Abstract
The invention provides a foliar fertilizer for improving capsaicin content in pepper fruits and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of agricultural foliar fertilizers. The foliar fertilizer comprises the following components: urea, monopotassium phosphate, potassium sulfate, potassium chloride, fulvic acid, boric acid, cinnamic acid and water. The fulvic acid can improve the fertilizer efficiency of the foliar fertilizer, improve the yield and quality of pepper fruits, reduce the pH value of the foliar fertilizer and improve the solubility of cinnamic acid in the foliar fertilizer; boric acid can stimulate pollen germination and pollen tube extension, so that pollination can be smoothly carried out, and the pepper yield is increased; the cinnamic acid is a component of capsaicin synthetase and can obviously improve the content of capsaicin in pepper fruits. Experimental results show that the urea, the monopotassium phosphate, the potassium sulfate, the potassium chloride, the fulvic acid, the boric acid and the cinnamic acid in the foliar fertilizer have a synergistic effect, so that the content of capsaicin in pepper fruits can be obviously increased, and the yield of pepper can be increased.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural foliar fertilizers, and particularly relates to a foliar fertilizer for improving the capsaicin content in pepper fruits, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Capsaicin is a main pungent component of capsicum, is one of important quality indexes for evaluating capsicum fruits, has wide application in the fields of food, medicine, agriculture and the like, and is very attractive in the international market due to extremely low yield. Therefore, research on capsaicin, particularly, research on how to increase the yield of capsaicin and pepper in pepper fruits, has been a focus and focus.
Currently, there are few systematic studies on the metabolic rule of capsaicin biosynthesis in pepper fruits, and in the research on measures for increasing the capsaicin content in pepper fruits, much focus on the cultivation of new varieties and the research on the influence of different cultivation environmental conditions on the synthesis of capsaicin in pepper fruits. However, a related technical method for improving the capsaicin content of the pepper fruits through foliar fertilizer is not reported.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the foliar fertilizer, which comprises the following steps: mixing fulvic acid, boric acid, cinnamic acid and water, heating to 40-50 ℃, stirring for 20-30min, and mixing with urea, monopotassium phosphate, potassium sulfate and potassium chloride to obtain the foliar fertilizer.
Preferably, the rotation speed of the stirring is 300-400 r/min.

The invention provides a foliar fertilizer for improving the capsaicin content in pepper fruits, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of urea, 10-20 parts of monopotassium phosphate, 15-22 parts of potassium sulfate, 5-8 parts of potassium chloride, 7-15 parts of fulvic acid, 1-3 parts of boric acid, 3-6 parts of cinnamic acid and 100-150 parts of water.
The foliar fertilizer provided by the invention comprises 30-50 parts of urea, preferably 35-45 parts of urea, and more preferably 40 parts of urea. In the present invention, the urea provides a nitrogen fertilizer required during the growth of the pepper.
The foliar fertilizer provided by the invention comprises 10-20 parts by weight of monopotassium phosphate, preferably 13-18 parts by weight, and more preferably 15 parts by weight. In the invention, the monopotassium phosphate can improve the photosynthesis of the hot pepper, promote the fruit to expand, improve the ripening speed and further improve the yield of the hot pepper.
The foliar fertilizer provided by the invention comprises 5-8 parts by weight of potassium chloride, preferably 6 parts by weight. In the invention, the content of capsaicin in the pepper fruits is improved by adjusting the proportion of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the foliar fertilizer.
The foliar fertilizer provided by the invention comprises 7-15 parts of fulvic acid, preferably 9-13 parts of fulvic acid, and more preferably 10 parts of fulvic acid. In the invention, the fulvic acid can not improve the fertilizer efficiency of the foliar fertilizer, improve the yield and quality of pepper fruits, reduce the pH value of the foliar fertilizer and improve the solubility of cinnamic acid in the foliar fertilizer.
The foliar fertilizer provided by the invention comprises 1-3 parts of boric acid by weight, preferably 2 parts. In the invention, the boric acid can stimulate the germination of pollen and the extension of a pollen tube, so that pollination can be smoothly carried out, and the fruit setting rate of the hot pepper is improved.

In the invention, the rotation speed of the stirring is preferably 300-400r/min, and more preferably 350 r/min; the pH value of the foliar fertilizer is preferably 5-6, and more preferably 5.5.
The invention also provides application of the foliar fertilizer in improving the capsaicin content in pepper fruits.
In the present invention, the application preferably includes: spraying the foliar fertilizer to the pepper leaves; the dilution multiple of the foliar fertilizer is preferably 400-700, and more preferably 500; the spraying period of the foliar fertilizer is preferably a hot pepper flowering and fruit setting period and a fruiting period; the spraying frequency of the foliar fertilizer is preferably 2-4 times, more preferably 3 times, and the spraying interval is preferably 6-8 days, more preferably 7 days; the spraying dosage of the foliar fertilizer is preferably 300-600 g/mu, and more preferably 500 g/mu.
The source of the foliar fertilizer raw material is not particularly limited, and a commercially available product conventionally selected by a person skilled in the art is adopted.

Example 1
40kg of urea, 15kg of monopotassium phosphate, 20kg of potassium sulfate, 6kg of potassium chloride, 10kg of fulvic acid, 2kg of boric acid, 5kg of cinnamic acid and 130kg of water are accurately weighed. Mixing and heating weighed fulvic acid, boric acid and cinnamic acid with water to 45 ℃, stirring for 25min at the rotation speed of 300-400r/min, and mixing with urea, monopotassium phosphate, potassium sulfate and potassium chloride to obtain the foliar fertilizer, wherein the pH value of the foliar fertilizer is 5.5.
The foliar fertilizer is diluted by 500 times by adding water, and is sprayed with the pepper leaves once every 7 days in the flowering and fruit setting periods and the fruiting periods of the peppers, wherein the application amount of the foliar fertilizer is 500 g/mu, and the foliar fertilizer is sprayed for 3 times in total.
Example 2
30kg of urea, 20kg of monopotassium phosphate, 15kg of potassium sulfate, 8kg of potassium chloride, 15kg of fulvic acid, 1kg of boric acid, 6kg of cinnamic acid and 100kg of water are accurately weighed. Mixing and heating weighed fulvic acid, boric acid and cinnamic acid with water to 40 ℃, stirring for 30min at the rotation speed of 400r/min, and mixing with urea, monopotassium phosphate, potassium sulfate and potassium chloride to obtain the foliar fertilizer, wherein the pH value of the foliar fertilizer is 5.
The foliar fertilizer is diluted by 700 times by adding water, and is sprayed with pepper leaves once every 6 days in the flowering and fruit setting periods and the fruiting periods of the peppers, wherein the application amount of the foliar fertilizer is 600 g/mu for 2 times.
Example 3
50kg of urea, 10kg of monopotassium phosphate, 22kg of potassium sulfate, 5kg of potassium chloride, 7kg of fulvic acid, 3kg of boric acid, 3kg of cinnamic acid and 150kg of water are accurately weighed. Mixing and heating weighed fulvic acid, boric acid and cinnamic acid with water to 50 ℃, stirring for 20min at the rotating speed of 300r/min, and mixing with urea, monopotassium phosphate, potassium sulfate and potassium chloride to obtain the foliar fertilizer, wherein the pH value of the foliar fertilizer is 6.
The foliar fertilizer is diluted by 400 times by adding water, and is sprayed with the pepper leaves once every 8 days in the flowering and fruit setting periods and the fruiting periods of the peppers, wherein the application amount of the foliar fertilizer is 300 g/mu for 4 times.

In the pepper mature period, picking peppers, repeating each treatment for 3 times, selecting 4 peppers and 12 peppers in each repetition, removing stems and seeds in pepper fruits, drying at 50 ℃, measuring the total amount of capsaicin by using GB/T21266-2007, and counting the yield of each treated pepper. Specific results are shown in table 1.

As is clear from the results in Table 1, the results of examples 1 to 3 of the present invention can increase the total amount of capsaicin in the pepper fruits by 303.4 to 360.8% and the pepper yield by 22.1 to 25.5% relative to the control. Therefore, the foliar fertilizer can obviously improve the total capsaicin content in the pepper and the yield of the pepper.
Compared with comparative examples 1-4, in the embodiment 1 of the invention, when no urea, potassium dihydrogen phosphate and potassium chloride, no fulvic acid, no boric acid and no cinnamic acid are added, the improvement degree of the total amount and the yield of capsaicin are higher. Therefore, the urea, the monopotassium phosphate, the potassium sulfate, the potassium chloride, the fulvic acid, the boric acid and the cinnamic acid in the foliar fertilizer have a synergistic effect, so that the total content of capsaicin in pepper fruits can be obviously increased, and the yield of pepper can be increased.
