本发明涉及服装材料技术领域,公开了一种服装用PVC面料加工工艺,其加工工艺包括以下步骤:(1)将PVC、TPU及弹性纤维混合后进行混炼制得初混料;(2)在初混料中加入填充剂、增塑剂、复合稳定剂、热稳定剂及偶联剂混合后进行混炼制得预混料;(3)将预混料进行加热塑化;(4)将塑化混合物通过挤出机过滤;(5)将过滤混合物压延成型,得到改性PVC膜层;(6)将基布展平,通过刮刀涂胶后,烘干冷却;(7)将改性PVC膜层和基布进行高温压花贴合,冷却后,切边成卷得到PVC面料;该加工工艺采用PVC、TPU及弹性纤维共混改性制备PVC面料,使制备的PVC面料拉伸强度、撕裂强度、耐磨性、耐洗涤及耐寒性等性能提高,穿着舒适,能够应用到服装领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及服装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种服装用PVC面料加工工艺。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,PVC面料已经广泛应用到人们的生活照,PVC面料是指PVC涂层的面料,在面料表面形成一层均匀的覆盖胶料,从而达到防水、防风、透气等功能。如申请号为CN201811546657.2,名称为一种PVC面料的制备方法,其公开将抗静电剂、PVC糊树脂、PVC掺混树脂配成预混料;再将上述改性的填充剂、增塑剂、阻燃剂、热稳定剂、偶联剂搅拌混合得到第二预备料;第一预备料和第二预备料进行混合得到涂覆料后涂覆在面料表面得到PVC面料,实现了PVC面料的产品表面电阻Rs可以达到107-109以及制备的产品拉伸强度和断裂伸长率都具有优异的性能;但存在不耐磨、不耐洗涤、不柔软等弊端,使得穿着不舒适,不能很好的应用到服装领域。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种服装用PVC面料加工工艺,该加工工艺采用PVC、TPU及弹性纤维共混改性制备PVC面料,三者相互作用,使制备的PVC面料拉伸强度、撕裂强度、耐磨性、耐洗涤及耐寒性等性能提高,同时面料较为柔软,穿着舒适,从而能够更好的应用到服装领域。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种服装用PVC面料加工工艺,该PVC面料包括改性PVC膜层及基布,其加工工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)将PVC、TPU及弹性纤维混合后进行混炼制得初混料;
(2)在步骤(1)的初混料中加入填充剂、增塑剂、复合稳定剂、热稳定剂及偶联剂混合后进行混炼制得预混料;
(3)将步骤(2)的预混料进行加热塑化;
(4)将步骤(3)的塑化混合物通过挤出机过滤;
(5)将步骤(4)的过滤混合物压延成型,得到改性PVC膜层;
(6)将基布展平,通过刮刀涂胶后,烘干冷却;
(7)将步骤(5)的改性PVC膜层和步骤(6)的基布进行高温压花贴合,冷却后,切边成卷得到PVC面料。
作为优选,所述改性PVC膜层按照重量份数计,包括:PVC 100份、TPU 10-30份、弹性纤维20-40份、填充剂20-30份、增塑剂30-60份、复合稳定剂1-2份、热稳定剂0.5-1份及偶联剂0.5-1.5份。
TPU,热塑性聚氨基甲酸酯(聚氨酯),具有很好的弹性、耐磨、耐寒性;可改善传统PVC面料的耐磨性、耐寒性、耐油性,同时配合弹性纤维增强面料的弹性,使得面料更为柔软。
作为优选,所述弹性纤维为聚烯烃弹性纤维和聚氨酯纤维的混合物,两者质量比为1:0.3-0.6。其中,聚烯烃弹性纤维具备好的弹性,500%的断裂伸长;能耐220℃高温;同时,耐氯漂及强酸强碱处理;以及具有很强的抗紫外线降解性能;且生产工艺较简单,原料价格较氨纶低。
聚烯烃弹性纤维配合聚氨酯纤维(氨纶)在保证其弹性的同时价格较低,配合PVC及TPU共同提升面料的柔软度,穿着更为舒适度特提升,从而能够更好的应用到服装领域。
作为优选,所述填充剂为碳酸钙、碳酸镁中任意一种或两者的混合物;增塑剂为领苯二甲酸二辛酯、乙二酸二辛酯中任意一种或两者的混合物;复合稳定剂为钡锌固体复合稳定剂;热稳定剂为硬脂酸;偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
作为优选,步骤(1)中混炼时间为5-30min,温度为90-110℃;步骤(2)中混炼时间为5-15min,温度为100-120℃;步骤(3)中塑化温度为160-180℃。
作为优选,步骤(4)中过滤网孔为100-200目,过滤温度为140-160℃;步骤(5)中压延成型温度为150-180℃。
作为优选,步骤(6)中上胶量控制在30-50g/m2

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的加工工艺采用PVC、TPU及弹性纤维共混改性制备PVC面料,三者相互作用,使制备的PVC面料拉伸强度、撕裂强度、耐磨性及耐寒性等性能提高,反复洗涤50次面料表面无明显破损;同时面料较为柔软,穿着舒适,从而能够更好的应用到服装领域。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种服装用PVC面料加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将100份、TPU 10份及弹性纤维20份混合后进行混炼制得初混料,混炼时间为5-30min,温度为90-110℃;
(2)在步骤(1)的初混料中加入填充剂20份、增塑剂30份、复合稳定剂1份、热稳定剂0.5份及偶联剂0.5份混合后进行混炼制得预混料,混炼时间为5-15min,温度为100-120℃;
(3)将步骤(2)的预混料进行加热塑化,塑化温度为160-180℃;
(4)将步骤(3)的塑化混合物通过挤出机过滤,过滤网孔为100-200目,过滤温度为140-160℃;
(5)将步骤(4)的过滤混合物压延成型,压延成型温度为150-180℃,得到改性PVC膜层;
(6)将基布展平,通过刮刀涂胶后,上胶量控制在30-50g/m2,烘干冷却;
(7)将步骤(5)的改性PVC膜层和步骤(6)的基布进行高温压花贴合,贴合温度为160-170℃,冷却后,切边成卷得到PVC面料。

由表1可知,本实施例1-4制备的PVC面料均达到了A类标准,同时对比实施例3与对比例1-2可知,添加的TPU可改善传统PVC面料的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、耐磨性及耐寒性,同时配合弹性纤维增强面料的弹性,使得面料更为柔软,穿着舒适,从而能够更好的应用到服装领域。

Claims (9)

1.一种服装用PVC面料加工工艺,该PVC面料包括改性PVC膜层及基布;其特征在于,其加工工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)将PVC、TPU及弹性纤维混合后进行混炼制得初混料;
(2)在步骤(1)的初混料中加入填充剂、增塑剂、复合稳定剂、热稳定剂及偶联剂混合后进行混炼制得预混料;
(3)将步骤(2)的预混料进行加热塑化;
(4)将步骤(3)的塑化混合物通过挤出机过滤;
(5)将步骤(4)的过滤混合物压延成型,得到改性PVC膜层;
(6)将基布展平,通过刮刀涂胶后,烘干冷却;
(7)将步骤(5)的改性PVC膜层和步骤(6)的基布进行高温压花贴合,冷却后,切边成卷得到PVC面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装用PVC面料加工工艺,其特征在于,所述改性PVC膜层按照重量份数计,包括:PVC 100份、TPU 10-30份、弹性纤维20-40份、填充剂20-30份、增塑剂30-60份、复合稳定剂1-2份、热稳定剂0.5-1份及偶联剂0.5-1.5份。

4.根据权利要求2所述的一种服装用PVC面料加工工艺,其特征在于,所述填充剂为碳酸钙、碳酸镁中任意一种或两者的混合物;增塑剂为领苯二甲酸二辛酯、乙二酸二辛酯中任意一种或两者的混合物;复合稳定剂为钡锌固体复合稳定剂;热稳定剂为硬脂酸;偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装用PVC面料加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)中混炼时间为5-30min,温度为90-110℃;步骤(2)中混炼时间为5-15min,温度为100-120℃;步骤(3)中塑化温度为160-180℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装用PVC面料加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤(4)中过滤网孔为100-200目,过滤温度为140-160℃;步骤(5)中压延成型温度为150-180℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装用PVC面料加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤(6)中上胶量控制在30-50g/m2
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装用PVC面料加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤(7)中贴合温度为160-170℃。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装用PVC面料加工工艺,其特征在于,基布选取棉、涤纶、锦纶中一种。
