When the plastering process disclosed in the embodiment is used for construction, the obtained outer wall decorative layer has good decoration and high flatness, and is inspected by taking a half year as a period, so that the cracks are few, wherein the plastering process disclosed in the embodiment 2 has the best anti-cracking effect.

s1: repairing a base layer, namely detecting the whole wall surface to be painted by constructors, marking a crack and an empty drum part, repairing the crack by repair liquid, simultaneously removing solid mortar covered on the empty drum part, filling the empty drum part by using filling mortar, and polishing the repaired part to be flush with the wall surface;
s2: cleaning a base layer, namely cleaning the wall surface once by using clean water, then cleaning by using 3% caustic soda solution, and finally cleaning by using clean water;
s3: and (2) batch putty scraping, when the wall surface is dried to the water content of the base layer of 5-10%, painting a first flexible anti-cracking putty to level, wherein the painting thickness is 0.1-0.3mm, and after the first flexible anti-cracking putty is completely dried, painting a second flexible anti-cracking putty, wherein the painting thickness is 0.2-0.7mm, the flexible anti-cracking putty is a mixture of C and D, and the C comprises the following components in parts by weight: 19-23 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 0.8-1.6 parts of functional auxiliary agent and 5-20 parts of water, wherein the component D comprises the following components in parts by weight: white cement 10-25 parts, nano calcium carbonate 25-45 parts, cellulose ether 0.3-0.5 part;
s4: cleaning putty, namely selecting 80-100 meshes of sand skin after the second putty is completely dried, polishing the surface of the whole putty layer in the same direction from top to bottom by using the sand skin, and cleaning floating ash and dust on the surface of the putty layer after polishing is finished;
s5: brushing a primer, namely selecting an alkali-resistant seal primer, brushing the primer along the sanding direction of the sand skin, and constructing by using a long-hair roller;
s6: brushing the primer surfacer, namely selecting the elastic primer surfacer, and brushing the primer surfacer after the primer is completely dried;
s7: and (4) brushing finish paint, namely selecting waterproof elastic finish paint, and brushing the finish paint after the intermediate paint is completely dried.
2. The exterior wall coating anti-cracking painting process of claim 1, wherein the open construction environment temperature is 5-40 ℃ and the humidity is 15-80%.
3. The exterior wall coating anti-cracking plastering process of claim 1, wherein in S1, a constructor uses an ultrasonic detector to detect the wall surface and marks the crack and the empty drum part with pigment.
4. The exterior wall coating anti-cracking plastering process of claim 1, wherein in S1, the repair liquid is a mixture of a reinforcing agent and a binder, and the ratio of the reinforcing agent to the binder is 2:1-4: 1.
5. The exterior wall coating anti-cracking painting process according to claim 4, wherein the binder is a mixture of 108 glue and water, and the ratio of the 108 glue to the water is 1:3-1: 5.
6. The exterior wall coating cracking-resistant painting process of claim 1, wherein in S1, the filling mortar is a mixture of A and B, wherein A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of cement, 300 parts of river sand 200-containing material, 5-10 parts of SBS short fiber and 240 parts of water 210-containing material, wherein the component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of epoxy structural adhesive.
7. The exterior wall coating anti-cracking plastering process of claim 1, wherein in S3, after the wall surface is dried, the interfacial agent is coated, and then the flexible anti-cracking putty is plastered.
8. The exterior wall coating anti-cracking painting process of claim 1, wherein the functional auxiliary comprises 0.2-0.4 part of shrinkage reducing agent, 0.2-0.4 part of dispersing agent, 0.2-0.4 part of thickening agent and 0.2-0.4 part of leveling agent.
9. The exterior wall coating anti-cracking plastering process as claimed in claim 1, wherein 0.2-0.4 part of a waterproof agent is further added into the D.
