日用陶瓷是指饮食用陶瓷,也就是盘、碗、杯、碟等陶瓷制品,以其精美的外观获得使用者的喜爱,且也是我国主要日用品之一,而随着社会的演变,人们对食品安全、饮食健康的追求越来越高,对日用陶瓷的要求也越来越高。
负离子,是指带负电荷的空气离子,如若空气中的负离子量足够时,对人体健康是有益的,如雷雨过后,空气的负离子增多,人们感到心情舒畅。而同时,负离子多的环境下,对食材的保鲜作用也是相当大,因此,对于日用陶瓷,如果能够在使用环境下,能够产生足够量的负离子,则将更有利于对食品的保鲜,且附加日用陶瓷新的功能。
发明内容
本发明的所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种能够产生足够的负离子,使使用环境周边具备负离子环绕的负离子陶瓷制品及其制备方法。

一种负离子陶瓷制品,由坯料混合熟料制成坯体,由釉料制成釉覆盖在所述坯体外表面后经烧成而成,所述坯料包括如下重量百分比组分:二氧化硅70%,氧化铝20%,氧化钾3%,氧化镁1%,氧化铁0.5%,氧化钠1%,高岭土3%,稀土洗泥1.5%;
所述釉料包括如下重量百分比组分:白钾长石20%,长石粉20%,锆英砂5%,高岭石12%,氧化锌3%,石英10%,蛇纹石10%,青山石5%,绢云母黏土6%,稀土包9%;
所述熟料由按5:5重量比的坯料与釉料混合后高温煅烧获得。
本发明解决上述技术问题的另一技术方案为:
一种制备如上述负离子陶瓷制品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
备料,按照配方分别配置坯料各组分与釉料各组分备用;
混合球磨,分别将坯料各组分、釉料各组分放置到球磨机中进行球磨,获得混合粉碎后的坯料与釉料;
熟料制备,按5:5的重量比分别取坯料与釉料,均匀混合后过筛除铁,放入窑炉中高温煅烧,获得熟料;
制坯,按照8:2的重量比取80%坯料与20%熟料,均匀混合后,经化浆、除铁,成型后进行干燥,获得坯体备用;
制釉,将进行过筛除铁,再放入制釉池中进行制釉,调整成58~62波美度,获得釉液;
施釉,将干燥后的坯体放到施釉机上,并将釉液与施釉枪连接,进行施釉,获得半成品;
风干,将半成品放置到阴凉干燥处进行风干;
烧成,将风干好的半成品放入窑炉中,进行烧成,获得负离子陶瓷制品。
本发明具有以下有益效果:运用陶瓷硅酸盐物质的分离与重组,通过硼、磷、硅、铝按比例构建,形成人为可控的多孔陶瓷结构,在烧成后,釉液熔化并包裹在坯体外表面,结合密度机理,使坯体和釉层中的元素锗、镓构成一定的排列形成晶格,令原子排列形成点阵,使相邻两个原子核最外端电子产生共用电子,形成共价链,通过坯体与釉层升温速率的差别,促使硼、磷、铝与锗、镓相互结合形成共价链,从而产生温差电反应,进而使与釉层接触的空气发生尾端放电效应,令空气中的分子失去一部分环绕在最外层的电子,产生电离效果,从而使制品周围形成带负电荷的空气负离子。负离子陶瓷对食品保鲜,抗氧化等具有极大作用,经过与负离子接触后的水、水果等直接食用的食材能够有效调节人体生物节律,促使体内毒素排除。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做详细说明。
实施例:
本发明实施例的一种制备负离子陶瓷制品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
备料,按照配方分别配置坯料各组分与釉料各组分备用;所述坯料包括如下重量百分比组分:二氧化硅70%,氧化铝20%,氧化钾3%,氧化镁1%,氧化铁0.5%,氧化钠1%,高岭土3%,稀土洗泥1.5%;所述釉料包括如下重量百分比组分:白钾长石20%,长石粉20%,锆英砂5%,高岭石12%,氧化锌3%,石英10%,蛇纹石10%,青山石5%,绢云母黏土6%,稀土包9%。具体的,所述稀土洗泥中含有金属钛,所述稀土包中含有元素锗、元素镓、元素铱。
混合球磨,分别将坯料各组分、釉料各组分放置到球磨机中进行球磨,获得混合粉碎后的坯料与釉料。具体的,坯料球磨时间为48小时,釉料的球磨时间为24小时。
熟料制备,按5:5的重量比分别取坯料与釉料,均匀混合后过筛除铁,放入窑炉中高温煅烧,获得熟料,具体的包括如下步骤:熟料混合,按5:5的重量比分别取坯料与釉料,并放入到球磨机中,进行混合球磨,球磨时间12h,获得混合物A;熟料除铁,将混合物A过1000目筛,然后放入除铁机中进行除铁,除铁时间30分钟;煅烧,将除铁完成后的混合物A放入窑炉中,进行煅烧,煅烧温度1280℃,煅烧时间为12小时,获得熟料。熟料是本发明最主要的发明点,在制作坯体是,必须加入熟料,才能保证坯体烧成后形成多孔陶瓷结构,其主要利用的是坯料与熟料在烧成环境下,不同的收缩尺度,以保证原子点阵的产生,进而使温差电的效果得以实现。
制坯,按照8:2的重量比取80%坯料与20%熟料,均匀混合后,经化浆、除铁,成型后进行干燥,获得坯体备用;具体的包括如下步骤:坯料混合,按照8:2的重量比取80%坯料与20%熟料放入球磨机中,进行球磨混合,球磨时间为12小时,获得混合物B;化浆,将混合物B放入化浆池中,加入清水,混合成泥浆;坯料除铁,将泥浆过200目筛,在放入除铁机中进行除铁,除铁时间为30分钟,除铁次数为两次;压滤,将过筛除铁后的泥浆放入压滤机中进行压滤,获得泥块;练泥,将泥块放入练泥机中进行练泥,练泥时间为3小时,获得含水率为20~25%的原泥;成型,将原泥放到成型机中进行成型,获得坯体;干燥,将坯体放置到阴凉干燥处进行阴干,阴干时间48小时。在坯体中添加入熟料这种做法在一般陶瓷生产中也存在,但其一般都是将烧成后的次品、费品再利用而采用的,并无其他作用,如本发明一样的,将用于生产的原料中的一部分先行煅烧成熟料再加入原料中的做法,是前所未见的,且本操作使的最终的成品陶瓷制品具备制作负离子的能力,这更是现有技术中所无法实现的。
制釉,将进行过筛除铁,再放入制釉池中进行制釉,调整成58~62波美度,获得釉液;具体的包括如下步骤:釉料除铁,将釉料放入除铁机中进行除铁,除铁时间30分钟,除铁次数3次;化釉,将釉料放入制釉池中,往制釉池中加入清水后沉淀3小时,取上清液,调整为58~62波美度的釉液。
施釉,将干燥后的坯体放到施釉机上,并将釉液与施釉枪连接,进行施釉,获得半成品;施釉过程中,需要对坯体的内外均进行施釉,需要将坯体完全用釉液进行包裹,避免坯体出现裸露,导致最终坯体无法和釉层存在温差,导致温差电的无法实现。
风干,将半成品放置到阴凉干燥处进行风干,风干时间为24小时。
烧成,将风干好的半成品放入窑炉中,进行烧成,烧成温度为1280℃,烧成环境为氧化环境,获得负离子陶瓷制品。
烧成的负离子陶瓷制品,经过第三方检测机构检测,检测结果显示该陶瓷制品的负离子发生量为892个/cm3,检测环境为常温、常压且湿度为55%±5%RH,检测所采用的方法为JC/T 1016-2006。

Claims (9)

1.一种负离子陶瓷制品,由坯料混合熟料制成坯体,由釉料制成釉覆盖在所述坯体外表面后经烧成而成,其特征在于,
所述坯料包括如下重量百分比组分:二氧化硅70%,氧化铝20%,氧化钾3%,氧化镁1%,氧化铁0.5%,氧化钠1%,高岭土3%,稀土洗泥1.5%;
所述釉料包括如下重量百分比组分:白钾长石20%,长石粉20%,锆英砂5%,高岭石12%,氧化锌3%,石英10%,蛇纹石10%,青山石5%,绢云母黏土6%,稀土包9%;
所述熟料由按5:5重量比的坯料与釉料混合后高温煅烧获得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的负离子陶瓷制品,其特征在于:所述稀土洗泥中含有金属钛,所述稀土包中含有元素锗、元素镓、元素铱。
3.一种制备如权利要求1或2所述负离子陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
备料,按照配方分别配置坯料各组分与釉料各组分备用;
混合球磨,分别将坯料各组分、釉料各组分放置到球磨机中进行球磨,获得混合粉碎后的坯料与釉料;
熟料制备,按5:5的重量比分别取坯料与釉料,均匀混合后过筛除铁,放入窑炉中高温煅烧,获得熟料;
制坯,按照8:2的重量比取80%坯料与20%熟料,均匀混合后,经化浆、除铁,成型后进行干燥,获得坯体备用;
制釉,将进行过筛除铁,再放入制釉池中进行制釉,调整成58~62波美度,获得釉液;
施釉,将干燥后的坯体放到施釉机上,并将釉液与施釉枪连接,进行施釉,获得半成品;
风干,将半成品放置到阴凉干燥处进行风干;
烧成,将风干好的半成品放入窑炉中,进行烧成,获得负离子陶瓷制品。
4.根据权利要求3所述负离子陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述熟料制备步骤中,还包括如下步骤:
熟料混合,按5:5的重量比分别取坯料与釉料,并放入到球磨机中,进行混合球磨,球磨时间12h,获得混合物A;
熟料除铁,将混合物A过1000目筛,然后放入除铁机中进行除铁,除铁时间30分钟;
煅烧,将除铁完成后的混合物A放入窑炉中,进行煅烧,煅烧温度1280℃,煅烧时间为12小时,获得熟料。
5.根据权利要求4所述负离子陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制坯步骤中,还包括如下步骤:
坯料混合,按照8:2的重量比取80%坯料与20%熟料放入球磨机中,进行球磨混合,球磨时间为12小时,获得混合物B;
化浆,将混合物B放入化浆池中,加入清水,混合成泥浆;
坯料除铁,将泥浆过200目筛,在放入除铁机中进行除铁,除铁时间为30分钟,除铁次数为两次;
压滤,将过筛除铁后的泥浆放入压滤机中进行压滤,获得泥块;
练泥,将泥块放入练泥机中进行练泥,练泥时间为3小时,获得含水率为20~25%的原泥;
成型,将原泥放到成型机中进行成型,获得坯体;
干燥,将坯体放置到阴凉干燥处进行阴干,阴干时间48小时。
6.根据权利要求5所述负离子陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制釉步骤中,还包括如下步骤:
釉料除铁,将釉料放入除铁机中进行除铁,除铁时间30分钟,除铁次数3次;
化釉,将釉料放入制釉池中,往制釉池中加入清水后沉淀3小时,取上清液,调整为58~62波美度的釉液。
7.根据权利要求3-6任意一项所述负离子陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述混合球磨步骤中,坯料球磨时间为48小时,釉料的球磨时间为24小时。
8.根据权利要求7所述负离子陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述风干步骤中,风干时间为24小时。
9.根据权利要求7所述负离子陶瓷制品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述烧成步骤中,烧成温度为1280℃,烧成环境为氧化环境。
