The laser repair welding machine is characterized by comprising an adjusting mechanism, a detecting mechanism and a repair welding mechanism, wherein the adjusting mechanism is used for rotating an optical fiber to be detected; the detection mechanism comprises a detection head which can be contacted with the optical fiber to be detected, and the detection head is used for contacting with the part of the optical fiber to be detected in the rotation process of the optical fiber to be detected; the detection mechanism is used for detecting the working power signal change of the optical fiber to be detected; when the working power signal jitter amplitude received by the detection mechanism is larger than the standard jitter amplitude, taking the contact position of the optical fiber to be detected and the detection head as an accurate welding point; the repair welding mechanism comprises a repair welding head; the adjusting mechanism can align the accurate repair welding point of the optical fiber to be detected with the repair welding head; the repair welding head is used for welding an accurate repair welding point;
the adjusting mechanism comprises a position control module, and the position control module is used for controlling the action of the adjusting mechanism; the repair welding mechanism comprises a repair welding control module used for controlling the welding action; the position control module is respectively connected with the detection mechanism and the repair welding control module, and the position control module, the detection mechanism and the repair welding control module can be linked;
the repair welding mechanism comprises a welding gun; the welding gun comprises a laser generator, and the welding repairing head is a laser gun head; the laser generator controls the laser generation action by the repair welding control module;
the device also comprises a monitor; the monitor is arranged on the repair welding mechanism and used for monitoring the welding completion condition; the monitor is connected with the repair welding control module and can transmit a welding completion signal to the repair welding control module to control the welding action.

The laser repair welding machine according to claim 1, wherein the repair welding mechanism comprises a power source, a push rod and a welding gun, and the repair welding head is positioned at the end part of the welding gun; the length of the push rod is adjustable, the push rod is connected with the welding gun, and the power source is connected with the push rod.

The laser repair welding machine according to claim 1, wherein the adjusting mechanism includes a rotating mechanism and a height adjusting mechanism; the rotary mechanism is used for controlling the optical fiber to be detected to rotate, and the height adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the height position of the optical fiber to be detected, so that the part of the optical fiber to be detected, which needs to be detected, is consistent with the height positions of the detection head and the repair welding head.
4. The laser repair welding machine according to claim 1, wherein the detection mechanism comprises a detection host, and the detection head is connected with the detection host; the detection host is connected with the position control module and can transmit detection signals to the position control module.

The laser repair welding machine according to claim 1, further comprising a tool clamp and a support body; the tool clamp is arranged on the support body, the adjusting mechanism is connected with the tool clamp, and the adjusting mechanism can control the tool clamp to act; the tool clamp is used for fixing the optical fiber to be tested.
6. The laser repair welder according to claim 5, wherein said tooling fixture is a three-jaw chuck.
7. A laser repair welder according to claim 1, characterized in that said repair welding head is arranged symmetrically to the detection head.
8. A repair welding method of a laser repair welding machine, characterized in that repair welding is performed by using a laser repair welding machine according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
step 1: clamping and fixing the optical fiber to be detected;
step 2: adjusting the up-and-down displacement of the optical fiber to be detected so that the part of the optical fiber to be detected, which needs to be detected, is aligned with the detection head and the repair welding head;
and step 3: adjusting the repair welding mechanism to enable the welding gun to be close to the part, needing to be detected, of the optical fiber to be detected;
and 4, step 4: starting the detection mechanism, and simultaneously driving the optical fiber to be detected to rotate through the adjusting mechanism;
and 5: when the detection mechanism finds the accurate repair welding point, a detection signal is transmitted to a position control module in the adjusting mechanism, the position control module controls the alignment of the optical fiber to be detected with the repair welding head at the accurate repair welding point, the position control module transmits a welding start signal to the repair welding control module in the repair welding mechanism, and the repair welding mechanism starts welding;
step 6: after the monitor in the repair welding mechanism determines that welding of an accurate repair welding point is finished, the monitor transmits a welding completion signal to the repair welding control module; and the welding control module controls the laser generator to stop working so as to stop welding, meanwhile, the repair welding control module transmits a welding completion signal to the position control module, and the position control module restarts the rotating mechanism to control the optical fiber to be detected to continue rotating.
