技术领域
本发明涉及一种平整无折痕冷轧堆染色护肤宽幅天丝面料生产工艺,具体涉及一种宽幅天丝机织物的平整无折痕全直辊丝光机半丝光、前后色差≧4级及左中右色差≧4-5级冷轧堆染色、无甲醛防缩与玻尿酸整理剂同浴整理的染整生产技术。
背景技术
现有冷轧堆染色,织物二端引布、包布一般各在20、10米左右涤棉布,一个布卷最里面几十米织物由于初开车染槽染料浓度未达到平衡点会存在几十米过渡色。同时最初打卷的几十米织物由于打卷张力的调整往往会有皱痕,固色后会形成皱痕色花。由于固色过程是放热反应,布卷最外圈接触塑料薄膜的织物上容易形成多层水斑。冷轧堆染色后织物头尾和中间有色差。色差小于4级的头尾织物只能作为等外品处理。目前织物环缝式缝头线为21S/6,缝纫线粗,环缝式缝头大,容易产生接头印。打卷时的张力一般比较大,同时固色堆置的过程经向会有一个缓慢收缩,对缝头的挤压也较大,也容易产生接头印,严重的情况一个缝头要产生好几圈的接头印,有明显接头印的织物只能作为等外品处理。
天丝织物“在染整加工中易产生死折痕、擦伤、露白等疵病”。“天丝棉麻混纺宽幅染色机织物及其生产方法”(CN107904923A)在在常规直辊浸碱区、直辊去碱区、平洗机等组成的直辊丝光机上进行半丝光时,织物离开直辊区进入平洗机时,由于导布辊的上下、前后平行度存在一定偏差,纬向收缩,布面产生很难去除的丝光折皱和织物纬向缩水率偏大疵病。“抗起球性能高的天丝型宽幅机织物的生产方法”(CN109750530A)未进行半丝光处理,在冷轧堆染色过程中,布面随机产生不规则“死折痕、擦伤”等疵病。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种产品性能达到GB/T22797—2009《床单》和GB/T22796—2009《被、被套》优等品质量指标的平整无折痕宽幅天丝机织物冷轧堆染色工艺技术。
技术方案:一种平整无折痕宽幅护肤天丝机织物,产品平整无折痕,前后色差≧4级,左中右色差≧4-5级,耐皂洗牢度≧4级,耐湿摩擦牢度≧3-4级,起球性能≧4级,断裂强力≧280N,水洗尺寸变化率-3.0%~+0.5%。
宽幅天丝(A100型)机织物坯布规格为下列二种中的一种:第一种门幅为106英寸、纱支数为60s×60s、密度为200×100根/英寸;第二种门幅为106英寸、纱支数为50s×50s、密度为170×90根/英寸。
一种平整无折痕宽幅天丝机织物冷轧堆染色工艺,主要生产工艺流程:翻缝→一正一反烧毛→轧淀粉酶堆置退浆→水洗→烘干→浓碱处理→冷轧堆染色→无甲醛防缩与玻尿酸整理剂同浴整理→机械预缩→检验包装;
翻缝时,使用环缝式缝纫机,缝头用线为30s/6,针脚密度28~32针/10cm,在布边两侧竖向各缝4~5cm,拖尾3~5cm。
半丝光时,是在98对全直辊丝光机上进行,主要工艺流程:进布→浓碱槽区浸碱→第1号重型轧车轧液→第一去碱槽区去碱→第2号重型轧车轧液→第二去碱槽区去碱→第3号重型轧车轧液→烘干→落布。
全直辊丝光机的浓碱槽区有40对直辊,1对直辊由上方的橡胶辊和下方的金属直辊组成,其中,第2、4号橡胶直辊是扩幅辊,浓碱槽区里烧碱浓度为90~100g/L;
出浓碱槽区后,经扩幅辊扩幅后进入第1号重型轧车轧液(带液率55%),然后进入有20对直辊的第一去碱槽区,其中,第50、52、54号橡胶直辊是扩幅辊;出第一去碱槽区后,经扩幅辊扩幅后进入2号重型轧车轧液(带液率55%),进入有38对直辊的第二去碱槽区,其中,第64、67号橡胶直辊是扩幅辊。第一、第二去碱槽区分别安装5、10组喷淋泵,其中第一去碱区有5组喷淋泵每个分别连4根喷淋管。第一去碱槽区喷淋液温度70~75℃。第二去碱区有9组喷淋泵每个分别连4根喷淋管,最后1组喷淋泵连2根喷淋管,第二去碱槽区喷淋液温度50~55℃。对应第98、97对直辊喷淋管喷的是清水,其余喷淋管喷的是淡碱液。淡碱液从第二去碱槽区逆流到第一去碱槽区,对应第42、41对直辊喷淋管喷的淡碱浓度达到40~45g/L,回收备用。出第二去碱区后,经3号重型轧车轧液(带液率55%)进入二排20个烘筒烘干,其中第二排最下面二个烘筒为冷却筒,用于降低布面温度;落布的pH 7~8,含湿率3%~4%。
本技术方案中,冷轧堆染色时,染灰蓝色的染液组成:活性红B-2BF 1.45g/L、雅格素黄4RFN 2.26g/L、雅格素藏青BF-2GF 6.27g/L;碱液组成:烧碱30g/L,艾丽尼LDR冷堆固色碱12.5g/L;染液与碱液4:1体积比例混合,刚开车时,在100L轧槽中,补加染料活性红B-2BF 0.15g/L、雅格素黄4RFN 0.23g/L、雅格素藏青BF-2GF1.28g/L。
本技术方案中,冷轧堆染色时,染水沐绿的染液组成:诺威克隆红ER—2BL0.54g/L、诺威克隆黄ER—2R 3.2g/L、诺威克隆蓝C-5X 6.2g/L;碱液组成:烧碱30g/L,艾丽尼LDR冷堆固色碱12.5g/L;染液与碱液4:1体积比例混合,刚开车时,在100L轧槽中,补加染料诺威克隆红ER—2BL 0.06g/L、诺威克隆黄ER—2R 0.32g/L、诺威克隆蓝C-5X 1.2g/L;

本技术方案中,染色后皂洗工艺为:进布→第一、二、三格平洗(40℃、50℃、60℃)→第四、五格皂洗(酸性低温皂洗剂LTS-100 2g/L,90~95℃)→第六、七格热水洗(80℃、70℃)→第八格中和(自动控制加冰醋酸系统,pH控制在5~6温度50℃)→第九格常温水洗→第十格流动冷水水洗→二组锡林烘干(其中第二排最下面二个烘筒为冷却筒,降低布面温度)→落布。

本技术方案中,无甲醛防缩与玻尿酸整理剂同浴整理时,通过平幅进布,二浸二轧无甲醛防缩与玻尿酸整理剂同浴整理液,带液率70%~75%,超喂2%~4%上针板,十格热风焙烘,其中第一~二格温度140℃,第三~四格温度160℃,第五~十格温度165~170℃,两个锡林冷却落布步骤,车速为45m/min。
有益效果:本发明通过宽幅天丝机织物在全直辊丝光机上进行半丝光,天丝机织物充分溶胀,有效避免了在冷轧堆染色时因布面发硬而引起的折痕擦伤现象,宽幅天丝机织物表面无折痕,也有利于天丝机织物匀染透染。冷轧堆染色后宽幅天丝机织物产品平整无皱条。
本发明天丝机织物环缝式缝头使用较细的30S/6缝纫线,环缝式缝头小且牢,织物使用40m左右纯棉引布,确保轧车速度达到工艺设定速度、KUSTER均匀轧车浸轧槽工作液中红黄蓝染料浓度保持恒定后进宽幅天丝机织物正布,在一卷宽幅天丝机织物正布外面打卷有20m左右棉包布。染色产品前后色差≧4级,提升了成品一等品率。本发明优化左中右均匀轧车压力,控制织物进布张力,染色产品左中右色差≧4-5级,使用30S/6缝纫线,环缝式缝头小且牢,几乎没有接头印,也提升了成品一等品率。宽幅天丝机织物用诺威克隆染料冷轧堆染色,碱剂用烧碱加冷堆固色碱的混合碱,天丝机织物染匀染透效果较佳。
本发明通过无甲醛防缩与玻尿酸整理剂同浴整理,无甲醛防缩整理剂与天丝纤维之间发生共价交联,部分羟基被封闭。天丝织物在洗涤过程中,溶胀程度大大减轻。因此,无甲醛防缩整理不但降低了宽幅天丝机织物缩水率,而且,也提升了宽幅天丝机织物抗起毛起球性能。经过玻尿酸整理剂整理后,赋予天丝织物护肤性能。

实施例1
宽幅天丝(A100型)机织物坯布门幅为106英寸、纱支数为60s×60s、密度为200×100根/英寸;
一种平整无折痕宽幅天丝机织物冷轧堆染色工艺,主要生产工艺流程:翻缝→一正一反烧毛→轧淀粉酶堆置退浆→水洗→烘干→半丝光→冷轧堆染色→无甲醛防缩与玻尿酸整理剂同浴整理→机械预缩→检验包装;
翻缝时,使用环缝式缝纫机,缝头用线为30s/6,针脚密度28~32针/10cm,在布边两侧竖向各缝4~5cm,拖尾3~5cm。
半丝光时,是在98对全直辊丝光机上进行,主要工艺流程:进布→浓碱槽区浸碱→第1号重型轧车轧液→第一去碱槽区去碱→第2号重型轧车轧液→第二去碱槽区去碱→第3号重型轧车轧液→烘干→落布。
全直辊丝光机的浓碱槽区有40对直辊,1对直辊由上方的橡胶辊和下方的金属直辊组成,其中,第2、4号橡胶直辊是扩幅辊,浓碱槽区里烧碱浓度为80~90g/L;
出浓碱槽区后,经扩幅辊扩幅后进入第1号重型轧车轧液(带液率55%),然后进入有20对直辊的第一去碱槽区,其中,第50、52、54号橡胶直辊是扩幅辊;出第一去碱槽区后,经扩幅辊扩幅后进入2号重型轧车轧液(带液率55%),进入有38对直辊的第二去碱槽区,其中,第64、67号橡胶直辊是扩幅辊。第一、第二去碱槽区分别安装5、10组喷淋泵,其中第一去碱区有5组喷淋泵每个分别连4根喷淋管。第一去碱槽区喷淋液温度70~75℃。第二去碱区有9组喷淋泵每个分别连4根喷淋管,最后1组喷淋泵连2根喷淋管,第二去碱槽区喷淋液温度50~55℃。对应第98、97对直辊喷淋管喷的是清水,其余喷淋管喷的是淡碱液。淡碱液从第二去碱槽区逆流到第一去碱槽区,对应第42、41对直辊喷淋管喷的淡碱浓度达到40~45g/L,回收备用。出第二去碱区后,经3号重型轧车轧液(带液率55%)进入二排20个烘筒烘干,其中第二排最下面二个烘筒为冷却筒,用于降低布面温度。落布的pH 7~8,含湿率3%~4%。
冷轧堆染色时,染灰蓝色的染液组成:活性红B-2BF 1.45g/L、雅格素黄4RFN2.26g/L、雅格素藏青BF-2GF 6.27g/L;碱液组成:烧碱30g/L,艾丽尼LDR冷堆固色碱12.5g/L;染液与碱液4:1体积比例混合,刚开车时,在100L轧槽中,补加染料活性红B-2BF 0.15g/L、雅格素黄4RFN 0.23g/L、雅格素藏青BF-2GF1.28g/L。染色设备:KUSTER均匀轧车,调节轧车左中右压力为0.30、0.25、0.30MPa,张力架张力0.02MPa。开始染色时,以10m/min速度启动轧车后进40m左右纯棉引布,快速提升速度至40m/min以上,在确认布面及中心收卷无异常后,再尽可能快的把轧车速度提升75m/min的正常恒定车速,继续进纯棉引布10m左右后进宽幅天丝机织物正布。轧液率控制在50%~55%。为防止产生缝头印,在环缝式缝头处添加长2.9m、宽0.5m、15~20丝的塑料薄膜。宽幅天丝机织物正布全部染色后,继续进20m左右纯棉包布,在整个大卷装布外面包塑料膜,移到堆置区室温堆置20~24h;堆置时布卷必须保持8~10r/min匀速旋转。

本发明的灰蓝色护肤产品平整无折痕,前后色差4级,左中右色差4-5级,耐皂洗牢度4级,耐湿摩擦牢度3-4级,起球性能4级,断裂强力经向300N、纬向280N,水洗尺寸变化率经向-2.9%、纬向-2.5%。
实施例2
宽幅天丝(A100型)机织物坯布门幅为106英寸、纱支数为50s×50s、密度为170×90根/英寸;
一种平整无折痕宽幅天丝机织物冷轧堆染色工艺,主要生产工艺流程:翻缝→一正一反烧毛→轧淀粉酶堆置退浆→水洗→烘干→半丝光→冷轧堆染色→无甲醛防缩与玻尿酸整理剂同浴整理→机械预缩→检验包装;

1.一种平整无折痕冷轧堆染色护肤宽幅天丝面料生产工艺,其特征在于:主要生产工艺流程:翻缝→一正一反烧毛→轧淀粉酶堆置退浆→水洗→烘干→半丝光→冷轧堆染色→无甲醛防缩与玻尿酸整理剂同浴整理→机械预缩→检验包装;其中,具体操作如下:
所述的翻缝中,使用环缝式缝纫机,缝头用线为30s/6,针脚密度为28~32针/10cm,在布边两侧竖向各缝4~5cm,拖尾3~5cm;
所述的半丝光中,在含98对的全直辊丝光机上进行,主要工艺流程如下:进布→浓碱槽区浸碱→第1号重型轧车→第一去碱槽区去碱→第2号重型轧车→第二去碱槽区去碱→第3号重型轧车→烘干→落布;其中:

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种平整无折痕冷轧堆染色护肤宽幅天丝面料生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的冷轧堆染色中,染灰蓝色的染液组成:活性红B-2BF 1.45g/L、雅格素黄4RFN 2.26g/L、雅格素藏青BF-2GF 6.27g/L;碱液组成:烧碱30g/L,艾丽尼LDR冷堆固色碱12.5g/L;染液与碱液4:1体积比例混合,刚开车时,在100L轧槽中,补加染料活性红B-2BF0.15g/L、雅格素黄4RFN 0.23g/L、雅格素藏青BF-2GF1.28g/L。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种平整无折痕冷轧堆染色护肤宽幅天丝面料生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的冷轧堆染色中,染水沐绿的染液组成:诺威克隆红ER—2BL 0.54g/L、诺威克隆黄ER—2R 3.2g/L、诺威克隆蓝C-5X 6.2g/L;碱液组成:烧碱30g/L,艾丽尼LDR冷堆固色碱12.5g/L;染液与碱液4:1体积比例混合,刚开车时,在100L轧槽中,补加染料诺威克隆红ER—2BL 0.06g/L、诺威克隆黄ER—2R 0.32g/L、诺威克隆蓝C-5X 1.2g/L。
