2) preparing the plant traditional Chinese medicine mosquito-repellent antibacterial knitted fabric:
padding the pretreated cotton knitted fabric subjected to boiling-off treatment and drying in the step (2) in the cotton knitted fabric treatment liquid in the step 1) by using a setting machine, wherein the bath ratio of the cotton knitted fabric to the cotton knitted fabric treatment liquid is 1:20, the liquid carrying rate is 82%, and the treatment time is 30 minutes; and (5) drying the fixed blank at the temperature of 120 ℃ for 11 minutes to obtain the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions.

mixing the two kinds of plant traditional Chinese medicine essential oil composition microcapsules with the mass ratio of the core material to the wall material in the step (1) according to the mass ratio of 1:1, preparing a treatment solution according to the addition amount of 5 wt% of the mixed plant traditional Chinese medicine essential oil composition microcapsules relative to the cotton knitted fabric and 3 wt% of a natural biological cross-linking agent genipin relative to the cotton knitted fabric, and adding 15g/L of tannic acid into the treatment solution to obtain a cotton knitted fabric treatment solution;
2) preparing the plant traditional Chinese medicine mosquito-repellent antibacterial knitted fabric:
padding the pretreated cotton knitted fabric subjected to boiling-off treatment and drying in the step (2) in the cotton knitted fabric treatment liquid in the step 1) by using a setting machine, wherein the bath ratio of the cotton knitted fabric to the cotton knitted fabric treatment liquid is 1:30, the liquid carrying rate is 85%, and the treatment time is 30 minutes; and (5) drying the fixed blank at the temperature of 130 ℃ for 12 minutes to obtain the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions.

(2) and (3) detecting the antibacterial performance: according to GB/T20944.3-2008' evaluation of antibacterial performance of textiles part 3: the vibration method tests the antibacterial performance of the cotton knitted fabrics with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions of the application examples 1-12 and the comparative application examples 1-6.
The test experimental data for application examples 1-12 and comparative application examples 1-6 are shown in table 1.

By comparing the test experimental data in table 1, it can be seen that the cotton knitted fabrics with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions of application examples 1-12 have a mosquito repelling rate of not less than 73% and a mosquito repelling rating of class a; compared with the application examples 1-4, the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito repelling and antibacterial functions has the mosquito repelling rate of 38-46%, and the mosquito repelling grade is C, which shows that the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito repelling and antibacterial functions has a strong mosquito repelling effect.
The mosquito-repellent and antibacterial cotton knitted fabric of application examples 1-12 has an inhibition rate of more than or equal to 96.1% on staphylococcus aureus, an inhibition rate of more than or equal to 93.2% on escherichia coli and an inhibition rate of more than or equal to 85.6% on candida albicans; compared with the application examples 1-4, the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial cotton knitted fabric has the advantages that the bacteriostasis rate of staphylococcus aureus is 88.7-90.2%, the inhibition rate of escherichia coli is 86.9-88.1%, and the inhibition rate of candida albicans is 80.5-81.6%.
The four components of the citronella essential oil, the lavender essential oil, the artemisia essential oil and the eucalyptus essential oil provided by the invention have obvious synergistic interaction, and the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial effects of the material can be greatly improved.
In addition, after the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions of the application examples 1-12 is washed for 30 times, the mosquito repelling rate is more than or equal to 65 percent, the mosquito repelling rating is B grade, the bacteriostasis rate on staphylococcus aureus is more than or equal to 91.1 percent, the inhibition rate on escherichia coli is more than or equal to 88.7 percent, and the inhibition rate on candida albicans is more than or equal to 82.6 percent; and after the cotton knitted fabrics with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions of the application examples 5 and 6 are washed for 30 times, the repellent rate to mosquitoes is 31-32%, the mosquito-repellent rating is C, the inhibition rate to staphylococcus aureus is 75.4-76.2%, the inhibition rate to escherichia coli is 68.8-69.7%, and the inhibition rate to candida albicans is 56.2-57.8%. The cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions still has good mosquito-repellent and antibacterial effects after being washed for 30 times.
The genipin and the tannic acid are added into the cotton knitted fabric treatment liquid provided by the invention to perform synergism, so that the bonding strength of the essential oil microcapsules and the surface of cotton fibers in the cotton knitted fabric is increased, the durability of the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions of the plant traditional Chinese medicines is increased, and the water-washing resistance of the functions is improved.

1. The mosquito-repellent antibacterial plant traditional Chinese medicine essential oil composition is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
30-40% of citronella essential oil, 25-35% of lavender essential oil, 20-30% of artemisia argyi essential oil and 10-15% of eucalyptus leaf essential oil.

preparing a microcapsule by taking the plant traditional Chinese medicine essential oil composition as a core material and melamine resin as a wall material;
(2) scouring the cotton knitted fabric:
putting the cotton knitted fabric into boiling-off treatment liquid for boiling-off, dehydrating and drying to obtain a pre-treated cotton knitted fabric which is bleached and has impurities removed;
(3) preparing the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions:
1) preparing a treating fluid for the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions:
preparing the plant Chinese medicinal essential oil composition microcapsules in the step (1) and a natural biological cross-linking agent genipin into a treatment solution, and adding tannic acid into the treatment solution to obtain a cotton knitted fabric treatment solution;
2) preparing the plant traditional Chinese medicine mosquito-repellent antibacterial knitted fabric:
and (3) padding the pretreated cotton knitted fabric which is subjected to boiling-off treatment and drying in the step (2) in the cotton knitted fabric treatment liquid in the step (1), and shaping and drying the blank to obtain the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions.
4. The preparation method of the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions according to claim 3, wherein in the step (1), microcapsules with wall material thicknesses different from those of the core material and the wall material in a mass ratio of 1:1 and 1:2 are prepared.
5. The preparation method of the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions according to claim 4, wherein the particle size of the microcapsules is less than or equal to 2 microns, and D is901.6 to 1.8 microns.

The preparation method of the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions according to claim 3, wherein in the step (2), the scouring treatment liquid comprises water, caustic soda flakes (1-2) g/L, hydrogen peroxide (3-5) g/L and glacial acetic acid (0.3-0.5) g/L, and the bath ratio of the cotton knitted fabric to the scouring treatment liquid is 1 (20-30).

The preparation method of the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions according to claim 6, wherein in the step (2), the scouring treatment method of the cotton knitted fabric is as follows: putting the cotton knitted fabric into a treatment container, adding caustic soda flakes at normal temperature, heating to 80 ℃, adding hydrogen peroxide, heating to 90-100 ℃, keeping the temperature for 30-60 minutes, cooling to 70-80 ℃, and draining; adding water, adding glacial acetic acid, heating to 75-80 ℃, preserving heat for 20-30 minutes, and draining; then adding water, washing for 15-25 minutes at 40-50 ℃ to be neutral, dehydrating and drying.
