The light-vein brightening composition comprises the following raw material components in parts by mass: 0.01 to 1 portion of stevioside, 0.01 to 0.15 portion of citrus peel extract, 0.1 to 3 portions of hesperidin methyl chalcone and 0.05 to 0.3 portion of carnosine. The composition has obvious light-vein brightening effect.
