Abstract
本发明公开了一种服装面料,由以下组分组成:棉麻纤维,20‑30重量份的竹炭纤维,20‑30重量份的莫代尔纤维,10‑20重量份的涤纶纤维,2‑5重量份的导电金属纤维,30‑50重量份的聚四氟乙烯分散树脂,2‑5重量份的抗静电剂,1‑3重量份的防水剂,2‑5重量份的防水黏剂。本发明通过在里层面料中采用了棉麻纤维和竹炭纤维做为主要原料,保证了面料的舒适性、透气性和抗菌性能;通过栽面料中增加了导电金属纤维,能够有效的减少静电的产生;通过在面料制作过程中添加了防水剂,能够在面料的表层形成防水膜,同时外层面料粘合时采用了防水黏胶剂,与聚四氟乙烯分散树脂制作而成的微孔性薄膜粘合,提高了面料的防风和防水性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料制备技术领域,具体为一种服装面料。
背景技术
在服装大世界里,服装的面料五花八门,日新月异,但是从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔软等几个方面的特点,现代制作在正式的社交场合所穿著的服装,多选用优质的混纺面料,而纯棉、纯毛、纯丝、纯麻等天然面料因为有着易皱、易变形等天然面料的缺点,已经沦为一般布料,较少作为高档服装用料,混纺面料有着天然面料吸汗透气、柔软舒服的特点,又吸收了化纤面料结实耐穿、垂悬挺括、光泽好颜色鲜亮等优点,每年有大量的高档优质混纺面料被开发出来,有时,穿著纯皮革制作的服装,也是允许的,一般服装面料分为二大系列:梭织面料:主要用于服装的外衣和衬衣针织面料:服装的内衣和运动系列服装,但由于科技的发展,针织布也向厚重、挺括发展,逐渐使针织内衣外化,针织面料梭织做法,成为外衣的补充,随着现代人生活质量的提高,同样他们对自己的穿着要求也愈来愈高,不再限于是服装的造型,款式,更注重服装的面料是否舒适,是否环保,智研数据研究中心数据显示:棉价上涨导致整个生产链成本增高,生产链的一系列产品不得不涨价,恰恰催生了服装行业面料的新契机,棉花的升级替身玉米纤维、竹纤维、新型植物麻纤维等闪亮登场,这些生物基面料比棉布在生产过程中更节省水和农药,符合消费者乃至全社会对低碳环保的需求,现有的一些服装面料有的舒适性很好,有的防水,耐割等的性能良好,但是现在服装讲究的多功能性,很少有面料能够同时满足这些条件,所以现在设计一种服装面料来满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种服装面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种服装面料,由以下组分组成:30-40重量份的棉麻纤维, 20-30重量份的竹炭纤维,20-30重量份的莫代尔纤维,10-20重量份的涤纶纤维,2-5重量份的导电金属纤维,30-50重量份的聚四氟乙烯分散树脂,2-5重量份的抗静电剂,1-3重量份的防水剂,2-5重量份的防水黏剂。
优选的,所述抗静电剂由重量比为20%季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂、18%异丙醇、15%丁酮、5%醋酸乙酯,余量的蒸馏水组成。
优选的,所述防水剂由防水浓缩液树脂、纳米SiO2改性聚氨酯乳液、邻羟基苯甲酸钠、二氧化硅和二异氰酸酯其中的一种或者多种组成。
优选的,所述导电金属纤维为银纤维、氧化铜纤维和硫化镍纤维混合而成。
一种服装面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:选取棉麻纤维和竹炭纤维经过纺丝机双组分纺丝工艺纺成里料纬编丝线,选取莫代尔纤维和涤纶纤维经过纺丝机并条成里料经编丝线;
S2:选取涤纶纤维和导电金属经过纺织机并条成为外层丝线;
S3:将聚四氟乙烯分散树脂放入到反应釜中,经过预混、挤压、压延、双向拉伸制作成微孔性薄膜;
S4:将底料纬编丝线和底料经编丝线采用双面平针组织纺织为里层面料,重量为150g\㎡,将外层丝线经过纺织机双反面组织纺织为外层面料,重量为180g\㎡;
S5:将里层面料和外层面料分别放入搅拌釜A和B中,向搅拌釜A中加入抗静电剂,向搅拌釜B中加入防水剂抗静电剂,搅拌10-15分钟,温度控制在40-60℃,然后捞出烘干,压延,染色,裁剪;
S6:将S5中处理的外层面料涂抹上防水黏剂,将S3中的微孔性薄膜均匀的粘贴在外层面料上,进行热压成型,最后将外层面料和里层面料缝纫裁剪,成为成品面料。
优选的,所述S5中的搅拌釜搅拌方式为双向往复搅拌。
优选的,所述S6中热压成型的温度为50-65℃。
本发明提出的一种服装面料,有益效果在于:
1、本发明通过在里层面料中采用了棉麻纤维和竹炭纤维做为主要原料,保证了面料的舒适性、透气性和抗菌性能,采用了莫代尔纤维和涤纶纤维增加了面料整体的柔软性能和韧性,保障了面料整体性能的完整性;
2、本发明通过栽面料中增加了导电金属纤维,能够有效的减少静电的产生;
3、本发明通过在面料制作过程中添加了防水剂,能够在面料的表层形成防水膜,有效的保证防水性能,同时外层面料粘合时采用了防水黏胶剂,与聚四氟乙烯分散树脂制作而成的微孔性薄膜粘合,提高了面料的防风和防水性能。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1:
本发明提供一种服装面料:由以下组分组成:30重量份的棉麻纤维,20重量份的竹炭纤维,20重量份的莫代尔纤维,10重量份的涤纶纤维,2重量份的导电金属纤维,导电金属纤维为银纤维、氧化铜纤维和硫化镍纤维混合而成,30重量份的聚四氟乙烯分散树脂,2重量份的抗静电剂,抗静电剂由重量比为20%季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂、18%异丙醇、15%丁酮、5%醋酸乙酯,余量的蒸馏水组成,1重量份的防水剂,防水剂由防水浓缩液树脂、纳米SiO2改性聚氨酯乳液、邻羟基苯甲酸钠组成,2重量份的防水黏剂。
一种服装面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:选取棉麻纤维和竹炭纤维经过纺丝机双组分纺丝工艺纺成里料纬编丝线,选取莫代尔纤维和涤纶纤维经过纺丝机并条成里料经编丝线;
S2:选取涤纶纤维和导电金属经过纺织机并条成为外层丝线;
S3:将聚四氟乙烯分散树脂放入到反应釜中,经过预混、挤压、压延、双向拉伸制作成微孔性薄膜;
S4:将底料纬编丝线和底料经编丝线采用双面平针组织纺织为里层面料,重量为150g\㎡,将外层丝线经过纺织机双反面组织纺织为外层面料,重量为180g\㎡;
S5:将里层面料和外层面料分别放入搅拌釜A和B中,向搅拌釜A中加入抗静电剂,向搅拌釜B中加入防水剂抗静电剂,搅拌10分钟,搅拌釜搅拌方式为双向往复搅拌,温度控制在40℃,然后捞出烘干,压延,染色,裁剪;
S6:将S5中处理的外层面料涂抹上防水黏剂,将S3中的微孔性薄膜均匀的粘贴在外层面料上,进行热压成型,热压成型的温度为50℃最后将外层面料和里层面料缝纫裁剪,成为成品面料。
实施例2:
本发明提供一种服装面料:由以下组分组成:40重量份的棉麻纤维,30重量份的竹炭纤维,30重量份的莫代尔纤维,20重量份的涤纶纤维,5重量份的导电金属纤维,导电金属纤维为银纤维、氧化铜纤维和硫化镍纤维混合而成,50重量份的聚四氟乙烯分散树脂,5重量份的抗静电剂,抗静电剂由重量比为20%季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂、18%异丙醇、15%丁酮、5%醋酸乙酯,余量的蒸馏水组成,3重量份的防水剂,防水剂由纳米SiO2改性聚氨酯乳液、邻羟基苯甲酸钠和二异氰酸酯组成,5重量份的防水黏剂。
一种服装面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:选取棉麻纤维和竹炭纤维经过纺丝机双组分纺丝工艺纺成里料纬编丝线,选取莫代尔纤维和涤纶纤维经过纺丝机并条成里料经编丝线;
S2:选取涤纶纤维和导电金属经过纺织机并条成为外层丝线;
S3:将聚四氟乙烯分散树脂放入到反应釜中,经过预混、挤压、压延、双向拉伸制作成微孔性薄膜;
S4:将底料纬编丝线和底料经编丝线采用双面平针组织纺织为里层面料,重量为150g\㎡,将外层丝线经过纺织机双反面组织纺织为外层面料,重量为180g\㎡;
S5:将里层面料和外层面料分别放入搅拌釜A和B中,向搅拌釜A中加入抗静电剂,向搅拌釜B中加入防水剂抗静电剂,搅拌15分钟,搅拌釜搅拌方式为双向往复搅拌,温度控制在60℃,然后捞出烘干,压延,染色,裁剪;
S6:将S5中处理的外层面料涂抹上防水黏剂,将S3中的微孔性薄膜均匀的粘贴在外层面料上,进行热压成型,热压成型的温度为65℃最后将外层面料和里层面料缝纫裁剪,成为成品面料。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (7)
1.一种服装面料,其特征在于:由以下组分组成:30-40重量份的棉麻纤维,20-30重量份的竹炭纤维,20-30重量份的莫代尔纤维,10-20重量份的涤纶纤维,2-5重量份的导电金属纤维,30-50重量份的聚四氟乙烯分散树脂,2-5重量份的抗静电剂,1-3重量份的防水剂,2-5重量份的防水黏剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装面料,其特征在于:所述抗静电剂由重量比为20%季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂、18%异丙醇、15%丁酮、5%醋酸乙酯,余量的蒸馏水组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装面料,其特征在于:所述防水剂由防水浓缩液树脂、纳米SiO2改性聚氨酯乳液、邻羟基苯甲酸钠、二氧化硅和二异氰酸酯其中的一种或者多种组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装面料,其特征在于:所述导电金属纤维为银纤维、氧化铜纤维和硫化镍纤维混合而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装面料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:选取棉麻纤维和竹炭纤维经过纺丝机双组分纺丝工艺纺成里料纬编丝线,选取莫代尔纤维和涤纶纤维经过纺丝机并条成里料经编丝线;
S2:选取涤纶纤维和导电金属经过纺织机并条成为外层丝线;
S3:将聚四氟乙烯分散树脂放入到反应釜中,经过预混、挤压、压延、双向拉伸制作成微孔性薄膜;
S4:将底料纬编丝线和底料经编丝线采用双面平针组织纺织为里层面料,重量为150g\㎡,将外层丝线经过纺织机双反面组织纺织为外层面料,重量为180g\㎡;
S5:将里层面料和外层面料分别放入搅拌釜A和B中,向搅拌釜A中加入抗静电剂,向搅拌釜B中加入防水剂抗静电剂,搅拌10-15分钟,温度控制在40-60℃,然后捞出烘干,压延,染色,裁剪;
S6:将S5中处理的外层面料涂抹上防水黏剂,将S3中的微孔性薄膜均匀的粘贴在外层面料上,进行热压成型,最后将外层面料和里层面料缝纫裁剪,成为成品面料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S5中的搅拌釜搅拌方式为双向往复搅拌。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S6中热压成型的温度为50-65℃。
