(5) polishing the putty layer: polishing the outer surface of the putty layer by using abrasive paper, wherein the specification of the abrasive paper is #400, repairing the height of the putty layer, and removing the bulge on the putty layer to enable the surface of the outer wall to be more smooth;
(6) spraying the outer wall: and (3) spraying outer wall mortar on the outer wall treated in the step (5) by using a spraying machine, wherein the outer wall mortar comprises the following components in parts by mass: 380 parts of cement, 640 parts of sand, 2 parts of cellulose, 5 parts of rubber powder, 4 parts of wood fiber and 140 parts of pigment, and repeatedly spraying for 2 times;
(7) drying the outer wall mortar: hanging a sun-proof net on the outer wall treated in the step (6), and airing in a natural airing mode for 18 hours, wherein the sun-proof net is used for preventing the wall surface from being exposed to the sun and preventing the outer wall surface coating from cracking;
(8) waterproof treatment of the external wall mortar: spraying the waterproof coating on the outer wall treated in the step (7) again, and airing;
(9) and (3) inspecting the outer wall spraying: and (5) finally checking the outer wall processed in the step (8), checking whether an uneven place exists or not, and repairing the defective place.

Claims (9)

1. The spraying construction process of the external wall with high smoothness is characterized by comprising the following process flows of:
(1) cleaning an outer wall: cleaning the outer wall by using a brush, removing dust and other impurities on the surface of the outer wall, then washing by using clear water, and naturally drying;
(2) repairing the outer wall: checking the integral structure of the outer wall, finding out the protruding and sunken areas, removing the protruding areas of the outer wall, and repairing the sunken areas of the outer wall by using concrete;
(3) waterproof treatment of the outer wall: spraying the waterproof coating on the outer wall treated in the step (2), drying in the air, and spraying again;
(4) leveling the outer wall: performing putty coating treatment on the outer wall treated in the step (3), uniformly coating the prepared putty slurry on the surface of the outer wall, wherein the thickness of the coating is 0.3-0.4cm, then spreading a reticular fiber cloth on the surface of the putty layer, slightly pressing the reticular fiber cloth to enable the reticular fiber cloth to be embedded into the putty layer, airing for 20-24h, performing putty coating treatment on the outer wall for one time, wherein the thickness of the coating is 0.2-0.3cm, and naturally airing for 36-48 h;
(5) polishing the putty layer: polishing the outer surface of the putty layer by using sand paper, repairing the height of the putty layer, and removing the bulge on the putty layer to enable the surface of the outer wall to be more smooth;
(6) spraying the outer wall: spraying the outer wall mortar on the outer wall treated in the step (5) by using a spraying machine, and repeatedly spraying for 2-3 times;
(7) drying the outer wall mortar: hanging a sun-proof net on the outer wall treated in the step (6), and airing naturally, wherein the sun-proof net is used for preventing the wall surface from being exposed to the sun and preventing the outer wall surface coating from cracking;
(8) waterproof treatment of the external wall mortar: spraying the waterproof coating on the outer wall treated in the step (7) again, and airing;
(9) and (3) inspecting the outer wall spraying: and (5) finally checking the outer wall processed in the step (8), checking whether an uneven place exists or not, and repairing the defective place.
2. The exterior wall spraying construction process with high smoothness of claim 1, characterized in that: and (2) adopting a hard plastic brush as the brush in the step (1), washing the brush for 3-4 times by using clear water, and airing for 3-6 hours.

The exterior wall spraying construction process with high smoothness of claim 1, characterized in that: the shoveling in the step (2) is carried out by using a flat-head shovel, and the concrete comprises the following components in parts by mass: 300 parts of water, 200 parts of Portland cement, 290 parts of silica fume, 60-70 parts of fine sand, 10-15 parts of water reducing agent and 8-15 parts of coagulant, and the concrete is uniformly stirred by a stirrer for use.

The exterior wall spraying construction process with high smoothness of claim 1, characterized in that: the waterproof coating in the step (3) comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100-150 parts of acrylic ester waterproof emulsion, 30-50 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 5-10 parts of dispersing agent, 4-9 parts of defoaming agent, 8-12 parts of film-forming assistant, 10-20 parts of talcum powder and 7-11 parts of emulsifying agent.

The exterior wall spraying construction process with high smoothness of claim 1, characterized in that: the putty slurry in the step (4) comprises the following components in parts by mass: 130 parts of 100-130 parts of water, 220 parts of white cement, 800 parts of 700-800 parts of fly ash, 10-20 parts of cellulose ether, 12-18 parts of starch ether, 13-16 parts of thixotropic lubricant and 20-30 parts of latex powder.
