Therefore, it is necessary to produce a mosquito-repellent and antibacterial plant essential oil composition, and the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial cotton knitted fabric prepared by taking the plant essential oil composition as a mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functional agent.

preparing a plant traditional Chinese medicine essential oil composition microcapsule and a natural biological cross-linking agent genipin in the step (1) into a treatment liquid, and adding tannic acid into the treatment liquid to obtain a cotton knitted fabric treatment liquid;
2) The preparation method of the knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions by using the plant traditional Chinese medicines comprises the following steps:
padding the pretreated cotton knitted fabric subjected to the scouring treatment and the drying in the step (2) in the cotton knitted fabric treatment liquid in the step (1), and drying the sizing blank to obtain the mosquito-repellent antibacterial cotton knitted fabric.
The beneficial effects of adopting above-mentioned scheme are: genipin in the treatment fluid is a product of geniposide hydrolyzed by beta-glucosidase, is an excellent natural biological cross-linking agent, and can increase the bonding strength and bonding durability of essential oil microcapsules and the cotton fiber surface in cotton knitted fabrics; tannic acid added into the treatment liquid, also called tannic acid, is extracted from plant calyx kaki, galla chinensis, pericarpium Granati, green tea, etc., and has the effect of increasing bonding strength of essential oil microcapsule and cotton fiber surface in cotton knitted fabric; tannic acid is added into the treatment liquid, and the tannic acid and genipin can be cooperated, so that the durability of the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions of the plant traditional Chinese medicine is further improved, and the washing resistance of the functions is improved.

In the step (2), the scouring treatment fluid comprises water, caustic soda (NaOH) (1-2) g/L, hydrogen peroxide (3-5) g/L and glacial acetic acid (0.3-0.5) g/L, and the bath ratio of the cotton knitted fabric to the scouring treatment fluid is 1 (20-30).
Still further, the scouring treatment fluid comprises deionized water, caustic soda flakes (NaOH) 1.5g/L, hydrogen peroxide 4g/L and glacial acetic acid 0.4g/L, and the bath ratio of the cotton knitted fabric to the scouring treatment fluid is 1:25.
Further, in the step (2), the method for scouring the cotton knitted fabric is as follows: placing the cotton knitted fabric into a treatment container, adding caustic soda flakes at normal temperature to heat to 80 ℃, then adding hydrogen peroxide to heat to 90-100 ℃, preserving heat for 30-60 minutes, cooling to 70-80 ℃, and draining water; adding water, then adding glacial acetic acid, heating to 75-80 ℃, preserving heat for 20-30 minutes, and draining water; then adding water, washing for 15-25 minutes at 40-50 ℃ until the mixture is neutral, and drying after dehydration.

(3) The genipin and the tannic acid are added into the cotton knitted fabric treatment liquid to perform synergism, so that the bonding strength of the essential oil microcapsule and the cotton fiber surface in the cotton knitted fabric is increased, the durability of the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions of the plant traditional Chinese medicine is improved, and the washability of the functions is improved.

2) The preparation method of the knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions by using the plant traditional Chinese medicines comprises the following steps:

As can be seen from comparison of the test experimental data in Table 1, the mosquito repelling rate of the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito repelling and antibacterial functions of application examples 1-12 is more than or equal to 73%, and the mosquito repelling rate is A grade; the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial cotton knitted fabric of comparative application examples 1-4 has a mosquito-repellent rate of 38-46% and a mosquito-repellent rating of C, which indicates that the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial cotton knitted fabric provided by the invention has a very strong mosquito-repellent effect.
The antibacterial rate of the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions in application examples 1-12 on staphylococcus aureus is more than or equal to 96.1 percent, the inhibition rate on escherichia coli is more than or equal to 93.2 percent, and the inhibition rate on candida albicans is more than or equal to 85.6 percent; the comparison of the application examples 1-4 shows that the anti-mosquito and antibacterial cotton knitted fabric has 88.7-90.2% of the antibacterial rate of staphylococcus aureus, 86.9-88.1% of the antibacterial rate of escherichia coli and 80.5-81.6% of candida albicans, and the anti-mosquito and antibacterial cotton knitted fabric provided by the invention has good antibacterial effect.
The four components of citronella essential oil, lavender essential oil, mugwort essential oil and eucalyptus essential oil provided by the invention have obvious synergistic effect, and can greatly improve the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial effects of the material.
In addition, after the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions of application examples 1-12 is washed for 30 times, the mosquito-repellent rate is more than or equal to 65%, the mosquito-repellent rate is B-grade, the antibacterial rate to staphylococcus aureus is more than or equal to 91.1%, the inhibition rate to escherichia coli is more than or equal to 88.7%, and the inhibition rate to candida albicans is more than or equal to 82.6%; the cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions of comparative application examples 5 and 6 has a mosquito-repellent rate of 31-32% after 30 times of washing, a mosquito-repellent rating of C, a bacteriostatic rate of 75.4-76.2% on staphylococcus aureus, a bacteriostatic rate of 68.8-69.7% on escherichia coli and a bacteriostatic rate of 56.2-57.8% on candida albicans. The cotton knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions provided by the invention is proved to have better mosquito-repellent and antibacterial effects after being washed for 30 times.
The genipin and the tannic acid are added into the cotton knitted fabric treatment liquid to perform synergism, so that the bonding strength of the essential oil microcapsule and the cotton fiber surface in the cotton knitted fabric is increased, the durability of the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions of the plant traditional Chinese medicine is improved, and the washability of the functions is improved.

Claims (10)
1. The mosquito-repellent antibacterial plant traditional Chinese medicine essential oil composition is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
30-40% of citronella essential oil, 25-35% of lavender essential oil, 20-30% of mugwort essential oil and 10-15% of eucalyptus essential oil;
the preparation method of the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functional cotton knitted fabric using the plant traditional Chinese medicine essential oil composition comprises the following steps:
(1) Preparing a plant traditional Chinese medicine essential oil composition microcapsule:
preparing microcapsules by taking a plant traditional Chinese medicine essential oil composition as a core material and melamine resin as a wall material;
(2) Scouring treatment of cotton knitted fabric:
boiling the cotton knitted fabric in boiling-off treatment liquid, dehydrating and drying to obtain bleached and impurity-removed pretreated cotton knitted fabric;
(3) Preparation of mosquito-repellent antibacterial cotton knitted fabric:
1) Preparation of a mosquito-repellent antibacterial cotton knitted fabric treatment fluid:
preparing a plant traditional Chinese medicine essential oil composition microcapsule and a natural biological cross-linking agent genipin in the step (1) into a treatment liquid, and adding tannic acid into the treatment liquid to obtain a cotton knitted fabric treatment liquid;
2) The preparation method of the knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions by using the plant traditional Chinese medicines comprises the following steps:
padding the pretreated cotton knitted fabric subjected to the scouring treatment and the drying in the step (2) in the cotton knitted fabric treatment liquid in the step (1), shaping and baking to obtain the mosquito-repellent antibacterial cotton knitted fabric.
2. An application of the plant traditional Chinese medicine essential oil composition according to claim 1 in the field of mosquito-repellent and antibacterial cotton knitted fabrics.
3. A method for preparing a mosquito-repellent and antibacterial cotton knitted fabric, which uses the plant traditional Chinese medicine essential oil composition as claimed in claim 1, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) Preparing a plant traditional Chinese medicine essential oil composition microcapsule:
preparing microcapsules by taking a plant traditional Chinese medicine essential oil composition as a core material and melamine resin as a wall material;
(2) Scouring treatment of cotton knitted fabric:
boiling the cotton knitted fabric in boiling-off treatment liquid, dehydrating and drying to obtain bleached and impurity-removed pretreated cotton knitted fabric;
(3) Preparation of mosquito-repellent antibacterial cotton knitted fabric:
1) Preparation of a mosquito-repellent antibacterial cotton knitted fabric treatment fluid:
preparing a plant traditional Chinese medicine essential oil composition microcapsule and a natural biological cross-linking agent genipin in the step (1) into a treatment liquid, and adding tannic acid into the treatment liquid to obtain a cotton knitted fabric treatment liquid;
2) The preparation method of the knitted fabric with the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functions by using the plant traditional Chinese medicines comprises the following steps:
padding the pretreated cotton knitted fabric subjected to the scouring treatment and the drying in the step (2) in the cotton knitted fabric treatment liquid in the step (1), shaping and baking to obtain the mosquito-repellent antibacterial cotton knitted fabric.
4. The method for preparing the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functional cotton knitted fabric according to claim 3, wherein in the step (1), microcapsules with two different wall material thicknesses, namely a core material and a wall material, are prepared in a mass ratio of 1:1 and 1:2.
5. The method for preparing the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functional cotton knitted fabric according to claim 4, wherein the particle size of the microcapsules is less than or equal to 2 microns, and D is the same as that of the microcapsules 90 =1.6 to 1.8 micrometers.

The method for preparing the mosquito-repellent and antibacterial functional cotton knitted fabric according to claim 3, wherein in the step (2), the scouring treatment fluid comprises water, caustic soda flakes (1-2) g/L, hydrogen peroxide (3-5) g/L and glacial acetic acid (0.3-0.5) g/L, and the bath ratio of the cotton knitted fabric to the scouring treatment fluid is 1 (20-30).

The method for preparing the mosquito repellent antibacterial functional cotton knitted fabric according to claim 6, wherein in the step (2), the method for scouring the cotton knitted fabric is as follows: placing the cotton knitted fabric into a treatment container, adding caustic soda flakes at normal temperature to heat to 80 ℃, then adding hydrogen peroxide to heat to 90-100 ℃, preserving heat for 30-60 minutes, cooling to 70-80 ℃, and draining water; adding water, then adding glacial acetic acid, heating to 75-80 ℃, preserving heat for 20-30 minutes, and draining water; then adding water, washing for 15-25 minutes at 40-50 ℃ until the mixture is neutral, and drying after dehydration.
