Description

Pharmaceutical composition and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a pharmaceutical composition, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in treating chyluria or lymphangitis.
Background
Chyluria (chyluria) is a disease of lymphatic vessels, chyluria is formed by countercurrent flow of chyluria into urine, and has different degrees of milky white appearance, and can be positive in urine chyluria test. If more blood is contained, it is called chyluria. Chyluria is characterized by turbid urine such as milk, or swill-like, soybean milk, so it is called. Chyluria is highest at the age of 30-60 years. The pathogenesis of chyluria is currently considered as obstruction of chest ducts, local lymphatic vessel inflammation damage, change of lymphatic dynamics, and the entrance of lymphatic fluid into urinary tract to generate chyluria. Chyluria is classified as mild, moderate, and severe according to severity. Mild manifestations of intermittent chyluria, no formation of chyluria clots, no weight loss.
The lymph leakage is usually caused by operation related injury, the lymph circulation path is destroyed or interrupted, the lymph pressure at the destroyed part is larger than the pressure in the tissue or the pressure in the body cavity, and the lymph flows out to form the lymph leakage.
The Western medicines have poor effect of treating chyluria and lymphadenitis at present and have more side effects. Therefore, there is a need to provide a traditional Chinese medicine formula for treating chyluria and lymphadenitis.
