In one embodiment: in step S2, the surfaces of all the clean water are finely ground by using a sanding cloth during the grinding process until the original concrete substrate is exposed;
when the putty falls off due to polishing, the putty with more glue is prepared again for repairing and polishing until the completion.

After the adjustment is finished, the fine particles of the adjusting material are ground off by using the back of the sand paper.
In one embodiment: in step S3, during the painting operation, the part is from top to bottom and is divided into segments and seams;
the brushing direction and the stroke length are consistent during brushing.

According to the invention, through substrate repairing treatment, polishing treatment, wall surface cleaning and color adjustment, corresponding coloring materials are prepared according to the color of an outer wall confirmed by a design institute, the natural texture lines of concrete are kept during construction, and finally, the coating is carried out in six steps, the wall surface finish degree is observed after the coating is finished, whether polishing is needed by using an angle grinder or not is selected, the primer is uniformly and fully constructed without missing coating, the permeability of the fair-faced concrete primer is fully ensured, and the design and construction quality is ensured.
The permeable waterproof primer is adopted for construction, and the permeable waterproof primer penetrates into the concrete to form a hydrophobic drying layer with a certain depth, so that the invasion of external water and the effluence of soluble alkali in the concrete are prevented, the concrete lacking in bearing capacity, such as pulverization, sanding, loosening and the like, can be reinforced, and the evaporation and diffusion of internal water vapor outside are not hindered.
Third, the invention selects three times of inorganic coloring, and the middle layer patching material ARTPOWDER of the fair-faced concrete coating is 3 inorganic coloring components with different depths. The concrete surface can be repaired by the repair material closest to the natural color of the concrete by matching and color mixing according to the actual condition of the clear water base surface and adding the special waterproof emulsion.
The fair-faced concrete protective agent is produced and processed by adopting polyvinyl chloride resin emulsion, fluorosilicone resin emulsion, phenolic resin emulsion and water-soluble acrylic resin emulsion as raw materials, the reaction speed is slowed down by adding amino liquid nitrile rubber, the stability of the protective agent is improved, and meanwhile, the pure acrylic emulsion, the silane coupling agent, the nano titanium dioxide solution, the graphene ink and the hydrophilic cosolvent are added, so that the produced fair-faced concrete protective agent is high in weather resistance and stain resistance, the appearance attractiveness of the fair-faced concrete is greatly improved, and the concrete can be protected for a long time.

the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 4-6 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin emulsion, 4-8 parts of fluorosilicone resin emulsion, 5-8 parts of phenolic resin emulsion, 3-5 parts of water-soluble acrylic resin emulsion, 6-8 parts of amino-terminated liquid nitrile rubber, 5-8 parts of pure acrylic emulsion, 0.6-0.8 part of silane coupling agent, 4-6 parts of nano titanium dioxide solution, 0.8-1.2 parts of graphene ink, 0.2-0.3 part of defoaming agent and 0.3-1.2 parts of hydrophilic cosolvent;
s2, wall surface processing: repairing a substrate, polishing, cleaning a wall surface and adjusting color;
s3, coating: when coating, the method comprises the following steps:
s31, priming: uniformly constructing clear water primer;
s32, primary inorganic coloring, and the bare concrete protective agent is used for I times:
after 2-4h intervals, uniformly adjusting construction, performing inorganic coloring, and performing roller coating construction for 1 time;
s33, secondary inorganic coloring, and using the bare concrete protective agent II times:
after 2-4h intervals, uniformly adjusting construction, performing inorganic coloring, and performing roller coating construction for 2 times;
s34, inorganic coloring for three times, and coating a clear water concrete protective agent III times:
after 2-4h intervals, uniformly adjusting construction, performing inorganic coloring, and uniformly performing patting construction for the first time;
s35, finishing paint I: after 2-4h intervals, the fair-faced concrete finish paint is uniformly constructed, and the weather resistance is high;
s36, finishing paint II: and the second finish is dustproof and antifouling nano finish, and the clean water concrete dustproof and antifouling nano finish is uniformly constructed after 2-4h intervals.
And S37, observing the smoothness of the wall surface, and selecting whether the wall surface needs to be polished by using an angle grinder.
