Description

Traditional Chinese medicine immunomodulator, preparation method and application
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine immunomodulator, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The middle-jiao-tonifying and qi-benefiting powder is a common veterinary drug taking radix astragali, radix codonopsis, rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae, liquorice, angelica, dried orange peel, rhizoma cimicifugae and bupleurum root as a formula. It can be used for treating spleen and stomach deficiency, chronic diarrhea, proctoptosis and uterine prolapse. Has good effects on reducing appetite of livestock, and relieving lassitude. According to the traditional Chinese medicine, the livestock has the diseases mainly caused by the chronic deficiency of the spleen and the stomach, and the chronic deficiency of the spleen and the stomach can cause the insufficient immunity, so that the middle-jiao-tonifying and qi-tonifying powder also has the effect of improving the immunity.
Nowadays, with the abuse of antibiotics and the increasing serious problem of drug residues in animal products, the food safety problem is receiving more and more attention. The traditional Chinese medicine is the focus of research by virtue of safety, greenness and no residue, but compared with western medicines such as antibiotics and the like, the traditional Chinese medicine has the problem of difficult absorption. Similarly, the effect of improving immunity is affected by the qi-tonifying powder which is not easy to absorb.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine immunomodulator, a preparation method and application in order to solve the technical problem that the effect of strengthening the middle-jiao and replenishing qi in improving immunity is not good in the prior art.
The specific technical scheme is as follows:
a traditional Chinese medicine immunomodulator is characterized in that raw materials for preparing the immunomodulator comprise solid materials and fermented probiotics; the solid material comprises: 35 to 52 parts of middle-jiao and qi tonifying powder, 10 to 50 parts of rice flour and 10 to 50 parts of cooking range soil; the fermentation probiotics comprise one or more of enterococcus faecalis, bacillus licheniformis, saccharomycetes, bacillus subtilis or lactobacillus; wherein, each gram of solid material is fermented by 0.03ml to 0.05ml of fermentation probiotics to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine immunomodulator.
Furthermore, the volume percentage of the enterococcus faecalis is 2 to 30 percent, the volume percentage of the bacillus licheniformis is 8 to 45 percent and the volume percentage of the yeast is 30 to 65 percent.
Further, the fermentation probiotics comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 3 to 8 percent of enterococcus faecalis, 8 to 15 percent of bacillus licheniformis, 30 to 35 percent of saccharomycete, 15 to 40 percent of bacillus subtilis and 5 to 30 percent of lactobacillus.
The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine immunomodulator is characterized by comprising the following steps:
mixing the middle-jiao-tonifying and qi-benefiting powder, rice flour and cooking range soil, adding water and the fermentation probiotics, and fermenting to obtain the health-care food.
Further, the middle-jiao and qi tonifying powder, the rice flour and the range soil are mixed, water with the mass ratio of 25-35% is added, and the fermentation probiotics are added for fermentation.
Furthermore, the particle sizes of the middle-jiao tonifying and qi benefiting powder, the rice flour and the range soil are 60-80 meshes.
Furthermore, the fermentation temperature is 35-40 ℃, the humidity is 30-70%, and the fermentation time is 3-7 days.
The application of the traditional Chinese medicine immunomodulator in preparing medicines or foods for improving immunity.
Further, the application of the traditional Chinese medicine immunomodulator in preparing medicines or foods for improving the immunity of livestock is provided.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the invention adds the powder for tonifying middle-jiao and Qi into rice flour and stove top soil to ferment by adopting probiotics, and can obviously improve the immunity of a subject to take.
(2) When enterococcus faecalis, bacillus licheniformis and saccharomycetes mixed probiotics are adopted for fermentation, the effect of improving the immunity is further enhanced.
(3) When enterococcus faecalis, bacillus licheniformis, saccharomycetes, bacillus subtilis or lactobacillus are mixed and fermented, the IgG value of the mixed fermentation product reaches 3.84, and the IL-6 value of the mixed fermentation product reaches 25.13.
(4) The particle sizes of the middle-jiao tonifying and qi benefiting powder, the rice flour and the cooking range soil are controlled to be 60-80 meshes, so that complete fermentation can be further ensured.

Example 12
In the embodiment, the traditional Chinese medicine immunomodulators in the embodiments 1 to 11 and the comparative examples 1 to 2 are selected to feed pigs, and the specific method is as follows: 95 kg-105 kg of breeding pigs (purchased from Wuhan Tianzhong) with the age of 120 days are averagely divided into 13 experimental groups, each group comprises 40 male and female halves.
After the pig is fed, the pig needs to be continuously administrated for 1 month, and the traditional Chinese medicine immunomodulator in each embodiment and the corresponding proportion is doped in the basic feed and accounts for 1 percent of the whole mass of the pig.
After 1 month of drug administration, the pig was sacrificed and immune organ coefficients such as thymus and spleen were calculated, wherein the thymus index is thymus mass (mg)/body mass (g), and the spleen index is spleen mass (mg)/body mass (g).
The details are shown in table 1. As can be seen from the table, the fermented middle-jiao-tonifying qi-tonifying powder has great difference and statistical significance of difference (P <0.05) when compared with the unfermented middle-jiao-tonifying qi-tonifying powder group. The spleen index in the middle-jiao-tonifying qi-tonifying powder fermentation group is different from that in the former two groups, and P is less than 0.05.

In this example, compared with comparative example 1, the rice flour is used in combination with the middle-jiao qi tonifying powder for fermentation, and compared with comparative example 2, the center-jiao soil is added in combination with the middle-jiao qi tonifying powder for fermentation, and according to in vivo experiments of pig feeding, after the raw material formula disclosed by the invention is used for fermentation, the thymus index and the spleen index of pigs are better than those of unfermented middle-jiao qi tonifying powder, the thymus index reaches more than 4.22, and the spleen index reaches more than 6.1.
Meanwhile, when the composite zymocyte adopts enterococcus faecalis, bacillus licheniformis and saccharomycetes, the thymus index reaches more than 4.4, and the spleen index reaches more than 6.18. Furthermore, when enterococcus faecalis, bacillus licheniformis, saccharomycetes, bacillus subtilis and lactobacillus are used for fermentation, the thymus index reaches more than 5.0, and the spleen index reaches more than 7.
It should be noted that the above examples are only for further illustration and description of the technical solution of the present invention, and are not intended to further limit the technical solution of the present invention, and the method of the present invention is only a preferred embodiment, and is not intended to limit the protection scope of the present invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
