Acute Pancreatitis (AP) is a chemical inflammation in the pancreas and its surrounding tissues which is itself digested by the pancreatic enzymes secreted by the pancreas, is a common acute abdomen disease in surgery, and is often complicated by multiple system multiple organ insufficiency or failure. Clinically, the acute abdominal pain and the elevation of blood amylase or lipase are characterized, and the symptoms mainly comprise acute abdominal pain, fever, nausea, vomiting and the like. Acute pancreatitis is rapid in onset, rapid in development and change, and very complex in clinical diagnosis and treatment: the traditional Chinese medicine composition is a disease induced by multiple factors and involved in multiple links, can generate systemic inflammatory response syndrome, can cause multiple organ dysfunction syndrome after effective treatment in time, has multiple complications, and still has high death rate at present. Patients with acute pancreatitis are often associated with gastrointestinal dysfunction and study statistics show that: the incidence of acute pancreatitis with gastrointestinal dysfunction was 73.7%, with a 13.1% incidence of gastrointestinal failure.
At present, the gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by acute pancreatitis treated by western medicine mainly comprises the methods of increasing gastrointestinal motility through gastrointestinal motility promoting medicines, regulating intestinal flora through microecological preparations, nourishing and repairing intestinal mucosa in intestines and the like, but the curative effect is not obvious. Therefore, the researchers of traditional Chinese medicine begin to use traditional Chinese medicine to treat the gastrointestinal dysfunction of the acute pancreatitis.
For example, CN103393899A discloses a Chinese medicinal composition for treating acute pancreatitis. Decocting Chinese medicinal materials including radix Impatientis, rhizoma Panacis Japonici, radix et rhizoma Thalictri, radix Notoginseng, radix et rhizoma Rhei, flos Pruni mume, cortex moutan, herba Swertiae Bimaculatae and pericarpium Citri Reticulatae viride to obtain decoction. Clinical tests show that the total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine is 90.0%, the traditional Chinese medicine is obviously superior to a control group, and the gastrointestinal decompression time, the abdominal pain relieving time, the blood amylase recovery time and the hospitalization time are shorter than those of the control group.
CN111419996A discloses a medicine for treating early severe acute pancreatitis, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of rheum officinale, 5-10 parts of scutellaria baicalensis, 10-15 parts of rhizoma acori graminei, 5-10 parts of andrographolide, 10-20 parts of herba hyperici japonici, 5-10 parts of caulis bambusae in taeniam, 10-20 parts of immature bitter orange, 5-10 parts of L-glutamine, 10-20 parts of raw gardenia jasminoides, 5-15 parts of gerbera pilosula, 5-15 parts of valeriana jatamansi jones and 5-15 parts of tasselflower herb. The formula of the invention is safe and reliable, all the components supplement each other, and the invention has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic material, removing blood stasis and relieving pain, clearing hollow viscera and benefiting pancreas, strengthening spleen and protecting liver, protecting gastrointestinal cells and enhancing the defense function of the organism, and can inhibit endotoxin shift and bacterial shift and inhibit inflammation.
However, in the prior art, traditional Chinese medicine treatment strategies for acute pancreatitis with gastrointestinal dysfunction are quite limited, treatment means is mainly in the form of decoction, and the treatment effect for gastrointestinal dysfunction is relatively limited.
