Abstract

一种用于电信的、用户免提的发射/接收装置,不存在用户发声困难的不方便性和耳机与话筒之间发生啸声和串音问题。该装置包括:一个第一耳塞体,用作耳机;一个第二耳塞体,用作头骨传导型话筒、与第一耳塞体分离开放置。

Description

用于电信的发射/接收装置
本发明涉及可以与手持电话机、无绳电话机和收发信机等一起配合使用的耳塞式发射/接收装置。
在利用手持电话机、无绳电话机或收发信机之类的通信装置进行通信时,人们希望自由地使用手写备忘录、查笔记或操作个人计算机。为此,业已提出如图6所示的发射/接收装置,它包括一个头戴耳机27和一个由支持杆28支持在用户嘴前面的话筒29。
图6的发射/接收装置满足免提应用的要求。然而,当该装置用于有噪声的地方例如在工厂中或车辆上时,因装置中的话筒29会拾取噪声,故难以向通信对方传送清晰的话音。
为了解决这个问题,例如,日本未审查专利公开5-199577(1993)中提出了一种发射/接收装置,如图7所示,它具有一个耳塞体30,其中装有一个耳机31和一个头骨传导型话筒32。
图7所示的发射/接收装置的优点是,解放了用户的双手;因其主体插入在用户的外耳道内,故话筒32不会拾取外部噪声,因而可传出相当清晰的话音;话筒32通过头骨传导来拾取话音,即使声音微弱也能由话筒32满意地拾取到。
然而,因耳机31和话筒32组装在一个小的主体内,故话筒32会拾取到耳机31的声振动。又因在装置中会发生啸叫和串音之类的电学问题,故耳机的音量和话筒的灵敏度不能够提高。鉴此,该装置既不能满意地接收到也不能发射出清晰的话音。
为了解决这个问题,业已开发了如图8所示的发射/接收装置,其中,耳机33和话筒34是分离放置的,适合于利用喉部的振动的话筒34借助于围绕在用户颈部的支持圈35而贴放在用户的喉部。
图8所示的发射/接收装置的优点是,利用喉部振动的话筒35能高效地拾取微弱的话音;分离放置的耳机33和话筒35不引起声学干扰或串音。然而,因话筒34由围绕用户颈部的支持圈35支持而贴住用户的喉部,故用户颈部有压力感,这妨碍用户方便地发声,并使用户感到使用时不适。此外,当话筒34移动位置或受到用户衣服摩擦的噪声时,话筒34将拾取到所产生的声音。此外,该装置外观不好看。
为此,本发明的目的是提供一种在电信中应用的、无啸叫和串音且免提和使用舒适的发射/接收装置。
为了达到本发明的上述目的,这里提供一种用于电信中的发射/接收装置,它包括:用以作为耳机的一个第一耳塞体;用以作为头骨传导型话筒的、与第一耳塞体分离开放置的一个第二耳塞体。
根据上述结构,该发射/接收装置向第一耳塞体发送一个接收的信号来激励耳机,并通过有线或利用无线电波或超声波的无线方式将来自第二耳塞体的话筒的发射信号传送出去。第二耳塞体的话筒通过头骨传导接收到来自用户的外耳道来的话音信号,可确保将即使是微弱的话音拾取成话音信号。该第二耳塞体与第一耳塞体分离放置,因而可以避免话筒与耳机之间引起啸叫和串音之类的问题。此外,本发明的发射/接收装置解放了用户的双手。
结合以下附图阅读下文的详细描述可明显看出本发明的这些目的和其它目的、特性及其优点。
图1示出按照本发明的一个实施例的用于电信的发射/接收装置的外观透视图;

参考附图以实施例的方式详细描述本发明。
参看图1,一个发射/接收装置包括:一个第一耳塞体1,具有一个电/声振动转换单元(未示出),用以作为耳机;一个第二耳塞体2,用以作为头骨传导型话筒。第一和第二耳塞体1、2分别由导线3、4连接到一个调节器5上。调节器5由导线6的插头7插入手持电话机8的插孔中而与手持电话机8相连接。调节器5内设放大器、均衡器和音量调节器等。
用以作为头骨传声型话筒的第二耳塞体2具有如图2所示的结构。具体地说,第二耳塞体2包括:一个本体外壳9,由合成树脂形成;一个耳塞帽10,设在本体外壳9前方,由从硅酮树脂或聚氯乙烯树脂中选择的相当刚硬的树脂形成一种造形,以使其外周与用户耳朵的外耳道相接触;一个后盖11,设在本体外壳9的后端;以及一个振动传感器12,本体外壳9内的一个支持件13支持。一个振动杆14用以作为振动传导部件并连接到振动传感器12的振动元件上,延伸到本体外壳9的前端,与耳塞帽10的侧部的内表面相连接。在振动杆14周围设置软的硅酮橡胶15,它不妨碍振动杆14的振动。第二耳塞体2具有一个通气孔16,穿过后盖11、支持件13和耳塞帽10。导线17连接在振动传感器12的一端。
振动传感器12如图3所示,包括一个电容话筒。更具体地说,振动传感器12包括一个振动电极18、固定电极19以及介入在上述两者之间的一个介质20,振动杆14连接到振动电极18上。
在此实施例中,振动杆14的直径为1.6mm、长度为10mm,是由不锈钢或铁之类的金属制成的,其比重约为15kg/m3至20kg/m3
使用中,第一耳塞体1用以作为耳机,插入一个耳朵内,第二耳塞体2用以作为头骨传导型话筒,插入另一个耳朵内。第一耳塞体1接收发射过来的电信号,将它转换成声振动,由之起耳机的作用。在第二耳塞体2中,所发出的话音通过与用户的外耳道接触的耳塞帽10由头骨传导到振动杆14而被传送出去。振动杆14的振动使振动电极1 8随之振动,根据第二耳塞体2内包含的一个电容器电容量的变动,使话音实现声/电信号转换。由此,所产生的电信号从第二耳塞体2上传送出去。
据此,本发明的发射/接收装置实现了声音信息的发送和接收。因用以作为耳机的第一耳塞体1和用以作为话筒的第二耳塞体2均插入用户耳朵内,故用户能自由地用双手来从事其它的手动操作。此外,因用以作为耳机的第一耳塞体1和用以作为话筒的第二耳塞体2是分开插置的,故绝不会发生啸叫和串音现象。再则,因含有话筒的第二耳塞体2插入在一个耳朵内,故该第二耳塞体2不拾取外界的任何噪声。特别是,电容器话筒的灵敏度高于常规的加速式传感器,因而能使重现的话音十分接近原来的话音。这样,电容器话筒的优良的话音还原特性能使第二耳塞体2传送出清晰的话音信号。
第二耳塞体2的耳塞帽10是由刚性的树脂形成的,连接在它上面的振动杆14是由比重约为5kg/m3至20kg/m3的金属制成的,鉴此,对于通过用户外耳道的振动,即使微弱的话音也能高效地传输出去。这样,第二耳塞体2能起有效的头骨传导型话筒的作用。
又因用以作为话筒的第二耳塞体2与耳机分离开地插入在用户的另一个耳朵内,故不象先有技术那样,无需将话筒贴放在用户的喉部。为此,用户讲话时既不感到喉部有压力,也不感到不方便,还无需任何支持件。
图4示出按照本发明的第二实施例、用于电信的一种发射/接收装置。该发射/接收装置其特征在于,其无绳结构,它不象上述第一实施例那样,在实施中它无需连接导线。
如图4所示,第一耳塞体1具有其内配置的并连接到一个电/声转换元件上的第一接收机21。第二耳塞体2具有其内配置的并连接到一个话筒元件上的第一发射机22。手持电话机8具有一个第二发射机23,用以向第一接收机21发射信号,以及一个第二接收机24,用以从第一发射机22上接收信号。这里所使用的无线电信号的输出很微弱,无线电波只能到达几米的范围内。
图5示出用以作为话筒的第二耳塞体2的一个实例的剖面图。如图5所示,第二耳塞体2具有:第二发射机23,连接在后盖11内的一个振动传感器上;电池25,用以驱动该装置;天线片26,由金属制成,放置在后盖11的外表面上。因第二实施例的该发射/接收装置是所谓的无绳型,故用户能不受连接线的约束而方便地使用此发射/接收装置。
虽然,按照上述两个实施例的发射/接收装置被设计来配合手持电话机使用的,但它们也能有效地与普通的固定式电话机或收发信机配合使用。此外,亦可以应用超声波来取代无线电波作为传输媒体,而不带来任何缺点。
从上述中可以理解,按照本发明,用以作为耳机的第一耳塞体和用以作为话筒的第二耳塞体在发射/接收装置中是分开设置的,而且话筒是头骨传导型的。为此,发射/接收装置可解放用户的双手,且不会产生啸叫和串音之类的问题。用户还能舒适地使用这种发射/接收装置,不感到喉部有压力。
用以作为话筒的第二耳塞体具有一个由刚性材料形成的耳塞帽和一个连接在该耳塞帽上、由高比重的金属制成的振动杆,故该第二耳塞体能高效地接收通过用户的外耳道传送来的头骨振动。此外,第二耳塞体含有电容器话筒作为振动传感器具有优良的频率特性,因而能接收和发射清晰的声音。为此,本发明的发射/接收装置具有非常实用的优点。
虽然现已详细地只描述了本发明的某些优选实施例,但本领域的技术人员显然知道,在实施中可作出某些变化或修改,它们偏离不开后附的权利要求书中规定的本发明的精神和范畴。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于电信中的发射/接收装置,其特征在于,包括:
一个第一耳塞体,用以作为耳机;
一个第二耳塞体,用以作为头骨传导型话筒、与第一耳塞体分开设置。
2.权利要求1的发射/接收装置,其特征在于,第二耳塞体内包括:
一个本体外壳;
一个耳塞帽,与该本体外壳联接,具有一种造形可使耳塞帽的外周与用户的外耳道相接触,一个振动传感器,设在本体外壳罩内,以及一个振动传导件,其一端连接到振动传感器上,其另一端连接于耳塞帽上。
3.权利要求2的发射/接收装置,其特征在于,耳塞帽是由刚性的树脂形成的,振动传导件是由比重约为5kg/m3至20kg/m3的金属制成的。
4.权利要求2的发射/接收装置,其特征在于,振动传感器是一个电容器话筒。
5.权利要求1的发射/接收装置,其特征在于,第一耳塞体具有一个接收机,适于接收无线电波信号或超声波信号,同时,第二耳塞体具有一个发射机,适于发射无线电波信号或超声波信号。
