技术领域
本发明属于纯中药配方技术领域，特别涉及一种治疗尿路结石的药物及其制备。
背景技术
尿路结石包括上尿路结石和下尿路结石，上尿路结石是指肾和输尿管结石，系泌尿外科中最常见疾病。近30年来我国上尿路结石发病率明显提高，其茇生与年龄、性别、饮食成分、水分摄入量、气候、代谢和遗传以及地理环境等因素有关。根据其形成机制的不同可分与代谢因素有关的结石和感染性结石。临床表现：活动后肾绞痛及血尿，疼痛向同侧腰背部、睾丸或阴唇以及大腿內侧放射，可伴有恶心、呕吐及大汗；伴感染者可有尿频、尿痛，或有畏寒发热、寒颤等全身症状；双侧上尿路完全梗阻，或孤立肾上尿路完全性埂阻时可致无尿。体检肾区叩痛、输尿管行程压痛，或扪及增大积水的肾脏。膀胱结石：原发性膀胱结石的发生率在我国明显下降，常见于下尿路梗阻引起的继发性膀胱结石或上尿路结石排至膀胱。临床表现：排尿突然中断并感疼痛，放射至阴茎头部，改变体位后可继续排尿。排尿困难，膀胱刺激症。尿结石是泌尿系统常见的疾病，其形成是经由一个复杂的变化，最主要的是由尿中晶体和基质二种物质形成，一般先有一个核心，然后尿中的晶体和基质围绕着这一核心沉积，逐渐增大，在核心上形成结石。尿路结石之症状依位置而异，疼痛则呈现周期性，病人常痛得打滚、冒汗、呕吐。本病的中医相关病名有“石淋”“砂淋”。
西医多以体外碎石或手术为主。排石不方便，难度大，靠自行排出，患者痛苦，具有容易复发，排出不尽，不能急时解决病人的痛苦等缺点。
相应地，中医对尿路结石的治疗原理是补益肝肾，溶石、排石、利水、清利湿热，消炎、活血化瘀等，能够部分克服西医治疗的缺点，然而，目前的中医治疗所用药物，例如申请号为200510007111.6的中国专利公开了一种治疗尿路结石病的蒙药通利溶石胶囊，组方：螃蟹、小蜀季子、蒺藜、雕粪(炮制)、光明盐、白硇砂、海金砂、砂仁、火硝、紫硇砂、荜茇、元寸。申请号为201010506530.5的中国专利公开了一种治疗尿路结石的药物，组方：玉米须、鸡内金、石苇、柴胡、琥珀、滑石、木通、大枣……，实践中发现两者的效果不好。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺点，本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗尿路结石的药物及其制备，该药物具有补益肝肾、溶石、排石、利水、清利湿热，消炎、活血化瘀等功效，可有效治疗尿路结石。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种治疗尿路结石的药物，由以下重量份的药物组成：
金钱草40g-60g，海金沙25g-30g，鸡内金25g-30g，黄芩15g-20g，青皮10g-15g，甘草10g-15g，石韦10g-15g，王不留行15g-25g，薄荷6g-12g，白芍30g-40g，当归10g-25g，薏苡仁40g-60g，熟地40g-60g，山茱萸20g-30g，泽泻15g-25g，车前子20g-30g，茜草10g-15g，滑石10g-15g。
本发明药物的制备及使用方法，按重量取好药物，放适量水(淹没药物即可)，将药物浸泡一小时左右，用大火烧开后，减至小火熬15分钟后倒出药液，再加适量水，熬第二次，用大火烧开后，减至小火熬20分钟后倒出药液，再加适量水，熬第三次，用大火烧开后，减至小火熬25分钟后倒出药液，三次所得药液混合，分三次服用，饭后服用。
本发明以补益肝肾、溶石、排石、利水、行气、消炎、活血化瘀、清热利湿、通淋、清肝胆湿热、清热解毒等为基本原理，可有效治疗尿路结石。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例详细说明本发明的实施方式。
本发明各组份药理作用为：
金钱草:甘、咸，微寒。归肝、胆、肾、膀胱经。功效：清热利湿，通淋，清肝胆湿热，清热解毒。主治：热淋；石淋；肝胆结石；黄疸；热毒痈肿；毒蛇咬伤。
海金沙:甘、淡，寒；归膀胱、小肠经。功效：利水通淋，排石，利水消肿。主治：淋病；肝胆结石；脾湿肿满。
鸡内金:甘，平。归脾胃、小肠、膀胱经。功效：运脾消食，固精止遗，本品尚有化坚消石之功，对泌尿系结石及胆结石作用。主治：消化不良；食积不化；小儿疳积证；遗尿；遗精。
黄芩:苦、寒。归肺、胆、胃、大肠经。功效：清热燥湿，泻火解毒，止血，安胎。主治：湿温；黄疸；泻痢；热琳；气分实热；肺热咳嗽；痈肿疮毒；血热吐衄；咳血；便血；崩漏；胎热不安。
青皮：苦、辛，温。归肝、胆、胃经。功效：疏肝破气，散结消滞。主治：肝气郁滞胁肋；乳房胀痛；疝气疼痛；食积气滞证。
甘草:甘，平。归脾、胃、脾、心经。功效：补脾益气，润肺止咳，缓急止痛，清热解毒。主治：脾胃虚弱证；心虚动悸脉结代证；脏躁证；诸咳喘证；脘腹或四肢挛急作痛；痈疽疮肿；咽喉肿痛；食物、药物及农药中毒；缓和药性，调和百药。
石韦:苦、甘，微寒。归肺、膀胱经。功效：利水通淋，化痰止咳，止血。主治：淋病；水肿；咳嗽；崩漏；吐血；衄血。
王不留行:味苦，平。归肝、胃经。功效：活血通经，下乳。主治：痛经；经闭；乳汁不下；乳痈。
薄荷：辛，凉。归肝、肺经。功效：疏散风热，清利头目，利咽透疹，疏解肝郁，辟秽气。主治：外感风热证；风热头痛、目赤证；风热上功之咽喉肿痛；麻疹透发不畅证；肝气郁滞胸闷；胁肋胀痛证；痧胀腹痛吐泻证。
白芍：苦、酸，微寒。归肝、脾经。功效：养血敛阴，平抑肝阳，柔肝止痛。主治：肝血亏虚证；月经不调；胎产诸证；体虚多汗证；阴虚动风证；肝阳上亢证；肝急诸痛证。
当归：甘、辛，温。归肝、心、脾经。功效：补血，活血止痛，润肠。主治：心肝血虚证；月经不调；痛经；经闭；胎前产后诸疾；跌扑损伤；痹痛麻木；痈疽疮疡；血虚肠燥证；兼治咳喘。
薏苡仁：甘、淡，微寒。归脾、胃、肺经。功效：利湿健脾，利湿除痹，清热排脓。主治：水肿；脚气；淋病；脾虚泄泻；湿温病；痹证；肺痈；肠痈。
熟地：甘，微温。归肝、肾经。功效：养血滋阴，补精益髓。主治：血虚证；妇女月经不调；崩漏等证；肝肾阴亏证；消渴证；精血亏虚证；用于肾虚喘咳。
山茱萸：味酸，微温。归肝、肾经。功效：补益肝肾，收敛固涩。主治：肝肾亏损；眩晕；阳痿；滑精遗尿；虚汗；崩漏。
泽泻：甘淡，寒。归肾、膀胱经。功效：利水渗湿，清肾火。主治：小便不利；水肿；淋病；湿泻；停饮眩晕；遗精。
车前子：甘、淡，寒。归肾、膀胱经。功效：利水渗湿，清肾火。主治：小便不利；水肿；淋病；湿泻；停饮眩晕；遗精。
茜草：味苦，寒。归肝经。功效：凉血止血，活血祛瘀。主治：血热所致的各种出血证；血滞经闭；跌打损伤；关节疼痛。
滑石：甘、淡，寒。归胃、膀胱经。功效：清热利湿，清暑湿，外用清热收湿。主治：淋病；暑湿证；湿温病；湿疹；湿疮；痱子。
以上药物均可在普通中药店购买得到。
本发明药物组合治疗效果快，可及时解决病人的痛苦，治疗彻底，不易复发，费用低，以下为本发明的若干实施例。
实施例一
临床实验对象：
姜某，男，42岁，活动后肾饺痛及血尿，疼痛向同侧腰背部、睾丸以及大腿内侧放射，可伴有恶心、呕吐及大汗，有尿频、尿痛，有畏寒发热、寒颤等全身症状，双侧上尿路梗阻，小便断断续续，经B超检查为尿路结石。
用本实施例药物：
金钱草40g，海金沙25g，鸡内金25g，黄芩15g，青皮10g，甘草10g，石韦10g，王不留行15g，薄荷6g，白芍30g，当归10g，薏苡仁60g，熟地60g，山茱萸20g，泽泻25g，车前子30g，茜草15g，滑石15g。
用法：按重量取好药物，放适量水(淹没药物即可)，将药物浸泡一小时左右，用大火烧开后，减至小火熬15分钟后倒出药液，再加适量水，熬第二次，用大火烧开后，减至小火熬20分钟后倒出药液，再加适量水，熬第三次，用大火烧开后，减至小火熬25分钟后倒出药液，三次所得药液混合，分三次服用，饭后服用。
效果：三至五剂后症状基本消失，十五剂后，症状消失，小便正常，去医院B超检查，尿路结石消失。
实施例二
临床实验对象：
刘某，男，39岁，尿频、尿痛，畏寒发热、寒颤等症状，双侧尿路梗阻，小便断断续续，经B超检查为尿路结石。
用本实施例药物：
金钱草60g，海金沙30g，鸡内金30g，黄芩20g，青皮15g，甘草15g，石韦15g，王不留行25g，薄荷12g，白芍40g，当归25g，薏苡仁60g，熟地60g，山茱萸30g，泽泻25g，车前子30g，茜草15g，滑15g。
用法：同实施例一。
效果：三至五剂后症状基本消失，十四剂后，症状消失，小便正常，去医院B超检查，尿路结石消失。
实施例三
临床实验对象：
王某，女，47岁，有尿频、尿痛，小腹痛，畏寒发热、寒颤等症状，双侧尿路梗阻，经B超检查为尿路结石。
用本实施例药物：
金钱草50g，海金沙25g，鸡内金25g，黄芩15g，青皮10g，甘草10g，石韦10g，王不留行15g，薄荷6g，白芍30g，当归10g，薏苡仁40g，熟地40g，山茱萸20g，泽泻15g，车前子20g，茜草10g，滑石10g。
用法：同实施例一。
效果：三至五剂后症状基本消失，十四剂后，症状消失，小便正常，去医院B超检查，尿路结石消失。

Claims (3)

1.一种治疗尿路结石的药物，其特征在于，由以下重量份的药物组成：
金钱草40g-60g，海金沙25g-30g，鸡内金25g-30g，黄芩15g-20g，青皮10g-15g，甘草10g-15g，石韦10g-15g，王不留行15g-25g，薄荷6g-12g，白芍30g-40g，当归10g-25g，薏苡仁40g-60g，熟地40g-60g，山茱萸20g-30g，泽泻15g-25g，车前子20g-30g，茜草10g-15g，滑石10g-15g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗尿路结石的药物，其特征在于，由以下重量份的药物组成：
金钱草50g，海金沙25g，鸡内金25g，黄芩15g，青皮10g，甘草10g，石韦10g，王不留行15g，薄荷6g，白芍30g，当归10g，薏苡仁40g，熟地40g，山茱萸20g，泽泻15g，车前子20g，茜草10g，滑石10g。
3.一种制备权利要求1或2所述治疗尿路结石的药物的方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
按重量取好药物，放适量水，将药物浸泡一小时左右，用大火烧开后，减至小火熬15分钟后倒出药液，再加适量水，熬第二次，用大火烧开后，减至小火熬20分钟后倒出药液，再加适量水，熬第三次，用大火烧开后，减至小火熬25分钟后倒出药液，三次所得药液混合。
