The working principle of the invention is as follows: dissolving 0.4-0.6% of hydroxyacetophenone, 0.2-0.3% of octyl glycol, 0.8-1% of polysorbate 20, 0.5-0.8% of sodium citrate and 0.1-0.2% of grapefruit seed extract in deionized water, stirring at the rotation speed of 350r/min and stirring at the normal temperature for 1h to prepare disinfectant emulsion; mixing glycerol, aloe extract, cactus extract and deionized water to obtain a mixture of glycerol: aloe extract: cactus extract: deionized water is 1: 2: stirring at the ratio of 2:14, stirring at the rotating speed of 350r/min, and stirring at normal temperature for 1h to obtain a water replenishing solution; respectively immersing the cross-lapping all-cotton spunlace non-woven fabric into a disinfectant emulsion and a water replenishing solution, soaking for 6 hours at the temperature of 50 ℃, and respectively taking out the non-woven fabric until no liquid drips; and (3) sequentially superposing the non-woven fabrics respectively soaked in the disinfectant emulsion and the moisturizing solution by the moisturizing solution, the disinfectant emulsion and the moisturizing solution, and wrapping the outer wall with the thin upper-layer cotton base fabric 1 and the thin lower-layer cotton base fabric 5 to obtain the wet tissue for the infant.

the disinfection liquid layer (3) is cross-lapping all-cotton spunlace non-woven fabric and is prepared by soaking the non-woven fabric in disinfection liquid, the disinfection liquid is prepared by mixing hydroxyacetophenone, octyl glycol, polysorbate 20, sodium citrate, grapefruit seed extract and deionized water, and the weight percentages of the components are 0.4-0.6% of hydroxyacetophenone, 0.2-0.3% of octyl glycol, 0.8-1% of polysorbate 20, 0.5-0.8% of sodium citrate, 0.1-0.2% of grapefruit seed extract and the balance of deionized water;
The upper water locking film layer (2) and the lower water locking film layer (4) are all cross-lapping cotton spunlace non-woven fabrics, and are soaked in water supplementing solution, the water supplementing solution is prepared by mixing glycerol, aloe extract, cactus extract and deionized water, and the glycerol: aloe extract: cactus extract: deionized water is 1: 2: 2: 14;

2. The skin-friendly napkin for infant care according to claim 1, wherein the hydroxyacetophenone is an organic compound which is extracted from a natural plant and is naturally present in the stem, leaf and root of a plant belonging to Asclepiadaceae family.

The skin-friendly towel for infant care according to claim 1, wherein said caprylyl glycol is a novel surfactant, and is an alcohol substance with moisturizing property, and said caprylyl glycol has viscosity regulating property, so that said caprylyl glycol can maintain the activity of other preservatives.
4. The baby care skin-friendly towel according to claim 1, wherein the aloe vera extract is a colorless transparent to brown slightly viscous liquid, is a yellow fine powder after drying, has no odor or slightly peculiar odor, and has strong moisturizing property.
5. The baby care skin-friendly towel according to claim 1, wherein the cactus extract has inhibitory effects on staphylococcus aureus, proteus vulgaris, escherichia coli, bacillus subtilis, and bacillus cereus.

step three, respectively immersing the cross-lapping all-cotton spunlace non-woven fabric into a disinfectant emulsion and a water replenishing solution, soaking for 6 hours at the temperature of 50 ℃, and respectively taking out the non-woven fabric until no liquid drips;
and step four, sequentially superposing the non-woven fabrics soaked with the disinfectant emulsion and the moisturizing solution by the moisturizing solution, the disinfectant emulsion and the moisturizing solution, and wrapping the outer wall with the thin upper-layer cotton base fabric (1) and the lower-layer cotton base fabric (5) to obtain the wet tissue for the infants.
