Background
Notoginseng radix is the dried root of Panax notoginseng (Burk.) F.H.Chen of Araliaceae. Has effects of removing blood stasis, stopping bleeding, promoting blood circulation, and relieving pain. It can be used for treating hemorrhage, traumatic injury, and swelling and pain due to blood stasis. Mainly produced in counties of wenshan, yunnan, wenshan county, inkstone county, maguan, west domain, guansouth, mahonia kunmunong, funing, and qibei, and also planted in Guangxi Tianyang, Jingxi, Tiandong, and degua. Yunnan Wenshanzhou has long history, large yield and good quality, and is commonly called as Wen pseudo-ginseng and Tian Qi, which are famous genuine medicinal materials.
The traditional using methods of pseudo-ginseng comprise the following steps: (1) grinding Notoginseng radix into powder, which is more easily absorbed than Notoginseng radix; (2) the pseudo-ginseng medicinal liquor has the effects of stopping bleeding, dissipating blood stasis, reducing swelling and relieving pain, the white spirit has the effects of promoting qi circulation and dissipating blood stasis, and the pseudo-ginseng soaked in the white spirit can enhance the treatment effects of promoting blood circulation, dissipating blood stasis, reducing swelling and relieving pain; (3) notoginseng radix medicated diet is prepared by organically combining Notoginseng radix with various foods.

(1) Reflux-extracting Notoginseng radix stem and leaf with water twice, wherein the material-liquid ratio in the first reflux-extraction is 1: 9, the reflux extraction time is 2.5h, and the material-liquid ratio during the second reflux extraction is 1: 7, refluxing and extracting for 1.5h, combining the two extracting solutions, and concentrating under reduced pressure at the temperature of 60 ℃ until the relative specific gravity is 1.15 to obtain a material 5;
(2) mixing the material 5 with 99% ethanol until the volume fraction of ethanol reaches 45%, standing for 18h, and filtering with a 100-mesh cloth bag to obtain a material 6;
(3) concentrating the material 6 at 60 deg.C under reduced pressure to obtain extract with relative specific gravity of 1.25, and drying at 70 deg.C to obtain concentrated powder of stem and leaf of Notoginseng radix.
(4) Weighing the raw materials according to the proportion of 22 parts of pseudo-ginseng flower concentrated powder, 6 parts of pseudo-ginseng fibrous root concentrated powder, 1.2 parts of pseudo-ginseng stem leaf concentrated powder and 178 parts of maltodextrin, mixing the pseudo-ginseng flower concentrated powder, the pseudo-ginseng fibrous root concentrated powder and the pseudo-ginseng stem leaf concentrated powder, crushing to 600 meshes, and mixing with the maltodextrin to obtain the pseudo-ginseng solid beverage.
As a result: the results of measuring the extraction rates of panax notoginseng saponins after the preparation of panax notoginseng flower concentrated powder, panax notoginseng fibrous root concentrated powder and panax notoginseng stem leaf concentrated powder are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0003367979390000091
Note: the extraction rate is equal to the total saponins of panax notoginseng in the concentrated powder/the total saponins in the raw material multiplied by 100 percent.
And (4) conclusion: the preparation method can effectively extract the effective components in the pseudo-ginseng and use the effective components for the subsequent preparation of the pseudo-ginseng solid beverage, so that the prepared pseudo-ginseng solid beverage has excellent health-care effect.
The embodiments of the present invention can be seen from the above description, and the present invention provides a solid beverage of panax notoginseng and a preparation method thereof, wherein the solid beverage of panax notoginseng comprises the following components by weight: 18-22 parts of pseudo-ginseng flower concentrated powder, 4-6 parts of pseudo-ginseng fibrous root concentrated powder, 0.8-1.2 parts of pseudo-ginseng stem leaf concentrated powder and 170-178 parts of maltodextrin. The pseudo-ginseng solid beverage is prepared by matching different parts of pseudo-ginseng flowers, pseudo-ginseng fibrous roots, pseudo-ginseng stems and leaves and the like, and enriches the nutrient components of the product. Meanwhile, the problem of large use limitation of the traditional pseudo-ginseng product is solved by preparing the pseudo-ginseng into the solid beverage. The prepared product has the therapeutic effect of the medicine and the nutrition of food, and can realize the purposes of health care, body building and disease prevention and treatment.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
