A high-energy beam induced deposition (SBID) technology relates to SBID materials, various processes of injection molding, laser activation, chemical plating and the like. The laser activation equipment is designed and developed according to the technological characteristics of the SBID technology, and is used for preprocessing a high-energy beam induced deposition surface of a product such as a smart phone. The laser activation equipment generally includes a laser for processing a pattern and a robot for carrying the product and changing the relative position of the product and the laser engraving machine according to the requirements of the pattern, thereby processing the desired three-dimensional pattern on the surface of the product. The processing accuracy of the pattern, for example, the shape accuracy, position accuracy, and gradation accuracy of the pattern lines of the three-dimensional pattern on the surface of the product, is required to be very high.
The existing laser activation is generally that an IC belt is manually clamped on a carrier seat, then laser activation is carried out by a laser activator, the IC belt is turned over by 180 degrees after activation is finished, then activation is carried out, and blanking is carried out after activation is finished. The machine frame 1 is further provided with a blanking assembly 7 for blanking the IC belt 100, the blanking assembly 7 comprises a blanking frame 71 fixedly arranged on the machine frame 1, a slide rail 72 is fixedly arranged on the blanking frame 71, a slide block 73 matched with the slide rail 72 is arranged on the slide rail 72, a clamping plate 74 is fixedly arranged on the slide block 73, and the clamping plate 74 is connected with a pushing cylinder 78 fixedly arranged on the clamping frame 71; the clamping plate 74 is further fixedly provided with a clamping cylinder 75, a connecting plate 76 is fixedly arranged on a cylinder shaft of the clamping cylinder 75, and an IC suction claw 77 is fixedly arranged on the connecting plate 76.
