Abstract
本发明公开了一种电气自动化食物处理机,包括机座、推送机构、处理机构和电源,推送机构设置在机座凹槽内,处理机构架设在机座侧壁上,电源固定在机座上,电源为推送机构和处理机构电连接,推送机构实现食材在凹槽内的推送,将待处理的食材不断推送至处理结构处进行处理,处理机构则设置有切刀结构对推送过来的食材进行切片或切块处理,能够实现食材的自动化处理,并且通过切刀结构的不同设计能够用于不同形式的食材处理,能够有效自动化完成烹饪前的食材准备工作,节省时间成本,且使用便捷。

技术领域
本发明涉及电气自动化技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种电气自动化食物处理机。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,对健康的意识也越来越强烈,日常饮食越来越讲究蔬菜肉类合理搭配,在做饭过程中往往需要对食材进行处理,准备工作时间较长,对于现在快节奏的生活,人们会感觉到浪费时间,加重生活负担。
因此,如何实现食材的简单自动化处理是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种电气自动化食物处理机,能够实现食材的自动化处理,并且处理形式多样,适用于多种食材的预处理,能够极大的节省做饭时间,节省人力成本,适用于现在快节奏的生活。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种电气自动化食物处理机,包括机座、推送机构、处理机构和电源;所述机座设置有凹槽,所述推送机构设置在所述凹槽内,所述处理机构设置在机座壁上;
所述推送机构包括推送气缸、推送杆和推送块,所述推送气缸固定在所述凹槽底面,所述推送气缸通过所述推送杆与所述推送块连接;
所述处理机构包括支撑架、切刀结构和切刀电机,所述支撑架固定在两侧的所述机座壁上,所述切刀电机固定在所述支撑架内,所述切刀结构可拆卸的安装在所述切刀电机输出轴上,且位于所述支撑架靠近所述推送机构的一侧;
所述电源电连接所述推送气缸和所述切刀电机。
优选的,食物处理机还包括限位罩,所述限位罩固定在所述凹槽底面上,所述限位罩一端开口靠近所述推送块,另一端开口靠近所述切刀结构。
优选的,所述凹槽底面还设置有若干组限位槽,所述限位槽两端设置有卡槽,所述限位罩为柔性板材,四个角设置有卡块,所述卡块能够沿着所述限位槽滑进所述卡槽内,将所述限位罩卡扣固定在所述限位槽内。依据食材形状和大小通过选用尺寸不同的所述限位罩,将其配合卡扣在不同组的所述限位槽内,能够改变食材经过的限位通道尺寸,令其配合食材形状和大小,实现更好的限位固定,防止在推送食材过程中食材偏离限位通道,造成食材处理差别较大,从而影响烹饪效果。同时可拆卸的限位罩便于取放待处理的食材。
优选的,所述切刀结构包括切片刀具;所述切片刀具由呈180度相对固定的两组刀片构成,两组所述刀片固定在转动轴上,所述转动轴卡接在所述切刀电机的输出轴上。通过推动机构将食材推送至切片刀具出,通过切片刀具旋转将推送的食材进行切片处理,随着食材不断推进,切片刀具将一整个食材均切成片,切片的厚度由推动速度或切片刀具旋转的速度决定。
优选的,所述切刀结构包括切块刀具;所述切块刀具为旋转刀盘,所述旋转刀盘为圆盘,所述旋转刀盘的圆心处连接有刀盘转轴,所述旋转刀盘上均匀分布有多个用于放置刀具的圆形通孔,所述刀盘转轴卡接在所述切刀电机的输出轴上。通过推送机构将食材推送至旋转刀盘处,通过推动力食材通过放置有刀具的圆形通孔,刀具将通过的食材切成块状。
优选的,所述圆形通孔处安装有刀具,所述刀具包括若干刀片和刀片固定架,所述刀片固定架包括外圆环和内芯轴,所述外圆环与所述内芯轴的圆心重合,所述刀片的一端连接所述外圆环,另一端连接所述内芯轴,相邻两个刀片之间的夹角相同;每组刀具的刀片数量不等。所述刀片可为均匀对称排布的两组、四组或六组刀片,可将柱状或锥状食材分为二等份、四等份或六等份。
优选的,所述支撑架下方的所述凹槽内设置有抽拉盒,所述抽拉盒一端位于所述切刀结构下方,所述抽拉盒两侧与所述机座壁内侧滑动连接。所述抽拉盒能够滑动插入所述凹槽内,承接经过所述处理机处理后的食材,也能够抽离所述机座,便于拿取处理好的食材。
优选的,所述机座壁外侧还设置有调速旋钮,所述调速旋钮电连接所述推送气缸。所述调速旋钮能够控制所述推送气缸的移送速度,控制所述食材向所述处理机构移动的速度,从而控制切片厚度。
优选的,所述支撑架下方的所述机座壁外侧设置有切换按钮,所述切换按钮电连接所述切刀电机,通过所述切换按钮能够控制所述切刀电机的启停。
优选的,通过切换按钮可以启动切片刀具旋转,完成切片动作,或者控制所述切块刀具切换旋转刀盘的圆形通孔,令不同组刀具的圆形通孔对准所述限位罩开口,实现不同大小食材,不同要求的切块处理。
优选的,所述机座顶部设置防护罩,避免在所述切刀结构工作时误伤用户。
优选的,所述抽拉盒一侧熔接有把手。使用把手可以便捷的拉取抽拉盒。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明公开提供了一种电气自动化食物处理机,包括机座、推送机构、处理机构和电源,推送机构设置在机座凹槽内,处理机构架设在机座侧壁上,电源固定在机座上,电源为推送机构和处理机构电连接,推送机构实现食材在凹槽内的推送,将待处理的食材不断推送至处理机构处进行处理,处理机构则设置有切刀结构对推送过来的食材进行切片或切块处理,能够实现食材的自动化处理,并且通过切刀结构的不同设计能够用于不同形式的食材处理,能够有效自动化完成烹饪前的食材准备工作,节省时间成本,且使用便捷。

图1所示为电气自动化食物处理机结构示意图,包括机座1、推送机构2、处理机构3和电源(图中未示出),推送机构2设置在凹槽11内,处理机构3设置在机座壁上;推送机构2包括推送气缸21、推送杆22和推送块23,推送气缸21固定在凹槽11底面,推送气缸21通过推送杆22与推送块23连接;处理机构3包括支撑架31、切刀结构和切刀电机,支撑架31固定在两侧的机座壁上,切刀电机固定在支撑架31内,切刀结构可拆卸的安装在切刀电机输出轴上,且位于支撑架靠近推送机构2的一侧;电源电连接推送气缸21和切刀电机。
实施例一
如图2所示,切刀结构为切片刀具321,切片刀具321由呈180度相对固定的两组刀片构成,两组刀片固定在转动轴上,转动轴卡接在切刀电机的输出轴上,通过切片刀具321旋转将食材处理为片状。
实施例二
如图3所示,切刀结构为切块刀具,切块刀具为旋转刀盘322,旋转刀盘322为圆盘,旋转刀盘322的圆心处连接有刀盘转轴,旋转刀盘322上均匀分布有多个用于放置刀具的圆形通孔,刀盘转轴卡接在切刀电机的输出轴上,圆形通孔处安装有刀具,刀具包括刀片和刀片固定架,刀片固定架包括外圆环和内芯轴,外圆环与内芯轴的圆心重合,刀片数量有多个,刀片的一端连接外圆环,另一端连接内芯轴,相邻两个刀片之间的夹角相同。通过推送机构将食材推送通过圆形通孔,将食材切块成棱条,通过旋转旋转刀盘322可以切换食材对准通过的圆形通孔,即可以改变切分的形状和数量。
进一步地,在上述任一实施例的基础上,机座1的凹槽底面还设置有限位罩4,限位罩4固定在凹槽底面上,限位罩4一端开口靠近推送块23,另一端开口靠近切刀结构。
进一步地,在上述任一实施例的基础上,凹槽底面还设置有若干组限位槽111,限位槽111两端设置有卡槽112,限位罩4为柔性板材,四个角设置有卡块,卡块能够沿着限位槽111滑进卡槽112内,将限位罩4卡扣固定在限位槽111内。
进一步地,在上述任一实施例的基础上,支撑架31下方的凹槽11内设置有抽拉盒5,抽拉盒5位于一端位于切刀结构下方,抽拉盒5两侧与机座壁内侧滑动连接。
进一步地,在上述任一实施例的基础上,机座壁外侧还设置有调速旋钮12,调速旋钮12电连接推送气缸21。
进一步地,在上述任一实施例的基础上,支撑架31下方的机座壁外侧设置有切换按钮13,切换按钮13电连接切刀电机。通过切换按钮13可以启动切片刀具321旋转,完成切片动作,或者控制切块刀具切换旋转刀盘322的圆形通孔,令不同组刀具的圆形通孔对准限位罩开口,实现不同大小食材,不同要求的切块处理
进一步地,在上述任一实施例的基础上,机座顶部设置防护罩,避免在切刀结构工作时误伤用户。
进一步地,在上述任一实施例的基础上,抽拉盒一侧熔接有把手。

1.一种电气自动化食物处理机,其特征在于,包括机座、推送机构、处理机构和电源;所述机座设置有凹槽,所述推送机构设置在所述凹槽内,所述处理机构设置在机座壁上;
所述推送机构包括推送气缸、推送杆和推送块,所述推送气缸固定在所述凹槽底面,所述推送气缸通过所述推送杆与所述推送块连接;
所述处理机构包括支撑架、切刀结构和切刀电机,所述支撑架固定在两侧的所述机座壁上,所述切刀电机固定在所述支撑架内,所述切刀结构可拆卸的安装在所述切刀电机输出轴上,且位于所述支撑架靠近所述推送机构的一侧;
所述电源电连接所述推送气缸和所述切刀电机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电气自动化食物处理器,其特征在于,食物处理机还包括限位罩,所述限位罩固定在所述凹槽底面上,所述限位罩一端开口靠近所述推送块,另一端开口靠近所述切刀结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种电气自动化食物处理器,其特征在于,所述凹槽底面还设置有若干组限位槽,所述限位槽两端设置有卡槽,所述限位罩为柔性板材,四个角设置有卡块,所述卡块沿着所述限位槽滑进所述卡槽内,将所述限位罩卡扣固定在所述限位槽内。
