Test example 1
The test example used the pharmaceutical compositions of examples 1-5 to treat patients with chyluria, and the treatment results were recorded, and the results are detailed in table 1.
The treatment method comprises the following steps: the medicine liquid prepared by the medicine composition in the embodiment 1-5 is respectively used for treating 66 patients with chyluria, the medicine is taken twice a day, the treatment time is 28 days, and the effective patients are continuously observed for 6 months; wherein the dose in example 5 is a single administration dose.
The evaluation standard of curative effect is as follows: the effect is shown: the color of the urine turns clear after treatment, and no obvious relapse occurs within 6 months; improvement: the urine color turns clear obviously, and turbid urine occasionally occurs; and (4) invalidation: turbid urine has no obvious improvement.

According to the experimental examples, the total effective rate of 66 chyluria patients treated by the pharmaceutical composition of each embodiment of the invention is up to 96.97%, and the beneficial effect is remarkable. For example, treatment of chyluria patients with the pharmaceutical composition of example 5 resulted in: 26 cases of significant effect, the significant effect efficiency is 39.39%; improving 38 cases, wherein the improving efficiency is 57.58%; the ineffective efficiency is 3.03 percent in 2 cases. The total effective rate of the medicine composition reaches 96.97 percent.
In summary, the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention is capable of treating a patient with chyluria, which effectively alleviates or eliminates the symptoms of the patient with chyluria.

The pharmaceutical composition is characterized by comprising the following raw material medicines in the weight range: 4-10 g of glutinous rice root, 4-10 g of yam rhizome, 2-6 g of phellodendron bark, 4-8 g of plantain seed, 3-7 g of angelica, 2-6 g of combined spicebush root, 1-4 g of sharpleaf galangal fruit and 1-5 g of grassleaf sweelflag rhizome.

The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1, wherein the pharmaceutical composition is composed of the following raw materials by weight: 5-9 g of glutinous rice root, 5-9 g of yam rhizome, 3-5 g of phellodendron bark, 5-7 g of plantain seed, 4-6 g of angelica, 3-5 g of combined spicebush root, 2-3 g of sharpleaf galangal fruit and 2-4 g of grassleaf sweelflag rhizome.

The pharmaceutical composition of claim 2, wherein the pharmaceutical composition is composed of the following raw materials by weight: 6 g of glutinous rice root, 6 g of yam rhizome, 4 g of phellodendron bark, 6 g of plantain seed, 5 g of angelica, 4 g of combined spicebush root, 2 g of sharpleaf galangal fruit and 3 g of grassleaf sweelflag rhizome.
4. A process for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
s1, preparing materials:
glutinous rice root: taking raw medicinal materials, removing impurities and residual stems, cleaning, taking out, draining, performing primary stage, and drying;

7. Use of a pharmaceutical composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3 for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of chyluria or post-operative lymphatic leakage.
8. The use according to claim 7, wherein the pharmaceutical composition is administered twice daily, wherein the single dose is the pharmaceutical composition and the dose thereof according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
