A lifting device for an electric vehicle stereo garage is shown in figure 1 and comprises a supporting frame 1, a lifting frame 2, a lifting guide rail 13, lifting guide shoes 12, a lifting frame driving motor 9, a lifting transmission mechanism, a lifting platform 4, a counterweight frame 5, counterweight guide rails 15 and counterweight guide shoes 14, wherein the supporting frame is vertically installed with the ground, the lifting guide rails are symmetrically installed on a frame body on one side of the supporting frame, the lifting frame is installed on the lifting guide rails through the lifting guide shoes, the lifting platform is installed on the lifting frame, the lifting frame is provided with the lifting frame driving motor and the lifting transmission mechanism, the counterweight guide rails which are symmetrical are installed on a frame body on the other side of the supporting frame, the counterweight frame is installed on the counterweight guide rails through the counterweight guide shoes, counterweight blocks are fixedly installed on the counterweight frame, and the lifting frame and the counterweight frame are connected with the lifting transmission mechanism.
As shown in fig. 2-4, the crane driving motor is installed at the top of the supporting frame, the crane driving motor drives the first belt pulley 10, the first belt pulley is meshed with the synchronous belt 11, the synchronous belt is meshed with the second belt pulley 7, the third belt pulley 16 and the fourth belt pulley 17 which are arranged at the top and the bottom of the supporting frame, the synchronous belt is sequentially connected with the crane and the counterweight housing end to end, and the crane driving motor drives the synchronous belt to reciprocate on the second belt pulley, the third belt pulley and the fourth belt pulley through the first belt pulley, so as to drive the crane to lift. The top of the supporting frame is provided with a pinch roller 8 positioned between the first belt wheel and the second belt wheel.
As shown in fig. 5, the lifting platform is a deflectable angle lifting platform, an angle deflecting mechanism 34 is installed at the bottom of the lifting platform, the angle deflecting mechanism includes a rotary support 20 and a deflecting motor 19, the bottom surface of the lifting platform is fixedly installed with a rotary disc of the rotary support, a fixed disc of the rotary support is fixedly installed with a rotary support installation frame 18 on the lifting frame, the deflecting motor is fixedly installed with the rotary support installation frame through an installation plate, a gear ring is fixedly installed on the outer ring of the rotary disc, and the gear ring is engaged with a driving gear installed on the deflecting motor.
The lifting platform comprises a platform base 21, a push-pull mechanism 23, a push-pull driving mechanism 28 and a transport platform 24, wherein a push-pull mechanism guide rail 22 is arranged on the platform base, the push-pull mechanism is movably arranged on the push-pull mechanism guide rail, a transport platform guide rail 27 is arranged on the platform base, the transport platform is movably arranged on the transport platform guide rail, and the push-pull mechanism is driven by the push-pull driving mechanism. Electromagnets 26 which can be mutually attracted and electrode assemblies 25 which can be mutually contacted are respectively arranged at the front end of the push-pull mechanism and the tail end of the transport platform.
The push-pull driving mechanism comprises a push-pull motor 30, a transmission shaft 31, transmission teeth 32 and a transmission belt 29, the push-pull motor is installed at the tail end of the platform base and drives the transmission teeth at two ends through the transmission shaft to drive the transmission belt, and the transmission belt is connected with the push-pull mechanism, so that the push-pull mechanism is driven to move by the clamping motor.
After the front end of the push-pull mechanism is in contact with the electrode assembly at the tail end of the transport platform, the electromagnetic attraction is controlled to grab, and meanwhile, the clamping motor circuit is controlled to achieve the purpose that the push-pull mechanism is connected with the transport platform, the push-pull mechanism moves to the foremost end to be connected with the transport platform in an attraction mode, then the tail end is pulled to achieve vehicle taking, and the transport platform is pushed forwards to the storage warehouse to achieve vehicle storage.
The anti-collision deviation-correcting guide rail 33 installed on the platform base comprises a fixing seat 35, a U-shaped guide rail 36, a connecting bolt 38 and a spring 39, wherein the fixing seats are installed on the platform base at intervals, horizontal long holes 37 are formed in the fixing seats, the connecting bolt is installed in the long holes and fixedly installed with the U-shaped guide rail, and the spring is installed on the connecting bolt. The transport table shifts the in-process to the platform base, and the anticollision guide rail of rectifying and the anticollision on the transport table are rectified the wheel cooperation, realize elastic contact, avoid rigid collision.
The transport table comprises a transport table main body 40, a clamping mechanism 41 and a guide wheel mechanism 47, the transport table main body comprises a bottom plate 45, a top plate 42 and side plates 44, the bottom plate and the top plate are in trapezoid shapes and are matched with the rotary-disc-type multilayer storage rack, the storage quantity of the transport table is increased, and the support strength is improved. The bottom surface of the bottom plate is provided with a guide wheel mechanism. The guide wheel mechanism comprises a middle anti-collision deviation-correcting guide wheel set 49 and two side supporting guide wheel sets 48. The middle anti-collision deviation-rectifying guide wheel set comprises three groups of anti-collision deviation-rectifying guide wheels arranged at the front end, the rear end and the middle part of the bottom plate, and each anti-collision deviation-rectifying guide wheel comprises a guide wheel frame and three-sided universal balls. When the anti-collision deviation-rectifying guide rail is matched, elastic assembly can be realized.
Clamping mechanism includes actuating mechanism and splint mechanism, actuating mechanism installs the space between bottom plate and roof, splint mechanism stretches out in roof upper portion, clamping mechanism still includes lead screw 51, the screw seat 56, connecting rod 55, actuating mechanism is clamping motor 50, clamping motor's output shaft lead screw, suit screw seat on the lead screw, both sides connecting rod is connected to the screw seat, splint mechanism includes two splint 53 of symmetry, these two splint bottom surfaces slidable mounting are on the splint slide rail 52 of bottom plate upper surface, these two splint are connected with the connecting rod, clamping motor drives the screw seat back-and-forth movement through the positive and negative rotation of drive lead screw, and then drive splint through the connecting rod and press from both sides tightly and open. The opposite face system of two splint has the backup pad 54 that flushes with the roof, and the backup pad crisscross setting of two splint system, forms the holding surface. The clamping mechanism comprises two groups, namely a front clamping mechanism and a rear clamping mechanism, and a fixed clamping plate 43 is arranged on the corresponding position of the top plate except the clamping mechanism. The electrode group is mounted on the back side plate 46 of the transport table main body.
The lifting device controls the lifting platform to lift through the lifting frame driving motor and the lifting transmission mechanism, the part of the supporting frame, which is positioned on the upper part of the horizontal supporting frame, can be arranged above the ground, the part of the supporting frame, which is positioned on the lower part of the horizontal supporting frame, can be arranged below the ground, when the electric vehicle is placed in the access opening, the clamping mechanism of the transport table on the lifting platform with the angle capable of deflecting acts to clamp the electric vehicle tightly, and the electric vehicle is lifted to a layer of parking unit corresponding to the multilayer parking unit according to the instruction of the controller and is aligned with a parking garage position of the electric vehicle. Then the push-pull mechanism drives the transport platform and the electric vehicle to move, the transport platform and the electric vehicle are pushed integrally to the electric vehicle storage garage position to be fixed, then the push-pull mechanism is retracted, an empty transport platform is pulled out from the other empty garage position, the lifting platform is lifted to the ground again to wait for the next instruction, the vehicle taking process is the same as the vehicle storage process, the electric vehicle and the transport platform are grabbed together and moved to the lifting platform, then the electric vehicle is lifted to the ground, and the vehicle taking is completed.
An operation method of a lifting device for an electric vehicle stereo garage comprises the following steps:
1) adjusting the installation angle of the lifting platform: the installation angle of the lifting platform on the lifting frame is adjusted through the angle deflection mechanism, so that the moving direction of the transport table on the lifting platform is perpendicular to the lifting frame or horizontally deflected to the left side or the right side within 30 degrees, and the moving direction of the transport table corresponds to the parking garage position of the multi-layer parking garage;
2) clamping action in the parking process: when the electric vehicle is pushed onto the clamping mechanism, the clamping motor controls the clamping plate to clamp and fix the electric vehicle on the upper part of the transport table;
3) the crane lift removal of bicycle parking process: the lifting frame is driven by the lifting transmission mechanism to drive the lifting platform and the transport platform to lift and move to the height of the garage position;
4) conveying by a conveying table in the parking process: the push-pull mechanism transfers the transport platform and the electric vehicle to a multi-layer garage position together, the electrodes are disconnected, electromagnetic attraction is released, attraction grabbing of the push-pull mechanism on the transport platform is released, and meanwhile the clamping motor keeps clamping the electric vehicle;
5) the transport table in the process of taking the car transfers: when the electric vehicle is taken, the push-pull mechanism is in contact with the transport platform, the electrodes of the push-pull mechanism are in contact conduction, the electromagnetic attraction realizes attraction and grabbing, and the push-pull mechanism pulls the transport platform and the electric vehicle to the platform base of the lifting platform;
6) get crane lift removal of car process: the lifting frame moves up and down, the lifting platform and the transport platform are moved to the access outlet, the electromagnet is still attracted at the moment, the clamping motor controls the clamping plate to be opened, and the electric vehicle is taken out.
