Abstract

The invention provides a foliar fertilizer for improving capsaicin content in pepper fruits and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of agricultural foliar fertilizers. The foliar fertilizer comprises the following components: urea, monopotassium phosphate, potassium sulfate, potassium chloride, fulvic acid, boric acid, cinnamic acid and water. The fulvic acid can improve the fertilizer efficiency of the foliar fertilizer, improve the yield and quality of pepper fruits, reduce the pH value of the foliar fertilizer and improve the solubility of cinnamic acid in the foliar fertilizer; boric acid can stimulate pollen germination and pollen tube extension, so that pollination can be smoothly carried out, and the pepper yield is increased; the cinnamic acid is a component of capsaicin synthetase and can obviously improve the content of capsaicin in pepper fruits. Capsaicin is a main pungent component of capsicum, is one of important quality indexes for evaluating capsicum fruits, has wide application in the fields of food, medicine, agriculture and the like, and is very attractive in the international market due to extremely low yield.
