其中，各药剂作用如下：
忍冬藤：用于温病发热，疮痈肿毒，热毒血痢，风湿热痹，关节红肿热痛。
秦艽：祛风湿、清湿热、止痹痛。秦艽具有祛风湿、清湿热、止痹痛的功效。
络石藤：用于风湿热痹、筋脉拘挛、腰膝酸痛、喉痹、痈肿、跌扑损伤。
土茯苓：味甘、淡，性平。有解毒，除湿，通利关节之功效，主要用于梅毒及汞中毒所致的肢体拘挛，筋骨疼痛；湿热淋浊，带下，痈肿，瘰疬，疥癣。
萆薢：用于膏淋，白浊，白带过多，风湿痹痛，关节不利，腰膝疼痛。
泽泻：主治肾炎水肿、肾盂肾炎、肠炎泄泻、小便不利等症。
车前子：品性味甘寒，入肾、膀胱、肝、肺经，功能利水通淋、渗湿止泻、清肝明目、清热化痰。
丹参：具有活血祛瘀，通经止痛，清心除烦，凉血消痈之功效。
赤芍：苦，微寒。归肝经。有清热凉血，活血祛瘀的功效。
茵陈：清热利湿以及退黄的作用。
薏米：能够利湿健脾、增进消化能力、舒筋除痹。
地龙：清热定惊，通络平喘、利尿，用于高热神昏、惊痫抽搐、关节痹痛、肢体麻木、半身不遂，另外用于肺热咳喘、水肿尿少等。
淮牛膝：气味苦酸平，主治寒湿痿痹、四肢拘挛，膝痛不可屈伸，逐血气，伤热火烂，久服轻身耐老。长于补益肝肾，强腰膝以及活血、引血下行的作用。
女贞子：味甘、苦，归肝、肾二经，有滋阴益寿、补益肝肾、清热明目、乌须黑发等功效。
旱莲草：治吐血，咳血，衄血，尿血，便血，血痢，刀伤出血，须发早白，白喉，淋浊、带下，阴部湿痒，老鼠痣。
柴胡：用于感冒发热，寒热往来，胸胁胀痛，月经不调，子宫脱垂，脱肛。
山药：入药能补脾胃亏损，治气虚衰弱、消化不良、遗精、遗尿及无名肿毒等。
枳壳：理气宽中化痰消积，临床上可以用来治疗，像是胸膈痞满，胸协胀痛，甚至有咳嗽带痰，消化不良等相关的症状。
川楝子：用于肝郁化火，胸胁、脘腹胀痛，疝气疼痛，虫积腹痛
石膏：:清热泻火,除烦止渴；煅用:敛疮生肌,收湿,止血。
知母：热病烦渴，肺热燥咳，骨蒸潮热，内热消渴，肠燥便秘
甘草：常用于脾胃虚弱，倦怠乏力，心悸气短，咳嗽痰多，脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛，痈肿疮毒，缓解药物毒性、烈性。
黄柏：有清热燥湿，泻火除蒸，解毒疗疮的功效。
蒲公英：苦、甘，寒。主要用于疔疮肿毒，乳痈，瘰疬，目赤，咽痛，肺痈，肠痈，湿热黄疸，热淋涩痛等。
茜草：能凉血止血，且能化瘀。凡血热妄行之出血证均可选用。
玄胡索：用于全身各部气滞血瘀之痛，痛经，经闭，症瘕，产后瘀阻，跌扑损伤，疝气作痛。
生地：性凉，味甘苦，具有滋阴补肾、养血补血、凉血的功效。凡阴虚血虚肾虚者食之，颇有益处。此外，地黄有强心利尿、解热消炎、促进血液凝固和降低血糖的作用。

实施例1
本发明实施提供一种纯中药治疗痛风的组合方及其制备方法，具体实施方式如下：

然后用水煎提50min，过滤，然后滤渣重复煎提2次，合并滤液得到汤剂；
步骤二、将汤剂灌注到灭菌的塑料袋中，低温保存。
研究对象：中方纯中医医院的30名痛风采用本发明的药剂。其中男性各15名，女性各15名。
服用方法：每日中午服用一剂，连续服用3个月。患者疼痛均得到极大的缓解。
