豆腐柴,豆腐柴一般于4月中旬发芽,5月中旬开始孕蕾并陆续开花结实,6月下旬至7月中旬为结实期,自下而上逐渐成熟,成熟的果实不易脱落,可一直保留到10月,10月下旬叶片全部于枯凋落。生育期120天,生长期约185天,豆腐柴,直立灌木,植被高2-6m。幼枝有柔毛,老枝渐无毛,老枝渐无毛。单叶对生;叶柄长0.5-2cm;叶片卵状披针形、倒卵形、椭圆形或形,有臭味,长3-13cm,宽1.5-6cm,基部渐狭,全缘或具不规则粗齿,先端急尖至长渐尖,无毛或有短柔毛,豆腐柴是一种草本食药经济植物。以前在农村都没有人要,因为豆腐柴也叫“臭黄荆”,一个以臭闻名的怪树。如今,人们发现了但它营养价值高,能做成在夏天超级解暑降温的“绿豆腐”,还能制作菜肴。豆腐柴根茎叶能入药,具有清热解毒、消肿止血等保健功能,可谓浑身是宝,种植前景广阔。
现在亟需一种有机富硒豆腐柴树叶。

步骤三:对豆腐采鲜叶用90度以上的高温消毒杀菌,浸泡时间为10分钟-20分钟;
步骤四:用普通粉粹机粉粹取鲜汁用300目筛过滤;
步骤五:豆腐柴鲜叶烘干后用粉粹机粉粹后用400目-500目筛制作出来干粉;
步骤六:豆腐柴鲜叶烘干的干粉或者有机富硒豆腐柴鲜汁与面粉类,米粉类,淀粉类,豆制品类,茶品类,冷饮冷冻食品类,饮料及矿泉水类,保健品类,制作出系列产品。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述步骤一中,豆腐柴鲜叶通过人工进行除梗和除杂作业,除梗之后需要将处理过的豆腐柴鲜叶放入清水之中。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述步骤二中,浸泡清洗的时候通过外界搅拌机构,对清洗器皿内的豆腐柴树叶进行搅拌,搅拌的速率为60r/min-80r/min,搅拌的时间为5min-8min,且其中需静置2min,将残渣赃物进行静置。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述步骤三中,在对豆腐采鲜叶进行高温消毒的时候,通过翻炒机构对豆腐采鲜叶进行间隔时间为2min-4min,清洗完毕之后需通过风干设备对其进行风干处理,时间为20min-30min。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述步骤五中,豆腐柴鲜叶烘干通过碾碎辊进行碾碎后再进行粉碎。

步骤一:将豆腐柴鲜叶除梗去杂;
步骤二:对除根去杂后将豆腐渣鲜叶进行清洗和浸泡,浸泡时间为15分钟-20分钟;
步骤三:对豆腐采鲜叶用90度以上的高温消毒杀菌,浸泡时间为10分钟-20分钟;
步骤四:用普通粉粹机粉粹取鲜汁用300目筛过滤;
步骤五:豆腐柴鲜叶烘干后用粉粹机粉粹后用400目-500目筛制作出来干粉;
