,还包括消泡剂。
优选地,所述消泡剂的重量百分数含量为0.1~1%。
优选地,所述消泡剂选自乳化硅油、聚醚接枝改性的有机硅与合成型聚醚消泡剂中的一种或者多种。
优选地,所述二元酸优选为十二碳二元酸。
下面对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细说明:
单一醇胺、三乙醇胺及二元酸作为本发明全合成切削液的防锈剂,二聚脂肪酸、聚醚、聚乙二醇起润滑抗磨作用。
本发明的全合成切削液的制备方法为将上述组分混合均匀即可。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明的全合成切削液以单一醇胺、三乙醇胺及二元酸作为防锈剂,与其他成分配合,使得本发明的全合成切削液防锈性能达到50天,远大于半合成的切削液的20天。
2、本发明的全合成切削液不含亚硝酸钠、硫、氯、酚、对叔丁基苯甲酸盐等对人体有毒害物质及对环境有害物质,抗微生物能力强,不容易腐败变质,能够有效地延长切削液使用寿命,减少废水排放,有利于环保和清洁生产,提高工作效率,降低加工成本;良好的排污油能力,能将漏入切削液中的导轨油、液压油快速分离出去;良好的铁屑沉降性,避免因过细磨屑(特别是铸铁和球墨铸铁)难于沉降分离,而影响砂轮耐用度和加工精度。
3、本发明的全合成切削液为清澈透明状态,便于观察加工工件,有利于保持加工环境的清洁;储存稳定性好。能适应春夏秋冬不同季节温度的变化;具有优良的润滑性、防锈性、冷却性、清洗性、杀菌性;不破坏油漆,与通常使用的设备密封材料相适应。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种全合成切削液,按照重量百分数计算,包括以下组分:
单一醇胺4%、三乙醇胺5%、十二碳二元酸3%、二聚脂肪酸5%、聚醚3%,聚乙二醇4%、EDTA钠盐3%及TX-100.6%,余量为去离子水。
实施例2
一种全合成切削液,按照重量百分数计算,包括以下组分:
单乙醇胺3%、三乙醇胺7%、十二碳二元酸4%、二聚脂肪酸4%、聚醚4%,聚乙二醇4%、EDTA4%、TX-10 0.7%及乳化硅油0.1%,余量为去离子水。
实施例3
一种全合成切削液,按照重量百分数计算,包括以下组分:
单乙醇胺6%、三乙醇胺3%、十二碳二元酸6%、二聚脂肪酸7%、聚醚5%,聚乙二醇6%、N-羟乙基乙二胺三乙酸5%、TX-10 1%及乳化硅油0.5%,余量为去离子水。
实施例4
单乙醇胺7%、三乙醇胺4%、十二碳二元酸4%、二聚脂肪酸5%、聚醚4%,聚乙二醇5%、EDTA钠盐4%、TX-10 0.5%及聚醚接枝改性的有机硅0.2%,余量为去离子水。
试验例
将实施例1-4的全合成切削液进行性能测试,具体见表1。

Claims (9)

1.一种全合成切削液,其特征在于,按照重量百分数计算,包括以下组分:
单一醇胺3~7%、三乙醇胺3~7%、二元酸3~6%、润滑剂11~18%、络合剂3~5%及乳化剂0.5~1%,余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全合成切削液,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为二聚脂肪酸、聚醚及聚乙二醇的混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的全合成切削液,其特征在于,二聚脂肪酸、聚醚及聚乙二醇的质量比为4~7:3~5:4~6。
4.根据权利要求1所述的全合成切削液,其特征在于,所述络合剂选自EDTA、EDTA钠盐、次氮基三乙酸钠、酒石酸钠、柠檬酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠与N-羟乙基乙二胺三乙酸中的一种或者多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的全合成切削液,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为TX-10。
6.根据权利要求1所述的全合成切削液,其特征在于,还包括消泡剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的全合成切削液,其特征在于,所述消泡剂的重量百分数含量为0.1~1%。
8.根据权利要求6所述的全合成切削液,其特征在于,所述消泡剂选自乳化硅油、聚醚接枝改性的有机硅与合成型聚醚消泡剂中的一种或者多种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的全合成切削液,其特征在于,所述二元酸为十二碳二元酸。
