The cotton knitted fabric prepared from the traditional Chinese medicine essential oil composition has a mosquito repelling rate of more than or equal to 73 percent, and the grade of mosquito repelling is A, so that the cotton knitted fabric has a strong mosquito repelling effect; meanwhile, the inhibition rate of the antibacterial agent to staphylococcus aureus is more than or equal to 96.1 percent, the inhibition rate to escherichia coli is more than or equal to 93.2 percent, the inhibition rate to candida albicans is more than or equal to 85.6 percent, and the antibacterial agent has good antibacterial performance; and after the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions is washed for 30 times, the cotton knitted fabric still has good mosquito-repellent and antibacterial effects.

preparing the plant Chinese medicinal essential oil composition microcapsules in the step (1) and a natural biological cross-linking agent genipin into a treatment solution, and adding tannic acid into the treatment solution to obtain a cotton knitted fabric treatment solution;
2) preparing the plant traditional Chinese medicine mosquito-repellent antibacterial knitted fabric:
and (3) padding the pretreated cotton knitted fabric which is subjected to boiling-off treatment and drying in the step (2) in the cotton knitted fabric treatment liquid in the step (1), and shaping and drying the blank to obtain the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions.
The beneficial effect who adopts above-mentioned scheme is: genipin in the treatment liquid is a product of geniposide hydrolyzed by beta-glucosidase, is an excellent natural biological cross-linking agent, and can increase the bonding strength and bonding durability of the essential oil microcapsule and the surface of cotton fiber in cotton knitted fabric; tannin, also called tannic acid, is added into the treatment solution and extracted from plant calyx kaki, gallnut, pomegranate rind, green tea and the like, and the tannin also has the effect of increasing the bonding strength of the essential oil microcapsule and the surface of cotton fiber in the cotton knitted fabric; tannin is added into the treatment liquid, and can be cooperated with genipin to further increase the durability of the mosquito-repellent antibacterial function of the plant traditional Chinese medicine and improve the water-washing resistance of the function.

Further, in the step (2), the scouring treatment liquid comprises water, caustic soda flakes (NaOH) (1-2) g/L, hydrogen peroxide (3-5) g/L and glacial acetic acid (0.3-0.5) g/L, and the bath ratio of the cotton knitted fabric to the scouring treatment liquid is 1 (20-30).
And furthermore, the scouring treatment liquid comprises deionized water, caustic soda flakes (NaOH)1.5g/L, hydrogen peroxide 4g/L and glacial acetic acid 0.4g/L, and the bath ratio of the cotton knitted fabric to the scouring treatment liquid is 1: 25.
Further, in the step (2), the scouring treatment method of the cotton knitted fabric comprises the following steps: putting the cotton knitted fabric into a treatment container, adding caustic soda flakes at normal temperature, heating to 80 ℃, adding hydrogen peroxide, heating to 90-100 ℃, keeping the temperature for 30-60 minutes, cooling to 70-80 ℃, and draining; adding water, adding glacial acetic acid, heating to 75-80 ℃, preserving heat for 20-30 minutes, and draining; then adding water, washing for 15-25 minutes at 40-50 ℃ to be neutral, dehydrating and drying.
Further, the scouring treatment method of the cotton knitted fabric comprises the following steps: putting the cotton knitted fabric into a treatment container, adding caustic soda flakes at normal temperature, heating to 80 ℃, adding hydrogen peroxide, heating to 95 ℃, keeping the temperature for 45 minutes, cooling to 75 ℃, and draining; adding deionized water, adding glacial acetic acid, heating to 80 ℃, keeping the temperature for 25 minutes, and draining; then adding deionized water, washing with water at 45 ℃ for 20 minutes until the mixture is neutral, dehydrating and drying.
Further, in the step 1), 2-5 wt% of the plant traditional Chinese medicine essential oil composition microcapsules are relative to the cotton knitted fabric, 1-3 wt% of the natural biological cross-linking agent genipin is relative to the cotton knitted fabric, 10-15 g/L of tannic acid is contained in the cotton knitted fabric treatment liquid, and the bath ratio of the cotton knitted fabric to the cotton knitted fabric treatment liquid is 1 (20-30).

(2) the plant traditional Chinese medicine essential oil composition provided by the invention belongs to a natural functional agent, is safe, non-toxic, free of side effects, friendly to human and livestock, green and environment-friendly, and better meets the requirements of people on green and environment-friendly life;
(3) the genipin and the tannic acid are added into the cotton knitted fabric treatment liquid provided by the invention to perform synergism, so that the bonding strength of the essential oil microcapsules and the surface of cotton fibers in the cotton knitted fabric is increased, the durability of the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions of the plant traditional Chinese medicines is increased, and the water-washing resistance of the functions is improved.

the plant traditional Chinese medicine essential oil composition with the components given in the embodiment 1 is used as a core material, the melamine resin is used as a wall material, the microcapsules with the mass ratio of the core material to the wall material of 1:1 are prepared by adopting an in-situ polymerization method, the particle size of the microcapsules is less than or equal to 2 microns, and D901.6 microns; adjusting the process, namely preparing microcapsules with the mass ratio of the core material to the wall material of 1:2 by adopting an in-situ polymerization method by taking the plant traditional Chinese medicine essential oil composition with the components given in the example 1 as the core material and melamine resin as the wall material, wherein the particle size of the microcapsules is less than or equal to 2 micrometers, and D901.8 microns.
(2) Scouring the cotton knitted fabric:
putting the cotton knitted fabric into boiling-off treatment liquid for boiling-off, wherein the boiling-off treatment liquid comprises water, caustic soda flakes (NaOH)1.5g/L, hydrogen peroxide 4g/L and glacial acetic acid 0.4 g/L;
the specific method for scouring the cotton knitted fabric comprises the following steps: putting the cotton knitted fabric into a treatment container, wherein the bath ratio of the cotton knitted fabric to the scouring treatment liquid is 1:25, adding caustic soda flakes at normal temperature, heating to 80 ℃, adding hydrogen peroxide, heating to 95 ℃, keeping the temperature for 45 minutes, cooling to 75 ℃, and draining; adding water, adding glacial acetic acid, heating to 80 deg.C, maintaining for 25 min, and draining; then adding water, washing with water at 45 ℃ for 20 minutes until the mixture is neutral, dehydrating and drying to obtain a pretreated cotton knitted fabric which is bleached and is free of various waxiness, impurities and oil agents;
(3) preparing the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions:
1) preparing a treating fluid for the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions:
mixing the two kinds of plant traditional Chinese medicine essential oil composition microcapsules with the mass ratio of the core material to the wall material in the step (1) according to the mass ratio of 1:1, preparing a treatment solution according to the addition amount of 3.5 wt% of the mixed plant traditional Chinese medicine essential oil composition microcapsules relative to the cotton knitted fabric and 2 wt% of a natural biological cross-linking agent genipin relative to the cotton knitted fabric, and adding 12.5g/L of tannic acid into the treatment solution to obtain a cotton knitted fabric treatment solution;
2) preparing the plant traditional Chinese medicine mosquito-repellent antibacterial knitted fabric:

the specific method for scouring the cotton knitted fabric comprises the following steps: putting the cotton knitted fabric into a treatment container, wherein the bath ratio of the cotton knitted fabric to the scouring treatment liquid is 1:20, adding caustic soda flakes at normal temperature, heating to 80 ℃, adding hydrogen peroxide, heating to 90 ℃, keeping the temperature for 45 minutes, cooling to 70 ℃, and draining; adding water, adding glacial acetic acid, heating to 75 deg.C, maintaining for 20 min, and draining; then adding water, washing for 15 minutes at 40 ℃ to be neutral, dehydrating and drying to obtain a pretreated cotton knitted fabric which is bleached and is free of various waxiness, impurities and oil agents;

the specific method for scouring the cotton knitted fabric comprises the following steps: putting the cotton knitted fabric into a treatment container, wherein the bath ratio of the cotton knitted fabric to the scouring treatment liquid is 1:30, adding caustic soda flakes at normal temperature, heating to 80 ℃, adding hydrogen peroxide, heating to 100 ℃, keeping the temperature for 60 minutes, cooling to 80 ℃, and draining; adding water, adding glacial acetic acid, heating to 80 deg.C, maintaining for 30 min, and draining; then adding water, washing for 25 minutes at 50 ℃ to be neutral, dehydrating and drying to obtain a pretreated cotton knitted fabric which is bleached and is free of various waxiness, impurities and oil agents;
(3) preparing the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions:
1) preparing a treating fluid for the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions:
mixing the two kinds of plant traditional Chinese medicine essential oil composition microcapsules with the mass ratio of the core material to the wall material in the step (1) according to the mass ratio of 1:1, preparing a treatment solution according to the addition amount of 5 wt% of the mixed plant traditional Chinese medicine essential oil composition microcapsules relative to the cotton knitted fabric and 3 wt% of a natural biological cross-linking agent genipin relative to the cotton knitted fabric, and adding 15g/L of tannic acid into the treatment solution to obtain a cotton knitted fabric treatment solution;
2) preparing the plant traditional Chinese medicine mosquito-repellent antibacterial knitted fabric:
padding the pretreated cotton knitted fabric subjected to boiling-off treatment and drying in the step (2) in the cotton knitted fabric treatment liquid in the step 1) by using a setting machine, wherein the bath ratio of the cotton knitted fabric to the cotton knitted fabric treatment liquid is 1:30, the liquid carrying rate is 85%, and the treatment time is 30 minutes; and (5) drying the fixed blank at the temperature of 130 ℃ for 12 minutes to obtain the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions.

A cotton knitted fabric with mosquito repelling and antibacterial functions is disclosed, which is prepared by referring to application example 1, and is different from application example 1 in that the plant traditional Chinese medicine essential oil composition in example 2 is used.

Description of the test methods:
(1) and (3) mosquito prevention performance detection: testing the mosquito prevention performance of the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito prevention and antibacterial functions of the application examples 1-12 and the comparative application examples 1-6 according to GB/T30126-2013 detection and evaluation on the mosquito prevention performance of textiles;
(2) and (3) detecting the antibacterial performance: according to GB/T20944.3-2008' evaluation of antibacterial performance of textiles part 3: the vibration method tests the antibacterial performance of the cotton knitted fabrics with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions of the application examples 1-12 and the comparative application examples 1-6.
The test experimental data for application examples 1-12 and comparative application examples 1-6 are shown in table 1.

By comparing the test experimental data in table 1, it can be seen that the cotton knitted fabrics with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions of application examples 1-12 have a mosquito repelling rate of not less than 73% and a mosquito repelling rating of class a; compared with the application examples 1-4, the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito repelling and antibacterial functions has the mosquito repelling rate of 38-46%, and the mosquito repelling grade is C, which shows that the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito repelling and antibacterial functions has a strong mosquito repelling effect.
The mosquito-repellent and antibacterial cotton knitted fabric of application examples 1-12 has an inhibition rate of more than or equal to 96.1% on staphylococcus aureus, an inhibition rate of more than or equal to 93.2% on escherichia coli and an inhibition rate of more than or equal to 85.6% on candida albicans; compared with the application examples 1-4, the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial cotton knitted fabric has the advantages that the bacteriostasis rate of staphylococcus aureus is 88.7-90.2%, the inhibition rate of escherichia coli is 86.9-88.1%, and the inhibition rate of candida albicans is 80.5-81.6%.
The four components of the citronella essential oil, the lavender essential oil, the artemisia essential oil and the eucalyptus essential oil provided by the invention have obvious synergistic interaction, and the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial effects of the material can be greatly improved.
In addition, after the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions of the application examples 1-12 is washed for 30 times, the mosquito repelling rate is more than or equal to 65 percent, the mosquito repelling rating is B grade, the bacteriostasis rate on staphylococcus aureus is more than or equal to 91.1 percent, the inhibition rate on escherichia coli is more than or equal to 88.7 percent, and the inhibition rate on candida albicans is more than or equal to 82.6 percent; and after the cotton knitted fabrics with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions of the application examples 5 and 6 are washed for 30 times, the repellent rate to mosquitoes is 31-32%, the mosquito-repellent rating is C, the inhibition rate to staphylococcus aureus is 75.4-76.2%, the inhibition rate to escherichia coli is 68.8-69.7%, and the inhibition rate to candida albicans is 56.2-57.8%. The cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions still has good mosquito-repellent and antibacterial effects after being washed for 30 times.
The genipin and the tannic acid are added into the cotton knitted fabric treatment liquid provided by the invention to perform synergism, so that the bonding strength of the essential oil microcapsules and the surface of cotton fibers in the cotton knitted fabric is increased, the durability of the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions of the plant traditional Chinese medicines is increased, and the water-washing resistance of the functions is improved.

Claims (10)
1. The mosquito-repellent antibacterial plant traditional Chinese medicine essential oil composition is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
30-40% of citronella essential oil, 25-35% of lavender essential oil, 20-30% of artemisia argyi essential oil and 10-15% of eucalyptus leaf essential oil.
2. An application of the plant traditional Chinese medicine essential oil composition of claim 1 in the field of cotton knitted fabrics with mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions.
3. A preparation method of a cotton knitted fabric with mosquito repelling and antibacterial functions, which uses the plant traditional Chinese medicine essential oil composition as claimed in claim 1, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparing plant Chinese medicinal essential oil composition microcapsules:
preparing a microcapsule by taking the plant traditional Chinese medicine essential oil composition as a core material and melamine resin as a wall material;
(2) scouring the cotton knitted fabric:
putting the cotton knitted fabric into boiling-off treatment liquid for boiling-off, dehydrating and drying to obtain a pre-treated cotton knitted fabric which is bleached and has impurities removed;
(3) preparing the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions:
1) preparing a treating fluid for the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions:
preparing the plant Chinese medicinal essential oil composition microcapsules in the step (1) and a natural biological cross-linking agent genipin into a treatment solution, and adding tannic acid into the treatment solution to obtain a cotton knitted fabric treatment solution;
2) preparing the plant traditional Chinese medicine mosquito-repellent antibacterial knitted fabric:
and (3) padding the pretreated cotton knitted fabric which is subjected to boiling-off treatment and drying in the step (2) in the cotton knitted fabric treatment liquid in the step (1), and shaping and drying the blank to obtain the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions.
4. The preparation method of the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions according to claim 3, wherein in the step (1), microcapsules with wall material thicknesses different from those of the core material and the wall material in a mass ratio of 1:1 and 1:2 are prepared.
5. The preparation method of the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions according to claim 4, wherein the particle size of the microcapsules is less than or equal to 2 microns, and D is901.6 to 1.8 microns.
6. The preparation method of the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions according to claim 3, wherein in the step (2), the scouring treatment liquid comprises water, caustic soda flakes (1-2) g/L, hydrogen peroxide (3-5) g/L and glacial acetic acid (0.3-0.5) g/L, and the bath ratio of the cotton knitted fabric to the scouring treatment liquid is 1 (20-30).

The preparation method of the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions according to claim 6, wherein in the step (2), the scouring treatment method of the cotton knitted fabric is as follows: putting the cotton knitted fabric into a treatment container, adding caustic soda flakes at normal temperature, heating to 80 ℃, adding hydrogen peroxide, heating to 90-100 ℃, keeping the temperature for 30-60 minutes, cooling to 70-80 ℃, and draining; adding water, adding glacial acetic acid, heating to 75-80 ℃, preserving heat for 20-30 minutes, and draining; then adding water, washing for 15-25 minutes at 40-50 ℃ to be neutral, dehydrating and drying.

The preparation method of the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions according to claim 3, wherein in the step 1), the plant traditional Chinese medicine essential oil composition microcapsules account for 2-5 wt% of the cotton knitted fabric, and the natural biological cross-linking agent genipin accounts for 1-3 wt% of the cotton knitted fabric.

The preparation method of the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions according to claim 8, wherein in the step 1), 10-15 g/L of tannic acid is contained in the cotton knitted fabric treatment liquid, and the bath ratio of the cotton knitted fabric to the cotton knitted fabric treatment liquid is 1 (20-30).
10. The preparation method of the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions according to claim 3, wherein in the step 2), the liquid carrying rate after padding is 70-85%, and the treatment time is 20-30 minutes; the temperature for drying the fixed blank is 120-130 ℃ and the time is 8-12 minutes.
