本发明属于面料加工技术领域,具体涉及一种吸湿性能优异的高效抑菌型莫代尔面料。
背景技术
市面上常见的内物面料,没有运用好的素材及工艺,存在弹性不足,易缩水变形,面料硬等现象,舒适度和穿着体验不够,虽然绝大部分商家都在宣传其产品具有抗菌功能,但也只是局部增加了抗菌功能,没有办法让消费者感到十分的安心。为此我们从市场存在的不足和消费者的舒适体验感出发,研发出了一种吸湿性能优异的高效抑菌型莫代尔面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种吸湿性能优异的高效抑菌型莫代尔面料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种吸湿性能优异的高效抑菌型莫代尔面料,其制作包括如下步骤:
(1)纺丝:
将60支奥地利兰精超细莫代尔和20D美国杜邦氨纶按照重量百分比为 91~95:5~9置于纺丝机内进行纺丝处理;
在纺丝时用凝固浴中的含硫量应较低,在较低的温度下成型,减慢纤维素黄酸酯的分解速度,有利于生成较大的晶区,使纤维的湿模量提高,并降低凝固浴中硫酸钠的浓度,初生纤维脱水速度和结构形成较慢,有利于形成高侧序;
(2)后拉伸:
在塑化浴中进行高倍拉伸;
在塑化浴中进行高倍拉伸,以提高无形区的侧序,其它处理过程基本上与粘胶纤维和后加工相同;
(3)络筒、整经工序:
采用自动络经机,金属槽筒,配有电清、空气捻接器实现无结纱,整经做好张力均匀,经轴平整,集体换筒;
(4)上浆:
利用浆料对整经后的纱线进行上浆处理,浆料中各成分机对应重量份为:变性淀粉80~90份、抗静电剂1~2份、平滑剂2~3份;
木代尔纤维是新一代的纤维素纤维含有多量亲水性羟基,因此主浆料应选用变性淀粉为主,高支纱还需用PVA和丙烯浆,同时木代尔纤维的体积比电阻高,易产生静电,因此在浆料配方中尚需加入少量的抗静电剂和平滑剂,使毛羽贴伏纱线柔韧耐磨,木代尔纤维吸湿性强(比棉高50%),湿伸长大,纱线塑性变形大的特点,上浆工艺宜采取轻压、保伸严格控制各区张力,以轻张力保弹性,单浸单压,浆槽浸没辊适当抬高,以减少湿区伸长,浆纱伸长100%木代尔掌握在3%左右,上浆温度控制在85℃~90℃较宜;
(5)织造:
采用平纹织造的方式将步骤(4)中的纱线制造成莫代尔面料;
(6)染色、抗菌:
先对步骤(5)中所得的面料进行染色处理后,加入抗菌剂,同时进行银离子控释技术,将低浓度的银离子送达面料表面,进行抗菌处理。
进一步地,步骤(1)中所述的60支奥地利兰精超细莫代尔是采用欧洲的榉木,先将其制成木浆,再通过专门的纺丝工艺加工而成的。
进一步地,步骤(1)中所述的60支奥地利兰精超细莫代尔纤维的技术指标为:纤度1.0~1.33dtex,强力34~36cN/tex,伸长率12~14%,湿强力60%,湿伸长率13~15%,BISFA湿模量6cN/tex,吸湿量60~70%。
进一步地,步骤(4)中所述的浆料的制备方法为:将浆料中各原料组分依次加入到搅拌罐内,搅拌混匀后加水继续搅拌混匀,成品的固含量为 12~14%。
进一步地,步骤(4)中所述的上浆采取轻压、保伸的技术严格控制各区张力,单浸单压,浆槽浸没辊。

1、本申请选用60支奥地利兰精超细莫代尔+20D美国杜邦高弹莱卡氨纶+ 陶氏仙护盾(SILVADUR)抗菌剂,运用先进的纺纱和改进的染色工艺研制而成的天然面料。其中奥地利兰精莫代尔采用欧洲的榉木,先将其制成木浆,再通过专门的纺丝工艺加工成纤维,纤维的纤度1.0-1.33dtex,强力34-36cN/tex,伸长率12-14%,湿强力60%,湿伸长率13-15%,BISFA湿模量6cN/tex,吸湿量60-70%。杜邦莱卡氨纶,高度弹性,韧性强、耐汗耐磨性好。
2、本申请选用的陶氏仙护盾(SILVADUR)抗菌采用专利智能化银离子控释技术,将低浓度的银离子送达织物表面,让面料具有高效的抗菌性能,有效杀灭和抑制有害细菌。本申请方法制备的面料经多次洗涤抗菌除味效果高达 99%,敏感肌也能放心穿。

(6)染色、抗菌:
先对步骤(5)中所得的面料进行染色处理后,加入抗菌剂,同时进行银离子控释技术,将低浓度的银离子送达面料表面,进行抗菌处理。

(3)络筒、整经工序:
采用自动络经机,金属槽筒,配有电清、空气捻接器实现无结纱,整经做好张力均匀,经轴平整,集体换筒;
(4)上浆:
利用浆料对整经后的纱线进行上浆处理,浆料中各成分机对应重量份为:变性淀粉90份、抗静电剂2份、平滑剂3份;
(5)织造:
采用平纹织造的方式将步骤(4)中的纱线制造成莫代尔面料;
(6)染色、抗菌:
先对步骤(5)中所得的面料进行染色处理后,加入抗菌剂,同时进行银离子控释技术,将低浓度的银离子送达面料表面,进行抗菌处理。
60支奥地利兰精超细莫代尔是采用欧洲的榉木,先将其制成木浆,再通过专门的纺丝工艺加工而成的。
60支奥地利兰精超细莫代尔纤维的技术指标为:纤度1.33dtex,强力 36cN/tex,伸长率14%,湿强力60%,湿伸长率15%,BISFA湿模量 6cN/tex,吸湿量70%。
浆料的制备方法为:将浆料中各原料组分依次加入到搅拌罐内,搅拌混匀后加水继续搅拌混匀,成品的固含量为14%。
上浆采取轻压、保伸的技术严格控制各区张力,单浸单压,浆槽浸没辊。
上浆时的上浆温度为90℃。
抗菌剂为陶氏仙护盾(SILVADUR)930抗菌剂。
为了对比本申请技术效果,分别用上述实施例1~3的方法对应制备莫代尔面料,然后对各组方法对应制备的莫代尔面料进行防霉抗菌性测试实验,具体方法如下:将所制备的纤维分别放入试验箱中,控制试验箱中的温度为20℃、常压、相对湿度为80%,在试验箱中接种有黑曲霉菌、黄曲霉菌、红曲霉菌和青霉菌,统计被霉菌感染面积为10%时所经历的总时长,用防霉时长表示,来衡量防霉抗菌效果,具体试验对比数据如下表1所示:

由上表1可以看出,本申请提供了一种吸湿性能优异的高效抑菌型莫代尔面料,选择将60支60支奥地利兰精超细莫代尔和20D美国杜邦氨纶两种纤维进行纺丝,并结合独特的加工工艺,最终加工成的面料具有显著的防霉抗菌特性。
为了进一步对比本申请技术效果,对本申请
方法对应制备的棉面料进行了质检,并得到了相应的质检报告(如图1、图2)所示,通过质检后的各性能指标如下表3所示:

由图1和表2可以看出,通过本申请方法制备的莫代尔面料综合性能优越,耐水色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度、耐汗渍色牢度、甲醛含量、pH值、可分解致癌芳香胺燃料、异味都符合国家标准。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,但本发明不以所示限定实施范围,凡是依照本发明的构想所作的改变,或修改为等同变化的等效实施例,仍未超出说明书所涵盖的精神时,均应在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (7)

1.一种吸湿性能优异的高效抑菌型莫代尔面料,其特征在于,其制作包括如下步骤:
(1)纺丝:
将60支奥地利兰精超细莫代尔和20D美国杜邦氨纶按照重量百分比为91~95∶5~9置于纺丝机内进行纺丝处理;
(2)后拉伸:
在塑化浴中进行高倍拉伸;
(3)络筒、整经工序:
采用自动络经机,金属槽筒,配有电清、空气捻接器实现无结纱,整经做好张力均匀,经轴平整,集体换筒;
(4)上浆:
利用浆料对整经后的纱线进行上浆处理,浆料中各成分机对应重量份为:变性淀粉80~90份、抗静电剂1~2份、平滑剂2~3份;
(5)织造:
采用平纹织造的方式将步骤(4)中的纱线制造成莫代尔面料;
(6)染色、抗菌:
先对步骤(5)中所得的面料进行染色处理后,加入抗菌剂,同时进行银离子控释技术,将低浓度的银离子送达面料表面,进行抗菌处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种吸湿性能优异的高效抑菌型莫代尔面料,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述的60支奥地利兰精超细莫代尔是采用欧洲的榉木,先将其制成木浆,再通过专门的纺丝工艺加工而成的。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种吸湿性能优异的高效抑菌型莫代尔面料,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述的60支奥地利兰精超细莫代尔纤维的技术指标为:纤度1.0~1.33dtex,强力34~36cN/tex,伸长率12~14%,湿强力60%,湿伸长率13~15%,BISFA湿模量6cN/tex,吸湿量60~70%。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种吸湿性能优异的高效抑菌型莫代尔面料,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述的浆料的制备方法为:将浆料中各原料组分依次加入到搅拌罐内,搅拌混匀后加水继续搅拌混匀,成品的固含量为12~14%。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种吸湿性能优异的高效抑菌型莫代尔面料,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述的上浆采取轻压、保伸的技术严格控制各区张力,单浸单压,浆槽浸没辊。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种吸湿性能优异的高效抑菌型莫代尔面料,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述的上浆时的上浆温度为85~90℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种吸湿性能优异的高效抑菌型莫代尔面料,其特征在于,步骤(6)中所述的抗菌剂为陶氏仙护盾(SILVADUR)930抗菌剂。
